My wife and I were traveling from Pennsylvania to Mitchell SDto visit our Son, and then head to the Badlands for some camping with our 20ft Travel trailer being pulled by our New 2018 Ford F150 2.7 Ecoboost Motor. As We exited the Interstate in Sioux City Iowa our F150 died in the intersection and would not restart for a few minutes, and continued to have problems related to the Auto Start Stop function, which should be disabled automatically when towing a trailer, As we approached Mitchell I called Vern Eide Ford and Spoke with Brian in service, and he said they were very busy, but if I could be here the next day at 8am they would scan the truck and try and find the problem. The next Day I was greeted by Adam in Service and he knew exactly what was wrong, and said they would have to reprogram the computer and we should be good to go. Well he was correct, he had us out in 45 mins and on our way. We would like to Thank Vern Eide for Exceptional Customer Service that they provided us !!

Hate car shopping, but Court made it pleasant by listening to our needs, and he delivered beyond our expectations. What was wanted wasn't available, but knowing what we desired, Court patiently provided us with alternatives that could meet our needs/wants until we found just what worked for us. He thoroughly explained every vehicle's functions and features. He also understood our limitations, and the dealers' finance person got us to the monthly payment we could afford. We understand there's a process the dealers use, and that's okay, but Carswap never exerted pressure through the entire process as some larger dealerships have a tendency to do.

I was apprehensive about buying the car I have always dreamed of having from a dealer I had never heard of. It was pricey but over all they worked with me. They gave me a fair deal on my trade, the car is great and I am happy with it. They did everything they said they would do and they put me at ease concerning the process of buying a car from another state. I really appreciate them for working with me and doing what they said they would do.
Two weeks after i got the car the air bag light would come on randomly; mainly when it was cold out and then it would turn off. I took it to a jeep dealer and they told me it needed a new air bag which would cost roughly $900.00. I contacted LaFleur and they agreed to pay half but I would have to get the work done at their shop. I have had the car for less than a month and I haven't even made my first payment. The car cost 20,000.00

This is a terrible dealership. They will tell you one thing to get you there, then offer you something completely different. After leaving work a hour early and driving 40min to get there, the first number they showed me was $100 more than they said over the phone. I told them all about my trade, let them know I had a credit score over 750 and that I didn't want to put any money down. I told them I don't want to waste their time or mine, so I don't want to drive up there unless you think you can get it done. And my sales man told me that his manager said that they can get real close to my payment if I drive up there. As you can guess I was very upset about this and confronted the manager. He told me that he never said that and that there was nothing he could do for me. He acted like I had no money and I was just a person looking for a hand out. He is the typical used car salesman. I drive a 30k sports sedan and don't need to be treated like that. Don't trust Amdahl!!

We purchased an as-is used vehicle for a low price from this dealership. Two separate mechanic employees told us the vehicle had gone through an inspection, and was fine, mechanically. The car, however, did not survive even the short drive to our home. When the car was returned to the dealership for satisfaction, the manager, Jim, verbally berated us, and threatened to sue us, even though we were lied to about the vehicle's mechanical soundness from the beginning.

I didn't even have a particular car in mind when I stopped here, but the salesman was so nice that I knew if I found a car, he was the one i wanted to deal with. Anyway, I found a really nice 2007 Honda and am absolutely thrilled with it. Mark answered all of my questions and if he didn't have the answer, he found it for me. This guy went above and beyond what I have ever experienced from a car salesman.
