Everything you could want - JrodRam
I had the pleasure of dealing with Abbey over the course of a couple weeks in my search for the perfect vehicle. She was very responsive and informative throughout the entire process, and even found me financing at a far better rate than I was expecting. I was a little bit picky in knowing precisely what I wanted and within what range I wanted to spend. On Friday 2-15-19 I walked out with keys in hand to a gorgeous blue Ram 1500. Thanks Abbey and Thanks Deur Speet

2nd time getting a used vehicle at Zeigler Grandville, and this time around had the pleasure of working with Paul G. He knew exactly what vehicle specs I was looking for, and called me the day they took in a 2014 Grand Cherokee Summit, and it checked every box! Paul made the whole process easy, and continues to be extremely helpful with anything I throw at him regarding my new ride. Would most definitely recommend Paul and Zeigler.

No Fix - twintrouble
Poor. Gave specific instructions to service dept on how to make truck leak, didn't listen. They indicated would call to get more detailed information on what truck was doing, didn't do that until I forced the issue. Truck still leaking. We, won't return and wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. The customer knows what is wrong with the vehicle, service needs to listen to their customers.

Great team to work with! - spring in winter
I worked with Tom in sales. Being a woman you don't always get great service or communication. Tom and Jim were great to work with. They were willing to help me find just what I was looking for in a Jeep. They were patient with my 1 million questions and really took time to show me all of the details in my used car purchase. After the purchase was complete I found I needed a second key for the car and right away they followed up on that. They already had the sale, but they made sure I had what I needed to feel satisfied. Great team to work with!!!
False Advertising, Bait and Switch tactic - john
Dealer falsely advertised a truck not only through a third party website, but their own website. Then their sales representative sent me the pricing of the Ram in an e-mail with no pricing disclaimers stating that pricing could be inaccurate and then would not honor me the price of the truck and then tried to sell me a used truck and a much lower trim model. I initially inquired about the truck, then I received an e-mail back with the pricing (that dealer later states was a mistake), I sent an e-mail back to confirm pricing and stated in that e-mail that I would take a flight to drive the truck home for that price, which is entering into an agreement/contract. The dealer tried to state that there was no contract because there was no purchase and sales agreement. In Wikipedia definition a contract is considered to be an "offer" (in my case the e-mail) and then I accepted by sending an e-mail back that I would take a flight to drive the truck home for the price listed in the e-mail. This dealer did a bait and switch tactic and violated Michigan state law regarding section 445.902 and 445.903 and should be held accountable for their actions and I should get the truck for the pricing stated on the e-mail that I received that had no pricing disclaimers. I sent the company a demand letter, regarding this and it went completely ignored.
13 year customer - dodgeboy11
Grand Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Lowell is the place to service your vehicle. Over the last 13 years we've owend a 2003 Dodge Stratus, a 2006 Grand Caravan, and a 2012 Grand Caravan and the service we have received has been amazing. They saved me hundreds of dollars not replacing a power steering pump on the '06 - just needed a flush when everyone else said it was failing. They have recommended necessary work but also frequently recommend work that can be delayed and talk through the risks so you can make the decision even if it isn't in their financial interest. Having been a customer previously at the bigger dealership in Grand Rapids, this dealership is hands down better, cheaper, and more customer friendly. If you buy the vehicle they even have free loaner cars when it is serviced. It hasn't lost its small-town feel even with it changing hands a few years back. HIGHLY recommended.
Amazing Customer Service - Mary E Kogler
Hard to bring my truck in for service and had a funeral to go to where I would be gone for the weekend and the service manager made sure I was able to get to the funeral by arranging for a rental and was very understanding and helpful...Great Customer Service!!! Made my hard time quite a bit easier! Went above and beyond!!!
Would recommend this dealership - Happy Customer
I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership not too long ago. I found it through an online site that has Preferred's inventory listed. I submitted my information online and I was contacted immediately and personally. The sales person was pretty laid back and didn't pressure me to come in so I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in and I was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule. I was greeted by several of the staff when I came in for my appointment and they were all very friendly. They didn't act like vultures like some other places. They also didn't stop being friendly when they knew I was there to see a specific person, which happens to be Ben Jaehnig. I liked that I could deal directly with a manager during the process. Everything went so smoothly for me and my wife. Granted, it took a while for financing and stuff because we don't have the absolute best of credit (some debt) but all in all it was pretty painless. I want to note, because the previous reviewer commented on this, that several times Ben reminded us that because it was a used "as is" vehicle we should have it inspected by our own mechanic. We did this. There were some issues but not enough that we wouldn't buy the car. So we knew going into it that it was on our heads if something went wrong. We had to sign papers saying that we were aware that it was "as is". I just want to note this since the previous reviewer failed to say this although I think most intelligent people could figure it out. Anyway, I think that this is a great dealership to work with. It's nice that they have several options for financing (Lori Kowalski is great) and that they don't look down on you if you don't have the best of credit. We needed a decent vehicle at a certain price and they were able to get it for us, all with genuine smiles on their faces. I think this dealership is great and when some of our debt is paid down we will be returning to get another vehicle. We especially will be returning to Ben. Unlike what the other reviewer said, he is an honest, laid-back, friendly sales person. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
