The whole experience was a nightmare. Nick Bohannon helped at the start of the process, then he left the company, so everything went down hill . We bought a Bentley from Morries and it was not the luxury experience you would expect. 2 months later, I called to ask about the registration and plates we never received, just to be told they're sorry they never started the process . So now I ordered custom plates for $500 that the tax office will send back before I will have the originals to trade out for...I just loss more $$$. This place should get new owners or management that knows what the words luxury/job Competency mean. Half of their staff is untrained, and they should have a more rigorous hiring process when dealing in luxury vehicles.
Update.... today I found out that the Bentley we bought needs a repair to the convertible top , so we are going to have to pay over 18 thousand for the repair/ replacement. This is a nightmare the car is not even Registered yet, and I'm already out 18k.... wow . Please be careful who you buy from . Don't end up like us , we haven't even driven the car more than 50 miles . We have a video sent to is from the first salesman saying / showing "the only thing wrong with the car is a paint chip and one wheel has wheel rash" unfortunately that was a lie 😕
Big mistake buying my Bentayga here - Damon Georgalos
Bought a brand new 2017 Bentayga from here. I did the deal completely over the phone as I’m from Utah. My sales guy was Roland. I received the car with a oil change and service due from the first start up. Roland claimed it just needed to be cleared. This is a lie. I called about 5 times to Roland regarding questions and issues with the car within a week of delivery. Roland knew nothing about the car and couldn’t walk me through anything I asked about operating the car. Additionally I’ve had several issues with the car and Roland will state he will check with his service guys and call me right back. To date I’ve never been called back one out of the 5 times I’ve called about different issues. This place is clearly a disaster and I made a huge mistake giving them my business.
