Highly recommend McGrath. We have purchased 3 new vehicles there, my last two from Noonya Taroyan. They have been fair and honest. I have done all vehicle service there as well. We will continue to purchase our cars from McGrath and have them serviced there as well. Noonya is the best sales person that we have ever dealt with. Juan B was our rep, nice guy but when I asked for numbers on the RDX he came back and said his GM was too busy to put any together right now... Seriously? A customer asks for numbers and you say your too busy? I asked him to send me numbers... I sent Juan an email that afternoon asking for numbers on the RDX. Juan NEVER got back to me EVERY. I ended up buying a used Lexus 350RX from Lexus of Arlington because they wanted my business and made time for me.... Do yourself a favor and find a dealership that wants your business...

It is true, smiling faces don't tell the real truth! They won't take NO for an answer regarding the extended warranty - we said no, not only six (6) times, but still keep pushing us to obtain some kind of extended warranty.
And it got worse from there, when Luke unscrupulously added $1,000. + worth of some added options to the legal contract that they, namely Luke, Orlando and Tye attempted extremely hard to convinced us that it was on the rough draft contract paper. We informed all three (3) of them that it was commingled with the documentation fee and it was never explained properly. This is not the very first car we bought in the several decades in our lifetime, but the worst transaction thus far. It is a disservice to the customers when something is not elucidated properly and take them for granted like a fool, that they will not catch this stealthy technique for the bottom line of the dealership. We informed them, we are walking away, no deal if they won't remove the bogus car preparation options --- which they hesitantly removed to finally close the deal. The Mcgrath ownership must address this wrong and unlawful practice. What a real disappointment!

Jerrod Herogg "Sales Manager" is very low keyed which is a huge plus, super friendly put together a deal for the salesman that I couldn't pass up, Smiley in service is absolutely wonderful, I was a day late in the service promotion but he got it applied and provided a rental plus he got a lot of things done under warranty which was a huge plus of course, this is an A1 dealership!!!!!
