While I appreciate that this repair was covered under an extended warranty, I was not happy when I picked up my truck and found greasy hand prints/foot prints on the front bumper, hood, driver side door panel, steering wheel and center console. Did not expect to have to de-grease my vehicle after picking it up at the dealer!

Dropped our truck off for 2 drivability concerns.
Service writer called - left a VM - and said the truck was done.
Service writer did not fill out any paperwork, so when I picked up the truck, it said nothing about either drivability concern.
Called the next morning and got the info from the writer - should not have had to do that.

Steve’s European treated me with the greatest amount of respect and honesty. From the moment they answered my phone call to set up the appointment I knew they would be earning my business. Not only is my vehicle domestic but it has aftermarket parts that can make it quite difficult to work on. JD was my service advisor and he assured me that this would not be an issue. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and JD had me all checked in and ready to head out in just a few minutes. They had everything taken care of quickly and with expert care. They even went above and beyond to take pictures to show me what modifications they had made before and after. I will definitely be using their services in the future. Thank you all!

First off, let me say every employee I dealt with was very professional. When I left the dealership and drove for a while, my car would sputter and die. Before I took the car in, my car ran fine. Now I have to take it in for something Art Moran did.

I am beyond frustrated right now. I took my 2016 CTS in because my check engine light came on and Autozone put it on the machine which came up with multiple codes (per the direction of service tech at Lafontaine I took to Autozone and the codes included transmission and electrical system amongst others). I took my car in and received a loaner. I had multiple other issues and since it was a lease I told the tech about all of them as well as I was due for an oil change.
I received a call that my issue with the trunk button not working was a result of a water leak in the trunk. I have now been accused of having the trunk lid worked on and they have PROOF that it was tampered with. Since I lease vehicles I NEVER take my vehicle to outside shops. I have basically been called a liar by the dealership and told that if I do not pay for the repair that they will forfeit any further warranty work. On top of that my car could continue to have electrical issues since there is a leak. Also we were given a CT6 loaner and after hitting ONE pothole the tire and rim were damaged. My CTS is now being held hostage until we pay $950 to replace loaner rim/tire. We do not have that money. I have a loaner SUV and they want it back ASAP.
The dealership states that they "are trying to work with us", yet their definition of working with us is that we pay $1210 and they do nothing.
This may very well be my last Cadillac and we have owned 4. This is the worst. My husband does not appreciate my posts since he is a GM employee, but I feel like we need to get some respect in this situation. I pay a lot of money every month to have a reliable vehicle and this Cadillac has had MULTIPLE issue and I have only had it for 1 year and less than 3 months.
Not so free oil change - Sara1234
I had my first oil change done on my new car, which is part of their service plan. Now the car shakes. I was told they don't balance the the tires after they rotate them. Also, that it's $49.95 to do so, which is more expensive than the tire companies charge. I have bought other cars from them, and never had this problem. This will be my last car that I purchase with them. Their service staff was not helpful, only my salesman attempted to help. It's not like it's a close drive for me to go there either, and take time off from work. Also their "free" car wash is not so. It covers an undercarriage wash. You have to still pay extra to get a real car wash.
