Brought my truck in for service and asked if they could check into a service bulletin for me. Charged me 80 for diagnostic that I told them. Strike 3 Tapper. All my business is going elsewhere. These kind of things make me rethink my brand loyalty. 6 chevy's for sale. Guess i'm going Dodge cause you own the Ford dealer in town too

The salesperson that I dealt with was Michael Moore. He was very informative regarding the cars options and warranty.. There were several options that the car had that he was able to assist with how they operate. My wife was ill the day that I was shown the car and they allowed me to take it home so that she was able to see it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Service is lacking - TEAMONE SUCKS

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TEAM ONE--they are not a reputable dealer or service center. All of the technicians and sales people have lived in that town for years and think that they own the town. Every experience I have had with them has been terrible. They are rude, unethical and disrespectful. I have dealt with Eric Carpenter on more than one occasion and had the same experience. He is not held responsible when he is wrong because he is so buddy buddy with the management that he gets away with anything he wants. That is not a good way to run a business. I will be discussing this with GM Dealer Relationship Manager to see what can be done. This is far from the first time this has happened with this technician and dealership. HE SHOULD BE FIRED.
