Great service - Lily52
My experience at sunrise Chevrolet was great. This was the first I was buying a car on my own and Javier made the experience stress free. I went to other dealerships and felt that I was getting the runaround and to be honest a bad deal. I work retail for around 8 years and can easily spot a shaddy deal. I did not experience that at all with Javier at Sunrise Chevrolet. He was great for a first time buyer like myself and left feeling good about the sale. I absolutely love my new car (RAV4) and would totally recommend this dealership and Javier to any one I know looking to buy a car. Thanks for the great service and taking the negative out buying a car.
Great dealership - Stevenkty
This dealership get very high marks for me from the minute I walked in was treated really great. The sales guys were not pushy at all. Which in my past experience at other dealerships they can be very in ur face. From start to finish each person treated me and my family with the upmost respectand kindness from the sales guys Victor Riley and Bob Burchette. All the way down to the Finance Manager Ryan Sitter which made our sale time efficient and smooth all the way to the end explained everything from start to finish.. I would highly recommended this dealership thanks guys I’ll be back for the next one with you.
Our experience was really really good! - daisyangeles35
We went in and they worked really hard to give us what we wanted and matched our monthly payments exactly. The manager worked hard to get our interest rate as low as possible and even got our monthly payments lower!

Don't push and lose a customer. - DB001
I have only been at this service center twice, and each time I believed they cared for my concerns. I only hope in the future, i will continue to feel the same as I do now.
Great Customer Service - Dedicated to Help - Simonp
The sales associates at this dealership were very accomodating. Out of the few dealers I contacted, this dealership was the only one that responded by promosing to help with my situation. They will work with you, and make sure you are getting the best option available to you. I did a Fair app purchase, and they worked continously for days to guarantee I was satisfied, and the deal would close without issues. Definately recommended!
Nobody enjoys the car-buying process! - SheriP
Sales rep and porters were wonderful! Managers involved in negotiating the price are not transparent and have little integrity. I have yet to find anyone who enjoys buying a car. All seem to agree the process is exhausting and frustrating. My experience was typical. John Porter, the salesman who worked with me, was pleasant, helpful, and respectful. Those involved in negotiating the price (which I believe are the managers) are unfriendly, uncooperative, and not transparent; however, this is consistent with all dealerships. It's the nature of the beast. Specifically at Castle Villa Park, I called ahead of time and told "Joey" the stock numbers I wanted to test drive. Joey mentioned one car was not available--that it was either in service or being washed. Of course it was the least expensive of the cars I wanted to test drive. Since it would be at least 30 minutes until my arrival, I asked that it be located. When I arrived, two "managers" were at the desk, neither admitting to being "Joey" when I asked about the car that was in service or being washed. One man (still not sure if he was Joey or not) indicated that car was sold two days prior. Strange that the story changed on that car's status since inventory and sales are all tracked in their system. Anyway, I was shocked to find only one of the cars I requested to test drive was ready. Although it was a new car with no mileage, it was scratched. They offered to buff it, perhaps assuming I was an idiot (since I'm a female) and would accept such an offer. The other vehicle I wanted to test drive was not ready. A porter had to be located who would remove the snow, wash the vehicle and fill it up with gas. It was a LONG wait, but turned out to be the car I purchased. The "managers" tried to sneak in an extra $299 fee during the negotiating process, but I appreciate that they were quick to remove it without a fight. The porters delivered my car to my home 20 miles away within just a few hours, and I'm grateful it arrived timely and in good condition. Although the process is frustrating and exhausting at all dealerships, I found it more tolerable at Castle Chevrolet, and I greatly appreciate that! Our next car purchase is less than a year away, and we expect to go to Castle Chevrolet again.

