Everyone here was very helpful and honest when we inquired and bought our used Dodge Charger. We appreciated Mark, who did the safety inspection and had honest feedback. Steve, the used car sales manager who stayed open longer for us to come look at it after work and Chris who dealt us a fair deal on price. Moises, the salesman who went through the vehicle instruction with us and was knowledgeable in that. And of course Greg who handled the paperwork and was a pleasure to meet. I've heard some things about the new cars being made, but I'm pretty darn happy with mine. The salesman was quite the gentleman and made the whole process quite easy. He knew a lot about the cell phone built in the car, but I'm just happy about power windows. This will probably be the last car of my lifetime, but I'd recommend that young man to any other chap.

I would definitely recommend Miller Motors to anyone. Lyn Henriksen took care of my wife and I. We told her what we were looking for before we got there and she had the perfect car ready and waiting for us when we showed up. She really worked with us, walked us through the entire process and made it way less stressful. In the future when we need another car, we will not be going anywhere else or with any other sales person.

Steve in the service department was so helpful. I was in town while my father was hospitalized when my “check engine” light came on. Steve got me a same-day appointment and hooked up my car to the computer to let me know what was going on. When it was discovered that there was nothing that needed immediate attention and I was okay to keep driving he got me on my way without charging me! That’s great customer service!

Previously purchased my vehicle from Schlossmans a year ago and was very pleased with the service/friendly staff. I recently went back to this location for a 60,000 mile service, oil change and to get my tires replaced and the experience was awful. Adam - the manager was really nice over the phone during the week prior and was patient and helped me understand some things I had questions on. I dropped off my vehicle at 7:30 am with a technician the following Saturday and was told my vehicle would be ready for pick up at 2pm. When noon rolled around I received a call from a service technician who indicated I had a radiator leak (which I had already indicated to the service technician) and that a few other repairs would cost $4500 which was obviously, completely outrageous. When I asked simple questions about the pricing and the repairs, the technician became extremely defensive and overtly rude (i.e.saying 'whatever' when I refused the service). It was clear he was speaking down to me because I am female. When I asked if I could still pick up my vehicle at 2 the technician said he could complete the tire alignment next Saturday or 'maybe tomorrow' and that I could rent a car from enterprise for $40/day which I didn't find acceptable. Technician said 'fine - come back at 3 then' and hung up. I returned to the dealership at 3 with the service desk closed for the day and no one around. The receptionist handed me a $1600 bill and when I had questions on the bill , was told that she had no idea what anything meant and that 'if I didn't like it, I could wait until Monday for someone to talk to because everyone was gone for the day and they wouldn't return my keys until I paid'. The receptionist said I should just pay now and ask questions later when someone else is in which is ridiculous. The only reason I ever came back to this dealership (and not an independent mechanic) was because how great the service was when I initially purchased my vehicle. I will never come back. Their behavior was completely sexist and unprofessional. They would get a lot farther with people with being more respectful to their customers especially when you pay so much for your vehicle. I work really hard and when I spend a lot of money to make sure my vehicle runs well - it is completely appropriate for me to ask questions about the services and it is fair to expect a professional response from the team. Really disappointing...

Avoid this dealer at all cost, if looking for a competitive price! Nice frontline salesman, but management doesn't know how to respond when consumer ask for more competitive price. Showed proof of lower offer from another local dealer, and used car manager just complained about his $250k monthly overhead cost and how each car cost him $100 per day. He then excused himself as he needed to leave early due to it being St Patrick's Day. Weeks later they kept lowering price online which was close to the my initial offer. RECOMMENDATIONS if you want a car on this lot, just wait 2-4 weeks. Price drops.
Sent complaint email to GM and Schmidt Bros owner with no response from owners, and voicemail from GM that he would call back (never did and didn't take my calls or emails) This clearly shows owner/GM has intentionally created a business model to only sell to consumers who have not done there homework collecting other dealership offers. Schmidt Bros culture is to not respond timely to consumer requests either.
Again, AVOID AT ALL COST OR YOU WILL OVERSPEND.
