Repeat customer for a reason.... - Only Jeeps for me...
I have purchased 3 new Jeeps over the years from Odaniel's and the last 2 through Corey. Going through Corey and Odaniel's are no-brainers for me. Corey is a very likeable guy who treats his clients well, He is knowledgeable and pays attention to the details. He makes the entire process very smooth and professional. As far as Odaniel's in general is concerned, I have never had a bad experience. In particular, I have found their service department to be superb. Very well managed and customer service oriented. I cant recommend both Corey and Odaniel's highly enough.

I purchased my Jeep there in 2016 and have always had it serviced at Auburn since then. They are honest and don’t try to sell you all kinds of rxtra services you don’t need. I live about 15 miles from Auburn and drive past other bigger dealerships which are closer to my house, but it’s worth the extra time and gas to get great service.

Amazing people are a plus in any service department or dealership and though this place has some of the most amazing service advisors I have met, the most impressive aspect here is always the service itself. I'm not sure if I would call it just service at this facility. They go above and beyond in every aspect of customer care while they perform unheard of expert service. They even found a couple of problems that I wasn't aware of giving me basic time frames and pricing necessary for the repairs when and if I decided to do them. Nothing pushy nothing highbrow just regular people knowing their business and sharing that expertise with me. At over 400,000 miles I have been to quite a few dealerships and have only found three in the United States that I trust to work on my vehicles. Of those three this one continues to rank the highest!! It's pretty sad to have to drive so far to get good service but it's more than worth coming from Louisiana to get John and his expert crew to take care of me. You can tell they love their jobs and it shows in their work!!

They broke my car and will not fix it - ameyer1003
This dealership has no integrity. I brought my car in for warranty work and after they had to preform the work twice because they did not complete the job correct the first time. During our second time for the same repair they broke our DVD head rests. I brought it to the service managers attention and they said they will not fix what they broke. I have asked to speak to Ted Nine the GM ten times and he will not speak with me. Stay away from this dealership. This service department will break your car and not take any responsibility for it.

After initially finding that I was going to be charged in excess of 1000. To replace a pcm module that I later found out should have been an easy security reset, I went to pick up my vehicle, shelled out my $1013. Only to find the inside of my car to be covered in black grease and a standing puddle of water on the floorboard of the drivers side. I went back in to the service desk to draw the service managers attention to the state that my car was left in and was told we didn’t do that (referring to the puddle) he then proceeded to clean the grease and told me that if they didn’t “look at it” that it wasn’t their fault. I know for a fact that it was due to the fact that I had all of the door and window gaskets replaced by another dealership less than a year ago. That being said what kind of dealership service department leaves black grease all over the inside of a vehicle handprints and all! For a thousand dollars it should have been at least in the same condition as I left it. By the time he had finished making excuses he just walked away, no I’m sorry no thank you for your business nothing I was left standing in the lot seething. After I composed myself and resisted every temptation to tear him a new one I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth and needless to say I will not be back and will not recommend Tyler to anyone in the future.

We took our truck here for an unknown problem. They told us what the issue was and told us what it would cost to fix it. So we had them "fix" it. We drove it home (Thursday) and realized that the problem was not fixed. So we called and told them that it was still happening and made an appointment (for Tuesday) to take it back and have it fixed. On Thursday I had to call to get an update and they said they hadn't been able to "squeeze it in yet." Fast forward A WEEK LATER they called to ask me what the problem was. Like I hadn't already explained what it was doing and my husband had also called. I get a call that they aren't able to fix it. One, because they aren't sure what it is and two, they dont have the equipment to fix what they found it might be on the internet. Then they charged us another $50! 😡 So to sum it up 3 weeks and $200 later they fixed something that wasn't broken and cant figure out what the real problem is.