Smooth "Out of State" Buying Experiance. - DB9
Buying a used car from a dealership that's almost 1,000 miles away has it's challenges but, Cezary did an excellent job of promptly addressing all my questions about the car that I was interested in. He also did a live video chat session with me so that I was able to see a lot more detail of the car than the pictures could provide. This was extremely helpful and helped me feel comfortable with moving forward with the purchase. The price negotiation process was pleasant and void of any high pressure. When I flew in to pickup the car my salesman, Cezary Wasilewski, picked me up at O'Hare airport on his day off in order to ensure that I was taken care of and on the road as soon as possible! He had everything ready for me so that there wasn't any last minute running around or waiting on anything. Cezary and Victor, the sales manager, followed up with me the very next day in order to ensure that I made it home safe and that I was satisfied with my purchase.
Very pleasant experience. - deannar
My salesman, Ryan, was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely return to make another purchase in the future!! I will also refer my family to him.

Exceptional Service & Price - VWCarGuy
I purchased a VW Tiguan from Advantage Chevrolet 01/18/19. I'm an out of state buyer which requires you to put your trust that sales person gives an honest description of the vehicle. Juan Martinez did an exceptional job and I don't have a single negative thing to say. Keep up the great customer service.
Service - Homer Glen
They got me in for an appointment immediately , provided me with a rental and out fast. My car was fixed properly the first time. Efficient & professional

Chevy Buyers - BAFX2
We chose to come back to Biggers because we have a lasting and good relationship with our sales contact, Coke. As well as the last 9 years, we have built a great relationship with our service manager, Josh Arenson who goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of when we have our Traverses in the shop. We chose the Equinox this time for both vehicles, but know we can count on Josh and Coke if we have any issues or questions.
Shady salesmen - Truckman
Find another Chevy dealer to visit. These slimy salespeople make my skin crawl. Several lies including bait and switch. Then when you complain, they act like your the bad guy. This dealership is actually kind of small and dirty anyway. Don’t waste a day there like I did.
Satisfaction - Wayne0065
Salesperson was very polite and courteous and very informative He was also very helpful with the minor problem I had with engine light and when it was done he kept in touch to make sure everything was OK
Tony was Amazing - RPD35
Tony was exceptional! He really took the time to find out what we needed in our vehicle and found it. He gave us the best car buying experience that we have ever had. I strongly recommend seeing Toony Volturo if you want a great deal with great service.
Paperwork did not match what was agreed to. - Jeep purchase
I am still upset over the treatment I received in July 2018 when I bought a used vehicle from Keith. Only after my trade in title was signed over did I realize he did not actually let me read the Carfax report, which he'd kept in his hand. The vehicle had been in 2 accidents in Connecticut. No big deal, rear passenger door and a fender replacement. What bothers me the most and still does is how I was preapproved for the car loan through Chase and guaranteed to be in and out in 2 hours and they kept me there for almost 5 hours. They offered me $1000 on my trade in vehicle, which was completely insulting. I should have driven off then and there. The paperwork included their "interior package" for $3000 and window VIN etching for $500, both of which I adamantly refused. Both showed up in the final paperwork. When I refused to sign the final agreement the finance guy pitched a fit and told me he would not "do the deal". Thank goodness my adult daughter was a witness to this despicable and unprofessional behavior. No one would believe me otherwise. Turns out a coworker just had the same experience at the dealership. I guess I did not warn her enough and they pulled the same tactics on her. "Interior package and VIN etching." 4 plus hours of waiting for something to happen. Please take my word for it. Do not give them your business.
Deceptive, Stay away - 2019 - ChicagoSport
Very deceptive. I leased my last Cruze with them in 2016 with no issues. Earlier this week I went there to lease the 2019. Everything was smooth until I got the car. At the end of the day they know what they did. I do NOT recommend but will not divulge much further. It's done. You lost a loyal customer and likely more... Two $10 gas cards hardly make up for it. You had a chance to really make it right but you didn't. I should have just went to Webb and actually sent my cousin to Webb Chevrolet. I'm so disappointed. But not shocked.
Waste of time.... - camera
Took my car to be serviced there, half the items weren't fixed, the other half were either fixed or broken further...how the managed that I'll never know. Stay very clear of their service dept.
