They cleaned the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Changed oil on request, replaced wiper blades and air filter on inspection and kept us updated on the service and repairs.

My Experierence at Joyce Buick, Mansfield, Ohio - Linda Lee
I took my 2007 Saturn Ion in for a check-up due to engine light coming on and ignition switch not working properly. Mileage on this car was only around 58,000.
I had made up my mind that if the problem with the engine light was going too expensive, that I was not going to do the repair work.
While they were checking my Saturn out, I decided to look at the Buick Encore. I bought a new sewing machine about six months ago and I was having great difficulty lifting my sewing machine in to the trunk of the Saturn and also removing the sewing machine due to having to lift it up over the trunk edge and then bringing it forward and setting it on the pavement in order to wheel it in to the building where I was taking my classes.
We knew Matt Moulton, General Manager, and told him that we would like to talk to him about a Buick Encore. He was kind enough to show us all the features that he could show us in the Sales Room. He then turned us over to Patrick Horn who took us outside to see the other Encores they had in stock. Many colors to choose from and different models of the Encore. I took the Encore for a test ride and I was ready to see some figures and what I would have to come up with monthly.
After talking back and forth a little while, I decided to go forward with the deal.
Now, I have a new Buick Encore (Black Cherry) and a great new ride for my sewing machine.

Worst customer service experience ever. After taking my vehicle to the dealership for repairs on recalls and to diagnose why my vehicle wouldn't start, I got stranded on the road not 24 hours after picking up my car. When I called back to ask why they didn't test my alternator, she said the only thing they found wrong with the vehicle starting was the battery terminal and that she is not allowed to test aftermarket parts. After speaking with her manager, he informed me that she did in fact test my alternator, knew it was bad, but no one ever told me.

Had to take car in for minor fixes within a week. They tried to give me loaner from the use car lot, which had a bubble in tire, and very dirty. They told my son they did not have time to wash.. I just spent 50k and this is how I was treated. I declined the loaner, and borrowed my sons truck. Car had paint etching on delivery which was a real nightmare to get resolved. I gave up with them, and had the car detailed elsewhere.
Each I came here in the past, it was always a week or two for a simple task. to have scheduled. Time is money, and I just don't have the time for this.. They really need to get there stuff together... Never had this experience at any other GM dealer. Twins Buick is where I have landed, and its like night and day.

I just took my Cascada in for its first oil change/tire rotation. The service representatives were friendly, funny, and very professional. Plus - there was no charge. They told me that the first 2 oil change visits are free - and I did not purchase my car from this dealership. If their sales people are as great as their service people, I will definitely purchase my next car from Coughlin!

So I bought a 2017 Chevy truck at a price very close too what the dealer was originally asking; I was told there was. Dry little room for negotiation! This vehicle had 18k + not new but fairly clean. I negotiated that they detail the exterior of the truck with the deal as it had rust dots imbedded in the white paint! I was told it would be detailed the morning that I came to pick up my truck and pay 40k! Needless to say they did not follow through on their promise. I took the vehicle regardless as it was raining and I had driven an hour and 10 minutes after making a deal a previous day; they had given me their word so why would I question? I received an email from the salesman asking how I felt about my purchase. I stated the truck was treating me good so far; but I was a bit disappointed that he did not follow through with our agreement to detail the truck and remove the rust dots. A few days later he made it a point to call me and tell me he was very sorry and he would like to make it right and detail the truck for free at my convenience in schedule! I made him aware that I couldn’t get it in rt away as I don’t live close but I would set something up as soon as I could. I emailed the salesman to set up the exterior detail and asked about getting a price to detail the interior and get an oil change while I was there since I would be make no the trip! He called me back said oil change was 70$ and entire detail was free of charge; so we set a date when all work was to be done and I was told it would take approximately 4 hrs and a would wait in town. So I go through all of this driving/ waiting in town and receive a call that vehicle is ready for pickup. I return on foot to the dealer to get my truck and find they have maybe changed oil and ran the truck through car wash only! They swept interior did not attempt to detail or steam clean 1 thing inside, and the exterior was still polka dotted with rust specs in paint as it had been when I originally looked at buying the truck!!!! Very pusses off that they chose to waste my day, fuel, and lied to me about their intentions!!! The dealer would’ve been further ahead telling me no they would not detail the truck for free from the get go; unbelievably dissatisfied customer!!!!!!

Coughlin in London is awful. Several years ago I was in the market for a truck. I had one picked out but Coughlin wouldn't give me the deal I thought it was worth. They had one that "had just come in" and was supposedly the same as the one as I was dealing on. I made the deal. Got the truck home and on further review noticed all of the paint on the bottom rocker panels of the truck was gone, previous owner must have enjoyed speeding down gravel roads. Took the truck back the NEXT day and Coughlin wouldn't do anything, make another deal, paint the panels, nothing. Now, I've got a truck (bought from another dealership) that's having repair needs. Against better judgement and advice from neighbors and friends, I didn't wait for the awesome service department at Dave Kehl. Thought I could get it done quicker at Coughlin. Nope. Been in twice and spent a bunch of money and still not fixed. Don't buy their "best technicians in the area" line they feed you. Completely incompetent. Save time and money in the long run and make the trip to Dave Kehl or Byers. Seriously.

I was referred to bill delord from another repair shop because they deemed my repair to be covered under warranty. Info they stated bill delord pointed out to them. Called to make an appointment and was able to get in pretty fast with a loaner car that was comparable to the size car i owned. I was worried about the whole thing since the covered under warranty info came from another shop. I called the day before just to make sure my appointment and loaner car was all set to go. The process of dropping off my car and picking up the loaner was very fast. I dropped off at the end of the day for the next morning. I was called about 900am the next morning from service stating my repair was covered under warranty and all set to go. Shot out to integrity automotive in middletown for being right! They are great as well. I was able to pick up my car even after service was closed and that was a breeze. My mom previously purchased a car from bill delord several years ago and she was happy with the service then and im happy with the service now. I told my mom about my experience and she actually went there for an oil change a few days later. The location isnt really that close but not too far. I live in west chester and my mom lives in middletown. We both pass other places we could go to service our cars be would drive the extra miles for good service. Hopefully it stays that way.

SERVICE implies they are willing, able and HAPPY to serve regardless of your work environment. I’ll be looking elsewhere next time. I made an appt for a diagnostic on a check engine light and was told it could be several hours and might be tomorrow before I get my car back.

Ballas needs to look at my service history record. My comments and letter written to Ms. Ballas include details. They say the work is done, you pay for the work, but it is not done. I was told “our best tech is working on your car”. Service department video showed the work was never completed. Same issue on 3 separate visits. NO attention to detail.
