My wife and i were extremely satisfied at the dealership, by all parties from our sales person to our various meetings w/the used car manager and the financial managers. They were competent in all aspects of our transaction with them, answering all our concerns about our upcoming purchase and with helping us get into a very nice certified 2016 Cadillac SRX. We traded in our 2010 Cadillac DTS which we had previously purchased from them. We were given an equitable trade. We will be more than happy to make our car purchase from them in the future.

I called a few days before hand to see about coming in on Monday morning. Jeremy said no problem just stop in and see me. I stopped in was greeted promptly and my head light replace and also after an inspection my cabin filter was replaced as well. My service work was completed in just over an hour.

From walking in the door to meet with Alyssa or Nick they always greet us with a smile and listen to my husbands corney jokes. They have made calls to corporate about the double billing we are getting monthly on our Traverse and Nick has made calls about it but it continues to happen.Also our December bill was mailed, they told us on the phone but did not arrive. So we are overdue and hoping charges will be dropped. In November my husband was in the hospital and very ill so that bill got neglected. Again we ask that the service charges be dropped. You can see that we are loyal Village Chevrolet customers and this problem is not theirs but corporate. We are never unhappy with Village Chevrolet. Thank you and we look forward to getting help in clearing this up.

We were welcomed with open arms even though we had never had our 2012 Volt there before -- what a great, happy place! The other dealership seemed to have no interest in electric cars -- I had attended an EV event at Rosedale last winter, so decided to give them a try. Wow, what a difference. It felt like we were long time customers. We talked about how long some of the employees had been there, decades not weeks. Shows great management, happy workers and hence happy customers.

Routine repairs under warranty caused catastrophic failure - Pissed off in Anoka
Took my vehicle in for a timing Chain repair. Several months later my engine fails... Guess what failed? The timing chain that they replaced. Apparently they didn't replace the wear items that keep tension on the chain which failed only a few months later, now denied repair because out of warranty, and they deny their work is faulty. I am not the only one who has experienced these problems. Just Google it. Very bad people. Had the gall to say if I would have bought it from them maybe they would help me. My vehicle has been there for. Months torn apart and they refuse to fix their mistakes. Guess it's time to lawyer up.

I bought a used 2013 Chevy Silverado from Friendly Chev in 2015 and have nothing but bad service, a problems with vehicle. Problems that shouldn't happen at 60,000 miles. I've had problems with the drivers side door handle since I bought it and they want to charge me $1000 to fix it. A problem they should have fixed right after I bought it. I also told them I wanted it detailed before I drove it and they tried to tell me they had a detailed, which they had not. I've had nothing but arguments with this dealership. I will never buy another Chevy, or set foot in another Chevy dealership again.

Had a accident with my Pearl white Buick. Because my Insurance company had recommended Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park i went there.
Set up work to be done, took 1 week to finish. Upon picking my car up it looked alright until i arrived home and parked in my garage.. At which time i seen 2 different colors of paint from the orginal to Morries new paint and the grill/ hood body line was not straight by any means. By the way it took them 3 times to get this straight, which should have been done right the first time. After all they are supposed to be professionals. Every person that looked at the car could see the different paint except for the people at Morries body works. Went back to the body shop and told them my concerns, there excuse was plastic parts look differnt than metal parts, but one metal fender that was replaced was still not any different than the plastic parts painted by Morries Body works. They tried to cover up there poor selection of paint color by as they said feathering the new color onto the hood and passenger door. Which did not work by any means.On my second trip back to complain about the color difference they started telling me i was not seeing what i was seeing and that the color was right, afraid not. Finally i was feed up with there BSing me and telling me i was not seeing what i see, many excuses. I told them i would be taking the car else where... My feelings are stay away from Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park.

My engine light came on Monday morning, truck is under warranty, brought it directly to the dealership, wanted a loaner car since it is under warranty and I had meetings to get to. No loaners available so Bob did a scan on why the light was on. He told me it was a circuit for the fuel level something or other, safe to drive, made an appt for Wednesday morning (today) got a loaner. He calls me just now they have to order the part. Really you knew I was bringing it in today and you could not have the parts on hand to fix it today? I have a rental car that they call an SUV it is a small box. Nothing like my high end Silverado High Country and I have to drive it until sometime tomorrow. NOT HAPPY at all. When I went in on Monday drove in, waited in my truck and pretty cool restored truck pulled in behind me the guys flocked to that one, not to my truck which was in their first. I really love my truck and now need to find a dealership in the area that will take care of me even though I did not purchase my truck through them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Service department.