Scheduled an appointment, took them two days from drop off to start working on the car. Basically a week of my life I will never get back,
If I could give zero or negative starts I would.
Top notch service - Heatherpe404
I stopped in to get my car serviced as I was having quite a bit of issues with my van. I met with Alan Weissman, a service advisor. He was helpful every step of the way. He answered every question that I had without getting annoyed. Alan was very patient with me and helped me from the second I drove in to me driving out. He kept me updated on the progress of repairs. Alan was very friendly, upbeat, and professional. I will be back for more routine maintenance and repairs when needed, and will definitely be scheduling all work with Alan.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, BUYERS BEWARE - Bmadano
Horrible dealer, full of cheats and con artists:
Bought a vehicle 3 years ago from this dealer, upon which during the second week the alternator gave out and had to be replaced. Ever since the alternator was replaced, my vehicle has been in and out of GM customer claims for electrical issues. I figured I would let this slide and give it a try again with my mother to buy another vehicle for her, since my salesman at the time was an exceptional person. Upon revisiting the dealer (1 year ago), they showed me a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox which they were guaranteeing as a reliable vehicle, that was ALSO being used as a demo vehicle for one of the salesmen. Clothes were all over the vehicle including dirty sweaty workout clothes, etc. NOT TO MENTION UPON FURTHER INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE, THE FUEL TANK WAS BONDO'D TO THE FRAME OF THE VEHICLE, WHICH WAS NOT DISCLOSED IN LISTING NOR BY SALESMEN, ONLY A MINOR ACCIDENT.
EVEN WITH ALL OF THIS HAPPENING, I FIGURED THIRD TIME WAS THE CHARM. NOPE. TO CURRENT DAY:
Was reached out to by Nia, claiming there was a buy back program for the 2014 Chevy Malibu up to $9500. I advised her of the condition of the vehicle and mileage as well as my financial standing with the vehicle, not to mention I had a co-signer that was out of the country. She assured me that they could take care of my purchase of a new vehicle and FIND A WAY AROUND MY CO-SIGNER SIGNING A LEGAL DOCUMENT, WHICH IS ILLEGAL. In addition to telling her the condition of the vehicle's driveability, I told her that I didn't know if my car could make the distance since it had been having electrical issues prior to the call. She told me if it makes it into the dealership I will be leaving with a new car.
Soon after, I receive a call from Stephanie, assuring almost the same as Nia, saying there would not be a problem with the purchase, and that the vehicle would sell almost as quickly as it was traded in, since parents and college students are looking for vehicles to start out with.
Fast forward to current day. I drove to the dealership over 25 miles, 45 minutes in my vehicle, scared it would not make the journey. Leo greets me at the door and escorts me inside, sits me down, gets my phone number, name, and social, and proceeds to run my credit. He tells me there is nothing they can do, and the car is only worth $1500. Credit Denied. Leo then tells me if something improves, I can come back, OR, CLAIM A VOLUNTARY REPOSSESSION and not to worry about it because they will not get their money (what does that mean?) And what would this do to my credit? TANK IT.
I asked to speak to the manager, whom I believe was Gabriel. Upon mentioning my story, he didn't care one ounce about my situation nor my concerns and was very dismissive. He tells me my financial issue with my vehicle being under water on the loan is "not their problem". He then tells me that sometimes the cars are better on paper than in person (basically calling my car a piece of xxxx) and that there was nothing he could do. Upon mentioning my previous concern about the Equinox, he asked what vehicle my mother drove and if she had credit to co-sign, that they would sign her and I. Of course at this point... I already have hit strike three on my tolerance of this dealer... rejected his wheeling and dealing with me and walked out.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS DEALER FOR ANY OF YOUR SERVICE NOR PURCHASING NEEDS. THEY ARE ALL ONLY THERE TO PUSH THE CARS OUT OF INVENTORY, MAKE SALES AND COMMISSIONS, AND STICK YOU WITH AN UNRELIABLE VEHICLE.
