There are very few people I trust with my car, but I do know that I can trust the staff at Zimbrick Buick Eastside. Chris Cotter is my go to service guy and I know when I hand over my keys to him, my Regal will be taken care of. I have never driven away disappointed with the service at Zimbrick Buick Eastside. The entire service staff does an awesome job. I have been a Zimbrick customer since 1994 and I'm now driving my 5th car purchased from Zimbrick. It's people like Andy Hammond my sales rep, Chris Cotter my service rep, and the guys in the shop, that will make me want to return someday for my number 6 Zimbrick vehicle. Keep up the great work! I took a truck with 4000 miles and 3 months of bumper to bumper warranty left on it, to them for work on the tailgate and was told by John, the body shop representative, to take it back to Ballweg for the service needed on the tailgate. It was obvious that they didn't want to work on my High Country and I really don't want someone working on it that doesn't want to. I have always got treated great at Ballweg and they always are happy to do the work. It is 30 minute drive to Sauk City, but worth it.

The service department crew is awesome! Over the years we've bought and brought all our vehicles in for service. Always thorough, always friendly and always trying to accomodate. Today was just the tops!!! I phoned with a desperate plea that we had an oil leak and I needed this vehicle for the following day. They told me to stop in and within minutes, it was up on a hoist and being worked on.

I had some major car problems and they were able to get it fixed and for a reasonable amount. Jerry and Rob were able to work around my schedule and get me in right away. Jerry even dropped me off at my office so I didn't have to call for a cab. I only use them now for service and bought my last car from them too.

out of business.His car experience seems unlimited---does research on the re-calls and extended
warranties---is always looking out for the customer.Had our "check engine light" come on down in
Florida--wasn't completely resolved by dealer down there----had made a couple calls to John about,
and waited until we got back to Wisconsin.He took care of us with an extended warranty,where as
dealer in Florida was going to charge us big bucks,plus couldn't resolve the problem.Had no confi-
dence,with them,where I have complete confidence with John,and Stark.

I purchased my used 2006 Mercury Gran Marquis from Zimbrich/Buick/GMC in July of 2012 and I did not purchase a warranty. There was the 5 month/ 5000 mile warranty included on the car. I have had (2) failures one with the AC and more recently the transmission which started to make a clunking noise. They fixed both problems free of charge and gave me a brand new demo car to use while the car was in the shop. Their customer service has been impeccable and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
