I bought a used 2013 Corvette Grand sport from Alan on January 9th of 2018, got the CARFAX report from him, everything looked good, no accidents showing. Went to trade the car in at Classic Chevrolet on August 1st of 2019, the dealer tells me my Corvette was in a collision (showing December 2017), and my car would be worth less money due to Corvette buyers being concerned with repairs. I flipped! Needless to say I was very pissed! My Corvette had been hit in the rear before I bought the car and the CARFAX showed it to be clear of accidents. I figure the previous owner took it in and the dealership advised them to have it repaired and trade it in, accident was hidden from CARFAX until after it was sold.

I asked to receive a list of previous service documents so that GM could review all the issues I have had with my truck. I was originally told to come in with my license to pick then up. I came in later that day and they were having issues finding the correct vehicle. Service consultant Jennifer H told us to come to her office and was extremely rude and was obviously annoyed by the request. She said that I had to send an email requesting them and they would only send them in mail. I sent the email while sitting there. She said if we're having problems with truck shutting down while driving to take it to auto zone, maybe they can figure out the code.( that is ridiculous since im paying $500 a month for the lease, the service dept should figure out why it shuts off while im driving it). The truck was in there several times for the same issue already. I called a few days later since I got no response from my email. She again was rude and said someone will call me back. No call back.. I went in to the dealership to talk to someone else and they directed me to Service Manager Mark Len.. He apologized for the inconvenience and said that made no sense to have to send an email to request the documents when I was there with my license. He immediately printed them for me and was very helpful and professional. As for Jennifer, if you choose to work in customer service, you need to remember what the title means...Customer Service means helping the customer. Not talking down to them and being rude. I've bought several vehicles at Taylor Chevrolet over the years but me and my family will not be returning customer. I went to a competitor for the same request and had what I needed in 5 min and no issues.
Piss Poor Service Center - Zoom
At first it appears to be a nice place, but the service isn't up to the same level as the decor. Brought my car in to have a tire fixed (had something stuck in the tire). Have a tire protection package but they were unable to look it up they claimed. Called another dealer, had them tell Matthews Hargreaves how to look up something they should already know how to do. They then sneak in a front end alignment when it was just replacing the rear tire that got realigned less than 6 months ago. Anyway when i go to pay, they say it will be $280. I argue with the cashier and she claims she then misread it and it should be $180. I then ask to speak with a manager and it is corrected to something like $80. I leave telling them how unhappy i was for just coming in to replace my tire for free with my tire package. Come a month or so later, is winter now and that tire gets a bit low on air. I go to top it off and find the valve cap on just the replaced tire is missing. So odds are they forgot to put it back on. 1 star is 2 stars too many.

I took time off of work to drive 2 hours to pick up a car. I was running late due to an accident & called ahead to let them know I was going out of town the next day & needed to bring the car home. I was told it wasn’t a problem. When I got there I was told that I couldn’t bring the car home the same day. Don’t waste your time with these guys. They don’t play straight up.

I took my car in for service and warranty work. They had it for a few days. Did not repair the problem. I got it back dirty inside and out after I called and said clean and prep my car before I arrive to pick it up! Someone went in the glove compartment and my trunk searching. They searched through a black bag I keep in the trunk for emergencies. WHY! Left everything loose in the trunk. It appears like sabatage to me. Everytime I take my SUV in I have a problem. Clearly they don't want to do service on this SUV because it's warranty work and they don't get paid! Talked to the service manager who was antagonistic and down right rude! He called me, I didn't call him. They stand around and stare at me it's kind of creepy! I don't have to be friendly just do your job and fix my little SUV! OnStar has this as my preferred dealer so when appointments are made by them I am forced to come to James Martin. Last time I was there some girl asked for my key, she never said who she was. People standing around doing nothing with too many customers waiting for service breeds chaos and unhappy employees and customers. No organization. You want good reviews then you do good work!

No communications. The phone number alone will not go through to the business. I ordered a part from them and have not heard from them in five days. I paid $27 for express 2 day shipping that has not even been sent out yet. I have spent hours on hold with the parent company Ed Rinke Buick Chevrolet GMC waiting on assistance that never comes. I hope this helps others in their decision on parts they need and pay a rush on.

On 3/19/19 was purchasing a $54K truck after an overnight test drive, was promised of a promo by GM Finincial that last four payments of prior vehicle would be paid. Changed insurance, ran credit, obtained and wasted a GM employee pricing pin, all for them to rip the rug out from underneath and said they were wrong and won’t pay the last four payments totaling $1,200. They lost a sale over peanuts to them and did jack to make it right after lying. Wouldn’t pay the difference, wouldn’t barter service or truck add ins like tanneau in place, absolutely nothing. Would never buy from liars... steer clear, also their body shop isn’t AAA certified cause it was revoked. Sad sad...
