Service advisor very knowledgeable and professional. Felt he was looking out for me and kept me updated as to the status of the car. Electrical issue was hard to diagnose and felt the car was in good hands with the mechanic and service advisor. They were able to fix the problem for me. Highly recommend both of them. Even had to look to eBay for the part as no longer manufactured. Went above and beyond.

Though that isn't totally correct, as they care about all their customers, we are made to feel like we are part of the Garber family. I bought a 2013 Chevy Diesel truck in February 2017. Last month a problem developed with the diesel exhaust filter, and later was found to also be the catalytic converter. Fortunately, this was all still covered under warranty. The work was done very professionally, without complaint or foot-dragging. I have been a customer at this dealership for the past 13 years and the service has always been good.

GREAT SERVICE! I never expected to get such awesome service at a dealership! I went in for an oil change (no appointment necessary I might add!) and they found a leak by the transmission. I was offered a loaner while they looked at the car and that whole process took like 5 minutes. So easy. The next day i got a call that my car was done so I went to pick it up. Turns out it was the oil pan seal leaking and since it was a default in manufacturing he had GM pay for the service! So so awesome. Best experience I have ever had with car servicing in general.

Steve’s European treated me with the greatest amount of respect and honesty. From the moment they answered my phone call to set up the appointment I knew they would be earning my business. Not only is my vehicle domestic but it has aftermarket parts that can make it quite difficult to work on. JD was my service advisor and he assured me that this would not be an issue. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and JD had me all checked in and ready to head out in just a few minutes. They had everything taken care of quickly and with expert care. They even went above and beyond to take pictures to show me what modifications they had made before and after. I will definitely be using their services in the future. Thank you all!

I made an appointment for an oil change and needed a trim molding ordered. Service writer was not friendly and seemed put off and distracted. I waited in the waiting area for an hour and 45 minutes and NO ONE came in to let me know the status as I watched the room fill up and empty several times. I finally went out and had to find another service writer to ask what was going on. I was told "oh yea, your car is done and sitting out there. We need to order your trim." I made a complaint that didn't really seem to be received well, or with any sincere apology. They did promise me a free oil change next time, but needless to say I will not go back again. Salesman was awesome, but service is horrible!

Service was okay. Couldn’t do what my Car needed. I had a warranty and they changed it after I had to get something fixed. Very poor customer service on the salesman end of the deal. He sold the car and didn’t worry about me after having to come back twice for what is now seeming to be a lemon. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They are inconsiderate and only care about their checks, not your satisfaction.

Renee and Dave were highly disappointing. Our entire experience there has been frustrating and full of condescending behavior. They have created more issues for our vehicle and have the nerve to become irritated with us for wanting them fixed, the right way. The employees there have made light of issues we've had or said they do not exist even though we have video/audio/image proof. Long story short, Burt Watson service department has wasted our time (it is incredible how much time they've had to fix things and we would pick up our vehicle and xyz hadn't been worked on or parts ordered even though they should have been prior to us dropping the vehicle off) and treated us as if we have done something wrong consistently, whether it has been a issue under warranty or a whole new problem they created on our vehicle they are behaving as if they're doing us a favor and they've reached their limit with us, we should just suck it up and deal with a vehicle that has broken parts, whatever it may be because we've brought the vehicle in several times now. We cannot recommend this establishment especially the service department. They may come across as nice the first time, but the visits after that are not so. We've been extremely patient, when you treat people like this- people will write reviews Burt Watson! Also, you never know who knows who... things get back to customers that your employees have said while working on their vehicle.

This is the most awful service department ever! They schedule an appointment and leave your vehicle on the hoist and not a service person around, then if you ask what's taking so long to do a simple job of changing a filter they tell you they are slammed! Why make an appointments if your going to sit for hours waiting. Second time this happened, never again. Will NOT recommend to anyone. Maybe you need some service department training.

Not Impressed at all. Sent my daughter there to take care of a coolant leak. She noticed coolant on the ground in the snow and advised Scott (Service Manager) of this. Scott verbally told her they found a leaky hose. He also recommended a full flush. Her not knowing what she truly needed just wanted heat and her car back on the road and agreed. Bottom line, they put on a $2.06 hose clamp to stop the leak and charged her $204. He went on and on about shop rates, pressure tests, flushing systems and what not. Shame on you Scott. Would you take $204 from your own daughter or just walk out with a screw driver and tighten the clamp? We will find someone with a conscious to take care of our repairs.

Right off the bat I will clarify the only good thing at this place is the experienced painter.
I have never dealt with any place quite like this place. The vehicle took 28 days longer than I was told it would take. They did not replace the custom accessories with the same design, but only what the body shop manager wanted.. vehicle assembled sloppy. Would not work with insurance company who was willing to pay for correct parts. Beware of this place, not the only one who is regretting having work done here.
