I dealt with a service technician - Eric C.- this dealership and Chevrolet should be ashamed to have someone like him representing them. He was condescending, rude and didn't care at all about the customer. He seemed to be severely agitated and not willing to listen to anyone. He was making inappropriate comments about a female customer and laughed about it. Just because its a small town and there aren't many other options, that shouldn't impact the level of service I have spoken with several customers and they had a similar experience with this technician. I will definitely not return and I will make sure that I share my experience as much as possible.

Made an appoint on a Wed to have my car picked up at 730AM Monday morning to have 2000 worth of work done. They originally quoted me just over 2100 for the work and they missed a part so the total was a few hundred dollars more and they ended up getting it down to 1986 as the final total. THEY MADE THE MISTAKE. THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM. They did not show up until after 1pm. Then they ended up not having the work done until Thursday afternoon. Terrible customer service. Communication was awful and they think that giving you a hundred bucks off a 2000 service is giving you a break. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I am a retired GM executive and have kept my Mom in GM products for years. She is currently driving a 2005 Buick Rendezvous and Todd Weasel Buick has been ripping her off every time she goes to the dealership. The last oil change cost her over $200 because they said she needed a transmission flush at 52,000 miles...OEM says never required unless at 100,000 miles.
She recently went over one of Michigan's many potholes and the dashboard lit up with ABS, Traction and All Wheel Drive lights coming on...she took it to Todd Weasel Buick and they wanted to charge her over $1,600 for: new harness, new ABS sensor, new rear wheel bearing, steering knuckle, new tire and rim!
She took the vehicle to Grand Buick, in Grandville, MI, and after their evaluation (for free, Todd Weasel Buick charged over $100 to diagnose) they determined that the vehicle systems were working fine and the vehicle was safe to drive. They explained to my Mom that sometimes those bumps in the road (all too prevalent in Michigan in the spring) sometimes trigger those lights, but in the end she can feel safe and secure driving her Rendezvous!
Bottom line, as someone that knows a thing or two about vehicles, I'm getting sick and tired of dealers ripping off female and elderly customers for their own selfish profit. Todd Weasel Buick, I hope you are listening, because we are all watching!
