I've had one of the smoothest shopping and buying experiences at this dealership. Alex and Shaun were extremely throughal and straight to the point without any guesswork throughout the whole purchase. The numbers were great, feedback and sharing of info was crystal clear, and paperwork took half the amount of time compared to my previous purchases from other dealers. I would 100% recommend checking out their inventory and dealership as they are ethical, enthusiastic, and extremely good at what they do.

Katie has been my go to service rep since I got my Nissan Rogue (used) over 3 years ago. Her friendliness and smile puts a person at ease and I take her advice seriously. She keeps me aware of exactly will be done and offers me advice on what service is needed. My wife and I have a " car service date " when we both get the chance to take our car in and Famous Daves is our choice of venue.Katie calls us at the restaurant to let us know when the car service is done. I like it that Katie greets us with a genuine smile when we arrive and bids us adieu with that same expression when we leave.
Ben and Charlie treat us very professionally as well and after meeting them on my recent trip, will tell you that their friendly interaction and informative responses are more shining examples of the solid service staff you have.

Transparency, straight forward, honest, genuine, and actually caring about what is best for the customer. The place is under construction so it was not the most ascetically pleasing place to visit but never judge a book by it's cover. Not a review leaver but I had to let people know, It feels good to never have to worry about where I’m buying every car from for the rest of my life!

Aims to please there customers. Will try very hard to accommodate what you want in pricing, packaging and out of pocket expensiveness. I was sold a NISSAN ROUGE in 2020 by Jessie. Both he and the Store Manager made my Leasing experience, hassel and stress free. The staff were quick to wait on me & treated me like family. I would definitely recommend buying or leasing from this Dealer!
Unexperienced Service Department - Anonymous1
The Gerweck Family is a wonderful group of people to purchase your car from however, their service department is unexperienced when it comes to unusual repairs that they are unaware of how to handle (excluding: oil changes, tire rotation and minor issues).

We were out diving in are 2021 new GMC diesel Truck and a systems failure came up on our screen. We drove to Tom Naquin to see what the problem was. The gentleman at the desk said they couldn’t help us and they had no opening for two weeks to even look at the truck. They did not offer a loaner vehicle or offer to help us in anyway. He made us feel that he didn’t want to be bothered with us. So we took our vehicle to another dealer and they went above and beyond to help us out.
After leasing 3 vehicles from Cole Nissan Kalamazoo sales... - cindysleppy
After leasing 3 vehicles from Cole Nissan Kalamazoo sales rep Steve Glocheski and experiencing the same issue each time I am giving Cole Nissan a one star review. When you lease from Michigan but live in Indiana there’s a special form needed to get your license plates in Indiana. After the second lease information not including this form, which caused anger and confusion at the Bmv, it almost became a joke as we signed for our third vehicle and were guaranteed that “all of the paperwork was in order”. When we went to the bmv, the same thing happened for the third time! The correct paperwork was not included. We were livid. We called Cole and talked to Steve Glocheski, he asked what it would take to make it right. At this point we wanted nothing to do with Cole. We were offered that every service visit we would be brought a rental car, our car would be serviced, detailed, and returned to us. Never was the car “detailed” so it looked like a new car for sale on the Cole lot. I purposely asked Service manager Matt Ferrell for new car detailing and was assured that it would be done. This never happened, a wash and sweep isn’t detailing. And the detailing offer was from Cole. My last service call I didn’t request the detailing, as I assumed there was notation on our account due to the previous errors by Cole. My car came back, not “detailed”. Matt Ferrell said that I didn’t request the detailing, just the oil change and offered that the driver return to detail. I said no. I was done with Cole. I then talked to Dealership manager Jim King. I asked him to email me a letter of apology stating the events of the day and his response was “Why?”. I never received an email from Jim King. I no longer have the Sentra, I turned it in to another Nissan Dealership.

Inquired about a car on 12/28. Set up an appointment on 12/30 to have a car inspected prior to purchasing. Sales person with intitials A.S. promises to deliver to shop for an inspection. Admits to failing to follow through and promises that it will get there eventually and just ghosts me. I was intentionally ignored. No return phone calls, or emails. Car is now gone. Extremely disappointing, it's no wonder their reviews have been going down.
Good luck to anybody who tries to get assistance from their sales team.
Great customer service! - Lady A
After leasing a car from this dealership, I decided to buy another vehicle once my lease was up. I had some issues with the new car and after a few ups and downs, the general manager contacted me and made things right with me! He was very friendly and it was obvious how important good customer service is to him! I really appreciated him contacting me personally.

