I had the best experience at Auto Palace - Warren, MI. The showroom was beautiful, the cars pristine, competitive pricing, top notch customer service and easy financing. In the past buying a used vehicle came with a lot of anxiety for me! I have always felt like I could be buying a car with issues that I would be stuck with. At Auto Palace I was able to research the car online (Carfax included), test drive and purchase the vehicle with ease. Nick was fantastic and John was patient and awesome. I don't feel taken. I feel blessed!

I recently bought a jeep wrangler from Carite in Garden City from Danny MacDonald. He was absolutely wonderful helping me pick out the perfect jeep for me, he even went all the way to Ortonville to pick up the one I wanted. The jeep was exactly what I wanted and I am so happy! Danny went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted and needed. There was a bump in the road from my way and he was able to overcome it and make sure I drove out of here in the car I wanted instead of letting me walk away. I appreciate everything him and his staff did for me! I will come back here for every vehicle I purchase and I will send everyone I know here. I had been looking for over one month. Spending way too much time and energy. I have three new lease cars with my family of 6. Needless to say but we are going over our lease miles due to several factors. I wanted an elegant used car so I would feel good driving it. I was looking for an Audi, Mercedes, or Jaguar. Wasted a lo of time looking at garbage elsewhere. Checked out their car lot and found several quality cars to choose from Settled on a 2006 Jaguar with low miles for the same price other dealers were trying to sell me high millage garbage. I purchased my car on black Friday what started out to be an exciting experience ended up being a nightmare to say the least. Well to say the least I bought the car on black Friday drove it for a week and took it back for what I thought some minor repairs instead it ended up being major repairs (my transmission had to be rebuilt, which I'm still not happy about, I wanted to give the car back to dealership or at least get another car). I don't feel that I got the service that I deserved after purchasing a car from them and it going into the shop for some major repairs right away, the car was in and out of the shop for over a month and I had to pay a car payment on the car and it wasn't in my possession and I had only had in my possession for only a week and a half. I didn't feel that the dealership had my best interest at heart and I felt as if I was taking my life into my own hands driving the car with it's problems and no one cared. I am still trying to figure out a way to get out of this car and I will not give up. I have made attempts to contacting some legal advice in getting out of this car as well as contacting Nissan HQ's. I don't know what will become of all of this but I just want to say that my experience with the dealership was not a happy one and I don't know if I would ever do it again.. P.s. My dealer was really nice and he tried to do what he could for me with the car but I know that he could only do so much, his name was Zach W.

I worked in Customer Service for over 35 year's in Management. I know what it means to go up and beyond, and Guido and Todd did just that for me! I not only came away with a beautiful new car, I feel like I made "two" new friend's. I live over 200 miles away, but I will never buy a car any where else! I was nervous buying a vehicle losing my husband and being a widow. But these "two" gentlemen made it easy for me. My two son's will also be visiting them when purchasing their next vehicles. Pre Approved.very easy. Natalie and Jesse were amaaazing. You have to check it out. They work with you. No pressure. I had no idea I would drive away in a 2017 Nissan. I traded in a 2002 Pontiac van. They gave me $1300 to help me out. I paid nothing up front. WOW.

What more can I say other than true miracle workers. I had shopped at multiple dealers for 9 days straight while in a rental. Every dealer said 1 to $2,000 down & $450 car note for crappy cars with high miles and no warranty. Terrence & Chad got me out of a rental and had me in a car the same day. 0 down and $270 monthly. Not only did they get me into a car but also helped me get my car insured. I can’t say how thankful I am for their diligency to help me out. Their Motto is we treat everyone like family. I definitely felt like just that.

This place is a joke, i finaced a car through them. I have back every weekend to get my car fixed well atleast i thought. The service is HORRIBLE. So now my car stalled out on me an wont start wont come outta park. I have 200 dollars in tow bills. Iv had the car less then a month an NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. i had to have my car towed to another carright dealer. I still dont have my car back an its been over a month. This company is a JOKE!!!!!

Contacted City of cars and talked to Alan. Vehicle looked good price was good and everything seemed fine! I was buying from Ohio and the dealer was in Michigan. Alan said that would be no problem (3 hours away) I nail the day of delivery and the lies started! I caught him in a couple of bold face lies and called him out on the and really got some pretty lame excuses again! Steer far away from this place! Not sure why they did what they did but I would not deal with them ever again!

Went in for a car for my daughter, a 06 Pacifica. Took it to a mechanic he said there were numerous problems, it was not safe to drive- frame problems, oil pan, just to name a few. They lied from the get go!! Stay far away from them!!!!
