ANOTHER ESCAPE - DMagula
Rich Mason at Jim O'Neal ford has sold me at least 3 Ford Escapes. I'm been very satisfied with my experience, never felt pressured to make a purchase, and have been satisfied with my trade-in allowance they gave me. My family owns three Fords and continue to have them maintained at Jim O'Neal Ford. We will continue to purchase our future vehicles from Rich and Jim O'Neal. I, highly, recommend anyone looking for a, new to them, car to give Rich Mason a call.

Great experience - JD
Dean was wonderful to work with. Wasn’t pushy and he was very helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted. Gary was nice and didn’t take long to get the paperwork together.
No Pressure - Jeff59
Wanted a new truck. Worked with Steve and Stevie to help me get a nice truck. A lot of difference from the 2012 I traded in.

Walked out with a brand new car - Aysia M.
I came in because of a preapproval I had received, and I wanted to see the used cars that were available for me to finance. Pete gave me all the guidance and information I needed to purchase a brand new Hyundai Accent. He was very professional, helpful, and dedicated to making sure I was satisfied with their services. I am very pleased with the outcome of my purchase and I would recommend anyone to come to this Ray Skillman dealership when looking to purchase a vehicle.
Definite 5-Star Rating - tyree,b
My wife and I traveled to Columbus from Plainfield to search for a new 2019 Honda Pilot from Hubler Honda in Columbus. Sales and Leasing Consultant, Greg Erdman was very friendly and polite, and never once did he make us feel pressured to buy our vehicle. We were very satisfied with the deal we were offered and would definitely recommend this dealership to any of our friends or family in need of a car.

It sucked. - Uscwoap
We bought a vehicle that looked great and ran great and 5 days later it all went to pot and has been nothing but huge repairs. We are at $4000 in repairs on a $18k plus vehicle.
Be very careful dealing with Jim True - Jcb
I specially ordered a 2017 Ford Raptor from Jim and waited 6 months for it to come in. This truck was the biggest pile of junk I’ve ever owned. I tried to get Jim to do something about it including getting Ford involved but all Jim would do is lie, jerk me around and ignore me. Jim was supposed to be a family friend and we had purchased several vehicles from him over the years. We will never make that mistake again!!!
Excellent Experience - Brad007
I've bought many cars over the last 30 years, but I have never had a better experience than at Don Meyer Ford. They went above and beyond my expectations and the entire experience was excellent. Thank you very much!
Our Ford Windstar has run fine. We've had absolutely no... - DeniseMChar
Our Ford Windstar has run fine. We've had absolutely no problems. We took the van in for a recall repair. Matlock Ford kept it all day. It is between 1/4 to 1/2 mile from our home. Our van didn't make it back to our home. We called and the owner's grandson came and looked at it on the side of the road and said it wasn't their fault and there is nothing he could do. He didn't bring it in. He didn't put it on a lift and have it checked, he just looked at it for 3 minutes on the side of the road and said it couldn't be their fault. We had recall repair to the back axle and the problem is in the front... but when he started describing what he did he said they were underneath the feet of the front seat. It was very disappointing and very bad business. At least call a wrecker, take it back, diagnose it and THEN bring us in to show us EXACTLY what was done during the recall and EXACTLY why it couldn't be your fault. SImply diagnosing it from 3 minutes on the side of the road isn't good enough.
