Christa Creger has done it again! Friday (3/9) I dropped off my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT for a basic oil change, but in addition to the oil change using Jeep Hemi Synthetic Oil, Christa had her service team rotate my snow tires and wash my Jeep, even including the Weather Tech floor mats! All at no additional charge!!! They service my Olds Bravada, Mercury Grand Marquis, and Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, but continue to exceed my expectations and raise the bar for their competition! Maybe I should start taking my Honda CBX motorcycle to them for service also?

I continue to expect that when I have a tire rotation that the air pressure in the tires on the vehicle would be checked. Got the lube, oil, tire rotation on Wednesday, Sept 12. Today, received via the internet the computer report on the vehicle's status. Everyone of the tires is listed at 31 or 32 pounds.
Supposed to be at 35. This is so minor and so aggravating. You can't rate 100 with this.

Service advisor very knowledgeable and professional. Felt he was looking out for me and kept me updated as to the status of the car. Electrical issue was hard to diagnose and felt the car was in good hands with the mechanic and service advisor. They were able to fix the problem for me. Highly recommend both of them. Even had to look to eBay for the part as no longer manufactured. Went above and beyond.

Chris is service is so helpful and always treats me and anyone I send there with the best customer service. The first time I had brought my previous vehicle before my new lease here (Colorado) in for a power steering and radio issue. He made sure I got a rental truck like I wanted and the turn around on getting it fixed was very quick! They fixed issues other dealerships couldn’t (even though they said they did or didn’t try) and I was very impressed!

Here's what's most important to me in a Cadillac service department:
1. To be treated in a respectful manner as a fellow human being and paying customer;
2. For the dealership to hold to what they say in terms of estimated cost and estimated time for repair;
3. A reasonable price (coupons ROCK!)
Each time I have been to the service center at Les Stanford Cadillac, I have received all three, so this is MY dealership. Not only will they continue to service my current vehicle, but in a year from now (once this car is paid off), I will also give their sales center an opportunity as I'm seriously thinking about being brand-loyal now!

I had a noise coming from my engine and had the car towed to the dealer. They did a.diagnostic test and called me with the results. Everything was covered under the powertrain warranty. I got a loaner car and was caked when my car was ready. I have had the car now for 2 weeks and it runs like brand new at 77000 miles
