I drove in to the dealership and Ted drove my car over checked it in got me a nice lunch and sat with me while I waited discussing how I liked my car and such. Service was excellent as always. I continue to expect that when I have a tire rotation that the air pressure in the tires on the vehicle would be checked. Got the lube, oil, tire rotation on Wednesday, Sept 12. Today, received via the internet the computer report on the vehicle's status. Everyone of the tires is listed at 31 or 32 pounds.
Supposed to be at 35. This is so minor and so aggravating. You can't rate 100 with this.

Had to get a few screws bolted down inside the new bed of truck for the lights. Was not secured after a company sprayed the new coating on the bed of the truck. Had the appointment and got the job done. Talked to the mechanic on a few other issues of installing a few covers and tie downs that he didn't have to do but was willing to get it done. Thank you.

I stopped in to see the dealer and while we were talking I told him that my van was jolting while I was driving. The owner, Lou, took my keys and took it for a test drive. When he got back he showed my that my spark plug was arching and sending sparks all over the engine. He was surprised the engine had not caught on fire! He had one of his service men come out and fix it there in the parking lot and he refused to let me pay for the fix. I’m so appreciative of the time he took- he seriously saved my vans life and potentially me and my children’s life. I will be forever greatful! Many thanks to Lou and his staff!

I bought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in May of 2017. I live near Indianapolis and therefore usually have service at another dealer in Indianapolis. However, I was in Monticello on vacation and asked if I could get the recall addressed. The entire recall service only took about 15 minutes. The dealer in Indianapolis told me they would need my car for a half of a day and didn't have the parts. Come to find out the recall was only a software upgrade. I highly recommend Hendrickson Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge for their honest and professional service team.

I was driving my Corvette from Detroit to Las Vegas and needed to get an special 500 mile Break-In service. I got there a few minutes before closing; but John Mann, the Service Advisor had one of his guys stay late and take care of my car. This saved me from having to come back the next morning and lose valuable driving time. This went Above & Beyond what I have come to expect from most dealerships. From the initial greeting to keeping me updated and going over all the details, I couldn't ask for better and was very satisfying for myself. I've had my vehicles serviced multiple times with Jim at Christensen Chevrolet and my expectations have been exceeded everytime. We purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruz (new) Blossom Chevrolet. Upon purchase, we had a warranty to help with any issues. We have had to take the vehicle five (5) different times to the dealer for repairs for leaking antifreeze. Each time, the dealer informs us that they have made the repairs, it lasts a few months and then we have to take the vehicle back for repairs. Each time they tell us something different about the repairs.
Now, we are having issues with the antifreeze leaking again! We called and spoke to the dealer regarding this and they stated that it is now out of warranty and any repairs would be on us. My complaint is two-fold: One, what is going on with this new car that is causing it to have a continuous antifreeze problem? Two, what kind of dealership has us return multiple times with the same issues and the problems is never resolved!

Just a bad overall experience from scheduling the appointment, showing up and being told they could not honor the appointment, to work that had to be done twice as it wasn't right the first time, and finally just plain lied about the filter they were using. I brought the car in for a front end alignment, but during the work I was told the cabin air filter needed to be changed. I let the Service Advisor know that I wanted the charcoal air filter and that it was grey, and she agreed that is the filter they used so I approved the new filter. When I got home I found the filter was instead a white hepa filter. I had to take the car back anyway as the front end was worse now than it was before I took it in. Mind you I took it in because I just put new tires on the car, not because it was driving badly. It drove fine until I brought it in. When I challenged the Service Advisor on the charcoal filter, I was given an article stating hepa filters were better than charcoal, but no apology for the lie, no offer to replace it with the filter I wanted. Just "too bad because we know better". At this point I don't care whether they are right or wrong, the fact is it is my car, and if I want a charcoal filter in it, that is what should be in it. I don't like the fact that Lisa just agreed with me so she could move on and then go and put whatever filter they wanted in it. It makes you wonder what other customers are being told vs what is actually being done to the vehicle.

So I bought a 2017 Chevy truck at a price very close too what the dealer was originally asking; I was told there was. Dry little room for negotiation! This vehicle had 18k + not new but fairly clean. I negotiated that they detail the exterior of the truck with the deal as it had rust dots imbedded in the white paint! I was told it would be detailed the morning that I came to pick up my truck and pay 40k! Needless to say they did not follow through on their promise. I took the vehicle regardless as it was raining and I had driven an hour and 10 minutes after making a deal a previous day; they had given me their word so why would I question? I received an email from the salesman asking how I felt about my purchase. I stated the truck was treating me good so far; but I was a bit disappointed that he did not follow through with our agreement to detail the truck and remove the rust dots. A few days later he made it a point to call me and tell me he was very sorry and he would like to make it right and detail the truck for free at my convenience in schedule! I made him aware that I couldn’t get it in rt away as I don’t live close but I would set something up as soon as I could. I emailed the salesman to set up the exterior detail and asked about getting a price to detail the interior and get an oil change while I was there since I would be make no the trip! He called me back said oil change was 70$ and entire detail was free of charge; so we set a date when all work was to be done and I was told it would take approximately 4 hrs and a would wait in town. So I go through all of this driving/ waiting in town and receive a call that vehicle is ready for pickup. I return on foot to the dealer to get my truck and find they have maybe changed oil and ran the truck through car wash only! They swept interior did not attempt to detail or steam clean 1 thing inside, and the exterior was still polka dotted with rust specs in paint as it had been when I originally looked at buying the truck!!!! Very pusses off that they chose to waste my day, fuel, and lied to me about their intentions!!! The dealer would’ve been further ahead telling me no they would not detail the truck for free from the get go; unbelievably dissatisfied customer!!!!!!
