Wheel bearing replacement - DEREK
Customer service agents made the process pain free for my wife to bring the vehicle in for service, get a shuttle to a nearby store, and come back when service was finished.

Above and beyond - rmd2010
I had to have work done on my car this week and Sundance went above and beyond to get me a rental so I wouldn't be inconvenienced at all as they worked on rust proofing my vehicle and switching out a sensor for me. They made the process so easy for me and I could not be more thankful. Keith Floyd always makes us feel like we are valued customers. And Tom in service kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle and made sure I got it back when I needed it. Thanks again Sundance for another positive experience!
After your purchase - Dixie Sansom
Had a great buying experience and now am experiencing awesome service and maintenance. They offer shuttle and in my case, a car to use while mine was being fixed.

Outstanding Service - KatieL
needed a quick oil change and tire rotation with out a appointment. They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes and the cost was less than what Uncle Eds was going to charge.
I have a 2015 Chevy Impala LTZ and I trust a GM Certified Center over anyone else

Disappointing Service Experience - cjay
Very disappointed in my service experience. There may be a reason that they have the worst rating of the 4 other chevy dealers in this area.
They did get me in on short notice when my check engine light lit up on my dashboard. After a diagnostic check, they said I needed a $450+ thermostat. I declined service because it seemed like a pretty steep price...and I was right. Even after paying my $95 diagnostic fee...I still was able to get it for $200 at another place, saving me $150. But the worst part is...the thermostat was not the problem after all.
So back to my diagnostic fee. I reviewed the bill when I got home and I was charged an additional $8.50ish for waste disposal and shop supplies. I called to inquire as to what waste they had to dispose of and supplies used that would warrant the charge since I was told they only were hooking it up to a diagnostic machine. The answer was that everyone gets this charge and that they may have used paper floor mats. Still not convinced that it was worth $8.50, I continued to question...the advisor said that they have to also clean the machine. Wow...didn't realize the cost of cleaning a connection. A connection that apparently diagnosed the wrong thing. They wouldn't credit me the money...but said that they would put it in my "VIP" account for future use...hmmm...not sure that will ever be used.
I still had some faith when the service manager contacted me via email after receiving my honest Chevrolet survey results. He noted that he would review my repair order the next morning and contact me to try to resolve my issues. Well...2 business days have passed and no word from him.
It really is a shame...because I want to patronize my hometown dealer. I have an older car that will need maintenance more regularly and their location is convenient... But...will be taking my business elsewhere!
Terrible Customer Service - Chris
I dealt with a service technician - Eric C.- this dealership and Chevrolet should be ashamed to have someone like him representing them. He was condescending, rude and didn't care at all about the customer. He seemed to be severely agitated and not willing to listen to anyone. He was making inappropriate comments about a female customer and laughed about it. Just because its a small town and there aren't many other options, that shouldn't impact the level of service I have spoken with several customers and they had a similar experience with this technician. I will definitely not return and I will make sure that I share my experience as much as possible.
This USED CAR dealership doesn'T realize that people buy... - geecheeme2
This USED CAR dealership doesn'T realize that people buy and sell used cars. I went for an oil change. I made an appointment via the internet using my name. Talked to Glenn in the service department using my name. When I checked in for the appointment, I gave my name. This dealership only goes by the name attached to the VIN number. So I waited about half and hour after my oil change was finished because these people called my car's previous owner's name, not mine. When I went up to the cashier, I asked if my oil change was done. She asked if I was "Linda". I told her "no, my name is michelle". She then informed that they "go by the invoice". So I sat there for half an hour because I did not know my dead mother, whose name is Linda, brought her car to this dealership? My mother hadn't driven my(this) car in almost 4 years. How am I to know that she brought the car here? Why did I bother making an appointment in my name if they are not going to use it. What about people who don't know the previous owner's name? How long do those people wait? I want you to know that I was so upset by this expierence, that my sister had to call on my behalf and speak to the service manager. He was completely useless. He doesn't understand that people buy and sell used cars either! He didn't care that he has lost business because of this. I won't be back. My sister won't go at all and her car needs some very expensive repairs. We are now telling our father, who hopefully, won't be back. I told all my co-workers, who now won't be going. All of us would rather pay more at Master's Oil Change and Car Wash, just to be called by our names!
Sadly, the employees don't care about consumer... - bravoeco2go
Sadly, the employees don't care about consumer satisfaction or happiness. It is really sad when Graff's employees tell me that we care about my business, in fact the worst thing is when they see me leaving mad they laugh, This is very poor services and bad experienced in my life.

I take my van in for regular service oil chagnes and also for minor repairs as well. Im ready to recieve my free oil change through thier POP program that Midway chevrolet does. They take time to explain stuff for me if I need it and also give me any deals they can with the work they are doing, I would recommend the service and sales to any of my friends.

I always feel at ease when I work with Don Riley and his staff to repair my Saturn. They are honest and fully explain what must be done. The waiting room is very comfortable and the staff extremely friendky and helpful. I would recommend Suburban of West Michigan to anyone needing car repairs, tires, or looking for a used car. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVE - iluv2rn
Made an appoint on a Wed to have my car picked up at 730AM Monday morning to have 2000 worth of work done. They originally quoted me just over 2100 for the work and they missed a part so the total was a few hundred dollars more and they ended up getting it down to 1986 as the final total. THEY MADE THE MISTAKE. THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM. They did not show up until after 1pm. Then they ended up not having the work done until Thursday afternoon. Terrible customer service. Communication was awful and they think that giving you a hundred bucks off a 2000 service is giving you a break. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
Treated like family in an hour of need - pogue
We were on our way to Traverse City from Chicago when our Oldsmobile broke down. Despite all of the expense and inconvenience of needing a major repair miles from home, Julian in the service department helped us tremendously. I feared we might be treated as second-class customers because we had an old car and were dumped by fate at their doorstep, but Julian treated us like family.
Although there were hiccups getting back on our way, the stressful circumstances were mitigated by Greg Murray handling our after-hours phone call. They stood behind their work 100% when we were essentially helpless and stranded. Julian made it possible for us to save what we could of our trip, and took care of all of our follow-up phone calls and questions. These guys really went above and beyond and have earned my loyalty. Someday, if we are in the market to buy a new car, we are going to drive to Hudsonville from Chicago to do so.
