He said I just had to see this explorer they got in because it sounded like I would benefit from the 3rd row seats. I came in to see it reluctant because it was used and I usually get leases. I've taken my 2012 Ford Fusion to Bill Brown Ford for every unfortunate insurance claim that I've been plagued with for the past year, a total of 3 times for 4 different claims. Every time, I walk in and just tell them my name and insurance company. They have the paperwork ready and everyone I've worked with has been wonderful.
They make prompt phone calls to update with any progress or changes in the service, including notification of availability of their loner vehicle program which provided me with a vehicle during the duration of the repairs, free of charge (you are responsible for gas). Aside from loaner vehicles, they also offer courtesy shuttles to and from the collision center within a reasonable distance - a service I've often used. They are always prompt, friendly, and the vehicles are always very clean, even in the winter months.
Their standard of cleanliness doesn't stop at their own fleet, however. Every visit, they've cleaned my vehicle, inside and out. My car always comes back like brand new! They even polished the spare change in my cup holder!
Even when situations aren't ideal, like having to drop off my car during bad weather during the holidays, and having the reschedule repairs; Bill Brown Ford has always gone above and beyond to work with me and find a solution that works. In situations where I've misunderstood turn around times, they've been understanding and happy to quickly change appointments and plans to suit my needs.
I would never trust anyone else with my car. Bill Brown Ford is the best.

My salesperson Rebecca, was very helpful. I knew what equipment I wanted on my new truck, and she found it for me. I test drove a similar 2019 at Crest, to make sure I would like it. I came from a GMC Sierra, but was never happy with the tiny door opening on their extended cab trucks. Ford is the only maker of a Supercab, with the Suicide doors as the back doors. This makes it so much easier to put my personal gear, or groceries in and take them out. Rebecca was very helpful on my questions, and if she didn't know the answer she would find it.

I called the dealership, asked to speak with someone about a possible new lease. I spoke to Mark Fortuna told him what I was looking for and what I wanted the payments to be. We couldn't come up with a number I wanted. I asked if they had a demo for lease. He said he would check. Mark called back in about 3 minutes, said they had one, it was exactly what I was looking for. I was shocked when he told me the monthly payment, I immediately told him to hold it and I would come in. When I got there I was expecting the payment to be higher, thinking he just wanted to get me to come in like the 5 other dealers I went to beforehand. Not the case. What he told me is what I'm paying. Best experience in a dealership ever. Mark was straight forward and to the point. Would highly reccomend.

They would even take the time to reach out to be sure I had a good understanding and comfortable with everything. They "schooled" me in the process and that isn't something that is easy to find. THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH - ED
Hands down the worst dealership, truck was purchased brand new and was delivered to me with problems. Vehicle has been in and out of service for months and I still have issues. They botched up the service repairs several times on my vehicle and admitted to it and the last repair apportionment the service manager flat out said he isn't addressing certain issues for me which is confusing because the truck has low millage and is still under the factory warranty. Service Department management and personal are very unprofessional. Had an appointment to drop it off and meet with the general manager and he passed me off to someone else, Hands down the worst! They have shown me they really so not care about their customers nor do they have adequate training.
Service employees think it is ok to use the term "xxxxxx" - The Advocate
I think it is extremely inappropriate for a customer service professional if any level to use the term "xxxxxx" when addressing another person. As a community, we have evolved beyond the use of such terms but yet some continue to openly offend people that may have special needs or loved ones with special needs. Daniel McGreevy is just such a low person to do just that. I am surprised that a Ford dealership would allow such behavior.

After bringing my truck to get the breaks done, it developed a squeak and the brakes stick just before stopping and again when starting back up. I have brought it in 3 more times to have them fix this, each time they replace the wrong parts charge me 100's of dollars and still the problem has not been fixed. Last time I bought it in, they told me they couldn't find a problem but yet my breaks squeaked the whole way home. They never even test drove it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! Now they wont even return an email.

Bought a 2007 f-150 with 90k on it 3 k later I gotta drop thousands on the vehicle to make it run properly after being guranteed that it was in excellent condition. Liars and unhelpful thieves. Don't trust a salesman.
Leaking overhead - Maria8071
Took my f250 for repair as water was leaking from Moon roof switches overhead. Asked for oil change same visit. The service took 10 days. The window shield was reset. Service adviser refuted my son's insistence that the leak was around overhead switches. According to SA only the windshield needed reset/repair.. One week after the vehicle was returned and we had snow melt.... there is leaking from the switches! My roof liner is wet and water leaked onto dash....who know about what is happening to the wiring around the switches?

I and my family have been buying Ford cars for over 25 years kinda had to my father retired from Ford. Anyway, I needed to have my car serviced because of a recall on doors (provision 18N03) which it seems all Ford dealerships are aware of. So I decided to take my car to Gorno because it's relatively close to my home, so I take it in on 2/10/19 they have it a 1-1/2 days and they call me and say they need Ford to sign off on the repairs, now remember Ford knows about the recall and so do all the Ford dealerships. I checked with 3 other Ford dealers (including where I buy my cars BillBrown Ford) and everyone said no problem bring it in we don't have to contact anyone, and we don't know why you were told that. Gorno could have told me 1, we just don't want to or have time to fix your truck or 2, just made necessary calls to Ford before I even brought the truck in, if you needed authorization! So I'm taking to Crest who said they will fix and keep me informed of the progress. Customer service that's supposed to be number 1!

I scheduled an appointment on my 2 y/o lease Ford Explorer at 9 am. At 10:30 when I called to find out the problem Tony said that it hadn’t even been looked at yet. When i questioned y I scheduled an appointment for it to only b pushed behind he went in to say it’s not a Doctors office and times are not always guaranteed. SO AGAIN, why did i have to schedule an appointment??? Also had to have it towed there since it wouldn’t start at all. This is a new car and third time I’ve taken it for service. I have leased 4 different Ford vehicles in the past, but after this, unfortunately I am done with this dealership. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!

This dealership is now Crest Ford. My wife had her 2005 Mercury Mariner towed into this dealership as a "no-start". The service advisor, Mike Brabow, promptly took care of her. The dealership even arranged a rental for the day so my wife would not be without transportation.
Within an hour, Mike called me with the diagnosis and gave me prices on all the fixes. I had the service department perform all the 100k mile maintenance services and put new tires on the car while it was there. The prices for the fix and all the service work, including the tires, were very reasonable. The car was ready that afternoon!!
I have dealt with this dealership and Mike in the past with previous vehicles. I can't say enough how pleased my wife and I are with Mike and the service department at Crest Ford. These folks treat the customer great and go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.
We highly recommend Crest Ford and their service department. Our next vehicle will be coming from Crest Ford without a doubt.
