I want to say a big thank you to Fernado is the service department. My brand new 2018 forrester got the rear window broken out. Fernado was able to find me a rear window and some how getting it here in only 2 days. Incredible job. Then Chad at chevy got the paint fixed after the glass scratched the paint. The car was spotless when i got it back. That is the reason we have bought two new subarus this year from Clements. And we plan to buy another in the near future. And a shout out to Cameron as an awesome salesman. I love how we are treated by the whole dealership. That's why we will keep buying from Clements. A+

My wife and i were extremely satisfied at the dealership, by all parties from our sales person to our various meetings w/the used car manager and the financial managers. They were competent in all aspects of our transaction with them, answering all our concerns about our upcoming purchase and with helping us get into a very nice certified 2016 Cadillac SRX. We traded in our 2010 Cadillac DTS which we had previously purchased from them. We were given an equitable trade. We will be more than happy to make our car purchase from them in the future.

I called a few days before hand to see about coming in on Monday morning. Jeremy said no problem just stop in and see me. I stopped in was greeted promptly and my head light replace and also after an inspection my cabin filter was replaced as well. My service work was completed in just over an hour.

Our diesel truck broke down on the interstate and we were towed to Hawkins in Fairmont. We experienced great customer care from Jerry Bulfer, Josh Walker to the mechanics who greatly enjoyed the mechanical puzzle of our truck. Jerry kept us informed of the progress and problems of our truck while we waited for parts. The use of a loaner vehicle was a life saver-thanks again! In retrospect we felt lucky to break down and be near Fairmont with our diesel truck. We sure appreciate the service and parts department customer service care we received.
In addition we purchased a certified diesel truck from Troy Sunken. Thanks Troy for your extra effort in dealing with our trade in and purchase of our used truck as we were from out of state! We again felt that we were well taken care of by Troy Sunken.

From walking in the door to meet with Alyssa or Nick they always greet us with a smile and listen to my husbands corney jokes. They have made calls to corporate about the double billing we are getting monthly on our Traverse and Nick has made calls about it but it continues to happen.Also our December bill was mailed, they told us on the phone but did not arrive. So we are overdue and hoping charges will be dropped. In November my husband was in the hospital and very ill so that bill got neglected. Again we ask that the service charges be dropped. You can see that we are loyal Village Chevrolet customers and this problem is not theirs but corporate. We are never unhappy with Village Chevrolet. Thank you and we look forward to getting help in clearing this up.

We were welcomed with open arms even though we had never had our 2012 Volt there before -- what a great, happy place! The other dealership seemed to have no interest in electric cars -- I had attended an EV event at Rosedale last winter, so decided to give them a try. Wow, what a difference. It felt like we were long time customers. We talked about how long some of the employees had been there, decades not weeks. Shows great management, happy workers and hence happy customers.

Routine repairs under warranty caused catastrophic failure - Pissed off in Anoka
Took my vehicle in for a timing Chain repair. Several months later my engine fails... Guess what failed? The timing chain that they replaced. Apparently they didn't replace the wear items that keep tension on the chain which failed only a few months later, now denied repair because out of warranty, and they deny their work is faulty. I am not the only one who has experienced these problems. Just Google it. Very bad people. Had the gall to say if I would have bought it from them maybe they would help me. My vehicle has been there for. Months torn apart and they refuse to fix their mistakes. Guess it's time to lawyer up.
Improperly installed skid plate after oil change. - wcook16
I brought my car in today for an oil change and on my way home I noticed a thumping under my car. I pulled over, looked underneath and saw my plastic skid plate dangling by a couple fasteners. I called and spoke to the manager and he offered to fix it. This is after I brought my car in earlier to have my wheels balanced, as I was having a bad vibration on my steering wheel. Only to be told I had a bad wheel bearing, which was causing the vibration in my steering wheel. Funny that I would fee a rear wheel bearing through my steering wheel, plus they didn't do the balancing that I asked them to do. i had another place balance my wheels and low and behold all vibration is gone. As for letting them fix my skid plate, why would I trust their work? Highly recommend you go some where else to get service.
Extended warranty - Honestgirl
I brought my car in for a loud exhaust. After looking at it they told me to fix the exhaust it would cost $1000. The car is five years old. I bought it used at Harry Browns two years ago. It was "certified and inspected". I decided to purchase the "best extended warranty....bumper to bumper" to the tune of over 4000. Well, the exhaust was NOT covered under warranty because it was due to rust. On a five year old car? I put my car through a wash that cleans the under carriage in the winter. In my opinion 1 of 2 things happened here. Either it was not inspected the way I trusted it would be or Dodge uses cheap materials and refuses to stand behind their products. Either way the bumper to bumper warranty was USELESS to me even though the exhaust is between the bumpers...go figure! Anyway, I took the car to another service center and got the problem fixed for $52.01. MUCH less..... At least Harry Browns didn't charge me the service fee of $122.00 just for looking at the vehicle to find the problem and the service writer was very nervous about talking with me. I do think he felt pretty bad about having to tell me the warranty was useless. That is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. My concerns in buying this extended warranty are coming true. Take my money....don't stand behind what you sell....hope you sleep good at night.....

Service department is terrible. I used to use them all the time and they were great but the last couple years has went way down hill. The last time I used them I took my truck there to have the oil changed, rotate tires and fix an SES light. Picked up the truck and the SES light is still shining bright and the tires had definitely not been rotated, makes me wonder if they even bothered to change the oil.

I bought a used 2013 Chevy Silverado from Friendly Chev in 2015 and have nothing but bad service, a problems with vehicle. Problems that shouldn't happen at 60,000 miles. I've had problems with the drivers side door handle since I bought it and they want to charge me $1000 to fix it. A problem they should have fixed right after I bought it. I also told them I wanted it detailed before I drove it and they tried to tell me they had a detailed, which they had not. I've had nothing but arguments with this dealership. I will never buy another Chevy, or set foot in another Chevy dealership again.

When we picked up the pickup it was loud in the cab. We returned the pickup to the dealer and the brakes were smoking and oil was running out of it. It is back at service again. Not good for an almost $2000 bill.
