I had to redo the paperwork THREE TIMES because of errors on the paperwork and then had to bring the car back for repairs because lights weren't working in the trunk and they disconnected some stuff and didn't reconnect it. Also they sold me a car with bad engine mounts. Horrible dealership to work with.

I'm not surprised to see other reviews saying good things about Cody. My used Silverado purchase went very smoothly and Cody was very helpful. The business manager Mike offered the usual add-ons but was not pushy and did not try to bluff me into a higher rate than I qualified for as I've experienced with other dealers, which I really appreciate. Overall excellent dealer experience.

Booked my service appointment for squeaking noise from steering and rear turn signal light bulb replacement. Asked them for the price over the phone and they told me $49 for diagnostic and $25 each for bulb change. Upon reaching there and pulling my car inside I talked with service agent (I think her name was Amanda) about the issue and told her to let me know about the squeaking noise while I was waiting there. After waited for 45-50 minutes I went there personally and she told me that their mechanics didn't found any noise from steering and also they can't replace the bulb because it was after market LED bulbs. I went for a test drive with the guy and let him listen the squeaky noise in their parking area and also mentioned him that I never replaced the bulb. It was all original part. He said that he will recheck it again, So he took the car back in and just visually check from the bottom and pulled out in 15-20 minutes. When I went there to pick up my keys she told me that I have to pay $155... I asked her why? and she replied that as they have to visually check my car two times the diagnostic charge was doubled. They only check my car visually, didn't open any part of my car except oil change only which is $39.95. But I end up paying $155.91 which is not acceptable. And the Service Agent was rude and don't want to fix this issue also. I told her that when I called and booked the appointment they told me $49 for diagnostic. She said she don't know who was that person and she didn't even wants to talk more about it and gave me a receipt to sign. Sorry but you can not over charge me this much amount for just changing the oil and visual inspection

I purchased a Murano from a dealer who was much closer to me, but primarily because of the cost of warranty on Cadillacs. After having had a BMW, with NO warranty available, that became a key factor in my purchase.

I moved to the area two years ago and bought my first car at Bergstrom Oshkosh. A year later, I needed to trade it in for another, much bigger car for hauling kids all over the state. I needed a dependable car, one where I am not in the shop every 3 months, but I am a new teacher and money is tight with 4 kids, a student loan, and life expenses. The manager, Mike, took the time to sit with me and list all the must-have features I needed, list what kind of miles I drive, and list how much room I would need for equipment and suitcases. He then turned me over to Cody Oleson, one of the nicest, most down-to-earth sales reps I've met. He also reviewed the list of what I needed and gave me many choices. He was incredibly patient as I drove *all* the choices and brands and made him sit in all the seats to rate the comfortableness and roominess of the second and third rows (I have very tall kids). He was such a good guy about it and never hesitated to help me, answer my weird questions, or give me the extra information I needed about my top three choices. Financing was easy and quick!! Dealer refused to acknowledge issues I clearly addressed with truck I was interested in and was low balled on my trade-in. Not interested in buying truck for looks as I am for dependability. Leaking oil, and steering pump fluid is not acceptable when spending over 18k on a vehicle!!

Stopped at all garages and tire shops from land o lakes thru eagle river "too busy" to remove steel from deflating tire so I could continue 160 mile trip home. Each only gave the name of another. Parsons was just as busy but gave this almost stranded traveler what I wanted at the time I needed it most. That's a service model I believe people can trust.

I agreed to a down payment so that they would transport a truck up from another dealership for me to look at. The email from the sales person explicitly stated that my down payment would be refunded if i decided that I didn't want the truck. I decided I didn't want the truck and they refused to refund me. I never signed anything or ever met them face to face. All communications was through email so i have documentation showing they have no grounds to keep my money. I tried calling the sales manager and he claimed I committed to buying a vehicle from them and would not read through the email conversation i had with the sales person. I would never do business with them in any capacity again!