My Best Car Purchase Experience Ever - Alders3858
My recent new vehicle purchase at Gezon Motors was the best experience ever. My salesperson (Bill) was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He made every possible concession on the new car purchase price and gave me more for my trade-in than any other dealer I spoke with. Josh (Finance) also made my purchasing experience exceptional. There was obviously clear communication and collaboration between sales and finance. Josh presented the finance option which best met my needs. He knew I only wished to purchase the vehicle and never attempted to steer me into a lease as a way to fit my monthly payment cap work. My experience after-the-sale was equally outstanding. Paul (sales & training) worked with Bill to thoroughly teach me how to make the most of all my vehicle features had to offer. Bill introduced me to all of Gezon's primary department leads including Roxanne (service) who is genuine, caring, helpful and communicates well. The staff at Gezon works collaboratively to ensure every individual who walks in has an exemplary experience. I'm thrilled with my decision to purchase from Gezon Motors.
Horrible - Deloise 1
They dont even get half of a star!. I am soooooo upset with this place and I am more disappointed with the people that work there . I had my car towed in on Monday and had an appointment on Tuesday for a diag. I told the lady "my car has coolant in the spark plug holes I may have blown the head gasket....I just had a heater core flush I am not sure if that is what caused the problem". I had checked everything I could before the car got there there was NO knocking of the engine, bearings didnt lock, thick white smoke out of the tailpipe so we kind of ruled out possibility of an engine block crack, but more importantly we constantly checked the oil it was still just oil no foam mixture just oil. Again I had given this information to the lady and told her when I had to call and check on my car that I wanted to know if the head was cracked or the engine block. When I talked to her she said immediately said I needed a new engine and that she was looking up prices and that POSSIBLY the head was cracked or the engine block was cracked. Now isnt that what I already told the lady? She is telling me the exact same thing that I ALREADY told her. So after I told her I wanted to know if the engine block was cracked or the head and she said that she would call me back with more info BEFORE they closed. So like a child I waited by the phone for her call only to have to call her back and find out that everybody left because they were closed. This initiated my first call to John the manager. I had to leave him a voicemail pleading for him to call me back because I felt slighted and I wanted to know about my car. The next day Lexi calls me back and says she was returning my phone call for John the manager because he was in meetings and apologized for her unprofessionalism for not returning the phone call and proceeded to tell me the EXACT same thing she said the day before(which is what I ALREADY told her before the car was worked on) adding in I need a new engine again and being very persistent about it. I asked her things like is the head cracked or the engine block cracked .... why couldn't I replace or refurbish the head. She said based on her "mechanical experience" I needed a new or used engine and to get that information I wanted it would be a $500 job on top of the $200 diag fee. Also readers you remember earlier I told you that I had checked the oil she is now saying the oil was foamy and had coolant in it and I told her that I checked the oil and it wasn't like that before it got to them and I have 4 witnesses to prove that. I find all this ridiculous because I'm still yet to get a diagnosis and they are now holding my car HOSTAGE because I refuse to pay $200 for ABSOLUTELY nothing. They did not give me any information that I already didn't know and that I didn't already tell them. I left a message for the CEO and the person that keeps responding to these low rating reviews. I am scared they are going to sabotage my car because of the back and forth we have been doing especially after reading some of these reviews. I just want my car back and John the manager keeps telling me I cannot have it back until I pay the $200 for the nothing of service that I got and the disrespect from the crew. I wouldn't reccomend this place to my worst enemy i should have ready the reviews before I towed it in, but I thought my car would be safe here because they work on VW vs. taking it to a mechanic that mostly works on American cars. Someone let my betty jetta know I coming to get her and to hold on strong! I am sorry for giving these people permission to pop your hood and violate you by just staring at the engine and making stuff up about you because that is all they did!

Thayer Family Dealerships is amazing - Mike Szettella
Picked up a new Traverse for my wife from Rachel & Robert. Great vehicle, great price, great place, great people, & a great experience. For a guy who has spent 20+ years in the retail automotive field it’s hard to be impressed, but they delivered. I would highly recommend Robert London & his staff if you are in the market for a new or preowned vehicle.
The family loves it as they drive to their spring break destination.
Thank you Thayer Family Dealerships!
Start to Finish, Great Experience - Hec.
I had been looking for a specific car and found the one I wanted from Thayer Nissan. I was an out-of state buyer but they treated me as if I was standing in front of them. Not many dealerships around the country can say that when you try to buy a car and you aren't even in the same city let alone the same state. The population of internet buyers (seen or unseen before purchase) is growing and they are doing a great job. Robert was willing to answer every question I had and told me everything he knew about the vehicle. Amy in the finance and title work office as well did a great job of sending me the needed paperwork and answering questions on that end.
From start to finish everything went well. We agreed to a price and they shipped me the vehicle to my city. Given the date of sale and the time I received the vehicle it was a reasonable turn around. Considering they were willing to do all the leg work on that end I was a satisfied customer. Great communication throughout. They went above and beyond to earned my business, I respect that. Overall my experience with Thayer Nissan was a great one.
questionable interest in selling vehicles - Lost Sales Opportunity
Emailed dealership requesting info on one of their new vehicles two weeks ago, and yet to receive a response. Granted, vehicle is a couple model years old and will likely bring a minimal profit, but sales are only part of the revenue stream. Currently own a Murano, but will continue to take to Toledo for service since there has been no effort by Warner to establish a new relationship through a sale.
