I bought my car from ted Thompson several months back and today I needed an oil change. Ted in fact made my service appt for me. I drove in to the dealership and Ted drove my car over checked it in got me a nice lunch and sat with me while I waited discussing how I liked my car and such. Service was excellent as always. I will always refer my friends and family to him. Thanks ted that’s how you treat a customer.

I took my relative's car over to GM City on the advise of a cousin who bragged on the people over in Scottsburg. I'm sure glad I did. They sure do know what they are doing!
My cousin's car was making a new sound and she drove it everyday to work. She told me about it more than once, so I asked around at church. Everyone had a different idea. Finally, another cousin said drive over to see the service folks at GM City in Scottsburg. I's glad I did!
I need to shout out to Scott Nale who really helped me. I got out in less than an hour. While I was there, their General Manager Ryan Barker even introduced himself. I didn't want to leave. They really valued me and made sure everything was more than okay.
I know where to take any car I have over to Scottsburg! Again, Worth the Drive Anytime!

Twice in two years we have had a flat tire that required replacement. Without an extra car to drive we needed a quick resolution to our problem. Both time and as recently as last week the garage At Andy Mohr had a new tire in our car by the next morning. Staff was efficient and courteous.

We purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruz (new) Blossom Chevrolet. Upon purchase, we had a warranty to help with any issues. We have had to take the vehicle five (5) different times to the dealer for repairs for leaking antifreeze. Each time, the dealer informs us that they have made the repairs, it lasts a few months and then we have to take the vehicle back for repairs. Each time they tell us something different about the repairs.
Now, we are having issues with the antifreeze leaking again! We called and spoke to the dealer regarding this and they stated that it is now out of warranty and any repairs would be on us. My complaint is two-fold: One, what is going on with this new car that is causing it to have a continuous antifreeze problem? Two, what kind of dealership has us return multiple times with the same issues and the problems is never resolved!

Ask service dept to put a new screen on my que system in my cadillac since the heat made it spider web this weekend, said they wanted to replace the who system for 1700.00 dollars I told them I only needed the screen said if I wanted to purchase a screen somewhere else the would put it in but dis not offer to order me one. I had a mechanic in town put a screen in for me for less than 250.00 I recogn if you don't want spend the big bucks with them they don't want your business.

Poor service. Bough a used car that had 45000 miles with bumper to bumper warranty til 125000 miles. The window regulator quit working and the window would not roll up 3 week after getting car. They wouldn't cover it under warranty or take care of the problem. I will never buy another car from Andy mohr.
Crooked Service Department - TinaLouise
Must be where the name "Stealer Ship" comes from. Their service department is crooked. Bought a car from another Hubler dealer with one odd tire. We convinced them to let us give up the 3 "free" oil changes to get a matching tire put on at the Bedford dealer. First, the Bedford dealer had the wrong tire. So, they put the old tire back on. We had to come back later when the correct tire came in. In the mean time, the tire sensor lost connection with the car. We thought, " no big deal. It'll get corrected when they correct tire is put on". NOPE. left with correct tire and the tire monitor was still not communicating with the car. Took the car back again, only to be told we needed to buy a new sensor. We told them this happened when they took the tire off the first time and the sensors were all fine before that. They said they would look at it. All they did was switched tires. Now the opposite side sensor was going off. PRETTY SHADY. We reprogrammed all the sensors ourselves. Wonder why they don't want to just treat people right and make them want to come back because they trust the dealership to be fair and honest. We take our car to another Chevy dealer if we need service.
They Damage my car and Refuse to fix it. - Gina
I wish I had read these reviews before taking my car here. Stay far away as possible. Had to take my car here because the person who was at fault had USAA insurance and this is their preferred provider. They fixed the front of my car fine. But also somehow damaged the sides, and broke off my antenna. They tried to tell me it was like that even though looking at the photos you can see it wasn't. Now I have to take my time and go through small claims court. I will continue to warn as many people as I can to stay away from blossom on shadeland.

Hello, all! If you're reading these reviews, I bet you're probably in the market for a new vehicle. Well, I'm not here to tell you if Gates is the place for your new purchase, but I am quite prepared to say you should never try to get a vehicle serviced at this dealership!
I came to Gate and attempted to have my low-mileage, under-warranty vehicle diagnosed for a knocking sound. After a 2.5 hour wait (was told 1 hour, and watched another customer enter, get service, a loaner, and leave before me) a serviceman approached me and outright refused to diagnose the issue, stating their refusal was due to 'snow on the ground', and that I should come back when it's nicer outside. Seriously! As soon as I left their service center and hit the road at 20mph, the knocking was CLEARLY audible! After calling the service center to set a date and time *they* find appropriate, and not being given one, I requested to speak to the floor manager. The gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful, but said he could not arrange a diagnostic until the following week, which I found unacceptable.
I'm sure their salesman are quite genial and the deals superb, but I would suggest staying away from their service center: they seem selective about who they want to serve and who they do not.
