Awesome salesman and loan officer - Dave
New 2019 Ram 1500. Dan salesman was attentive and went above and beyond to get me vehicle I wanted and for price I was willing to pay. I will give dealership 5 stars but service person who installed leveling kit should have noticed there was a problem with upper ball joint angle. I had to take vehicle back and was reimbursed my money but feel it was only because Dan intervened in my behalf. If you are looking to purchase a Ram or Jeep see Dan he will make sure you are covered and best part is he will follow through with any issues you may have even after the sale. Thank you Dan. Means a lot to me that I still matter after the sale is done. I should also mention after initial problem with lift. The service manager Julie.was fantastic and made sure I was satisfied with solution to lift issue.

The best small dealership with the BIGGEST HEART❤️ - Jo7727
I purachesed my 14 Jeep summit from SAS, and I recently had service work done, and SAS is honest, helpful, caring and kind. I highly recommend SAS, they are a family run business, not some big dealership with lemons on the lot. Love the Jeep brand, will be my dealership till I can’t drive anymore. Thank you SAS for taking care of my Jeep.
The best dealership experience - Jerry2345
The dealership was easy to contact and worked to fit my busy schedule for appointments. The sales department was extraordinarily friendly and honest. Would highly recommend for first time buyers or someone looking for a relaxed environment with no push to buy.

Purchased Vehicle - joan
We were very pleased with the service, the courtesy and helpfulness of our sales person, Cale Johnson.
He answered our many questions and went over the vehicles options with us as were were considering
more than one vehicle to look at. All the people we worked with were very helpful and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We appreciated it.

Excellent communications and prompt service. - tjsk
We purchased a used vehicle through Tim Anderson. He did an excellent job of presenting all information on the car. He communicated in a very timely manner and answered all of our questions.
The vehicle was exactly what we anticipated and was ready for us when we arrived at the dealership.
Tim is an extremely friendly and enthusiastic salesman-----a great person to work with on a car purchase.
He introduced us to the service staff and the fact that the service department is ready to help at any time.
Only want your money - Buddy 123
I had my vehicle worked on by Jim Olson. When it was done the check engine light was still on. They told me it may take a while to clear. After a day of driving and it still was on I took my vehicle to a different dealership. They told me that the original problem still exhists, and now a short took out my computer. This new issue probably causeed by the tech shorting out a wire is now a 3000.00 repair. Jim Olson and his staff won't even acknowledge the new problem. They just want there money for "fixing" it the first time.
Awful experience - Molitor13
I brought mmy vehicle here to get fixed and they had it for 3 weeks and did nothing to it... we called multiple times, left a bunch of messages over a span of two weeks and no one returned our calls. We went in to talk to them and they told us they could not find the paperwork for our vehicle... So, after 3 weeks (and some change) we went and took our vehicle. NO one called us or anything... for all they know someone stole ouour vehicle... it is absolutely ridiculous!! We had already paid $120 for them to "diagnose" our vehicle... which we took it to another mechanic who found the REAL issue which is not really the issue they told us that it was.... so frustrated with this experience and would never recommend their service center to anyone!

I bought this 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 brand new and at 400 miles on a trip to visit grandchildren, the electronic locks quit working day 8. I called the salesman, Jim Loppnow and he said we can make you an appointment to brings it in or you can take it to a Ram dealership closer to you. I said this is "unacceptable" as it is a huge waste of my time for a BRAND NEW VEHICLE that should have no problems. He gave me the customer service number for Chrysler, 800-247-9753 and I talked to EMILY. She said she would get back to me. I waited 3 hours, nothing. In the meantime I went to get lunch and when I put the key in the lock to unlock the door the EMERGENCY Horn went off and went off and went off until I started it up and started driving. I locked it with the key at my destination. When I came back and unlocked it the EMERGENCY HORN went off loud and again and again until I started it up and started driving off. Now I am afraid to go anywhere because of these electronic failures. I called Chrysler again and reported the NEW problem. The person I talked to said that EMILY had not started a case for my complaint because Chrysler's computers were not working. I told her about the new problem. She tried to call the dealership and had to leave a voice mail. I told her what I wanted was someone from the dealership to drive up leave me a vehicle and pick up my Ram 1500 fix it and deliver it back. I am not going to hold my breath because I think I will die from this HORRIBLE ANTI-CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not, do not, do not do business with Chrysler. I had a Toyota for 10 years with absolutely no problems. What was I thinking????
Having now bought five cars in the last eight years I... - LegitimateReviewer
Having now bought five cars in the last eight years I have a fair amount of experience with dealerships of late comsidering I've visited ten of them. By far the best experience has been at Riverside. I purchased a Chrysler 300 which is the first Chrysler I've owned since 1974 (then a Newport).
I'm a former auto mechanic so I know when sales people are trying to B.S. me or out of their depth. The salesperson was a young woman named Carrie who was was not only knowledgeable, but very thorough when it came to explaining systems without having to be prompted. This is the complete opposite of the typical, "We have your money now get out of here." attitude of so many of the car dealers I've dealt with.
Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Tim, the business manager was definitely the best one I've dealt with since 2005. All told it was a very relaxed experience especially thanks to Carrie, a charming young woman, who made passing the time very easy while waiting on the obligatory paperwork, financing, etc.