BUYER BEWARE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
How do you give them NO STARS? - Alpha
Prior to going in because I had a long drive I called and spoke with someone about the truck. They promised the internet price was true and they would possibly sell the vehicle for less since they’re a new dealership. When I got to the dealership I spoke with Tim P who appeared to be a nice guy. We drove the truck and I loved it. When I asked for the price they showed me a price that was $3000 more than the internet price. After I asked why they advised they didn’t know that was the internet price. Not very professional after all the time I took to drive to the dealership. The sales manager Rick tried selling me the payment of the truck without running credit. Finally when I got up to leave they said they would honor the price Online which is ridiculous. I left and Tim kept in contact with me. I agreed on a final price and ran my credit through GM Financial. I was approved for a $900 car payment which I didn’t want. Tim texted me and stated my interest rate was 8.5% when my bank quoted me 4%. This place is a scam. I should’ve never wasted my time after they played games in the beginning. Stay away. They say they’re a new dealership and they want your business but really they’re going to scam you. Profit isn’t a crime but liars and scammers are not my type of people. No thank. Look elsewhere. I’m police officer and they stated they love first responders. Thanks for the love
Deceitful - joedwards1982
I had been looking for a daily commute vehicle that got good gas mileage. I found that the Chevy Cruze had the mpg I was looking for and had many features that would make my 2 hours on the road each day more enjoyable. While searching online I found a 2015 Metallic Green with the 2LT package at Kingdom Chevrolet. The car listed around 83,000 miles on it with a clean Carfax report. The pictures looked OK on their site, and was listed as no damage. We drove over 3 hours to the dealership to see the car in person and brought a trade in vehicle. The Cruze that was listed as having no damage had 2 major dents in it, one on the rear driver quarter panel, and one above the back driver door. Because they do not wash the vehicle (or clean them out before you purchase them) we did not see the paint damage until AFTER we purchased the car. There was a small piece of the front clip that was hanging down that the salesman said "oh that is a curb indicator that let's you know when you are driving over something. It will make contact before the bumper so you know if you are going to hit something " No Cleveland, that is actually a piece of the bumper that is hanging down, I just didn't want to argue with you...., but if you are reading this, know I knew then you didn't know what you were talking about. Just like when you said the dents could probably be taken care of for under $80. The dent above the door is actually creased and will be more than that. The navigation system they listed the car having .. That doesn't exist on this car either. So we have deception about the condition of the car, we have deception about features on the car, and sales people that make up features "curb indicator"
Now let's talk about the 3.5 hour wait we had at the dealership .. Yes they were busy that day, but our sales reps kept coming by and saying just a little while longer then disappearing for 10-20 min at a time. We expected the process would take a while, but not THREE AND A HALF HOURS. We brought cash, so this should have been a much quicker process. Take a look at the car, make a decision, appraisal of the trade in, here is the cash, here is your title, and on the road. But no. It was just sit and wait and wait and wait. When filling out the paper work, we mentioned we would just register the car when we got home, he insisted it was the same if we did it at the dealership or at home, and might as well do it there. OK fine... ONLY to find out at the end that we would need to come back in 6-8 weeks to pick up our plates. I was upset and expressed that I would NOT be driving a 7 hour round trip to pick up my plates. They finally agreed they would mail them (would have been avoided if we just registered at home like we planned since this car was bought out right, and could have gotten the plates on Tuesday when the DMV opened).
Pro's and Con's of this car buying experience at Kingdom Chevrolet:
-Mostly fun conversations during the 10. 5 hours the trip took. (3.5 hrs up, 3.5 hrs at the dealership, 3.5 hrs back home)
-Deceitful on car conditions
-Deceitful on car features
-Deceitful on issues with cars
-Trash in cars while test driving, then waiting on car to be cleaned after a purchase
-We did not receive the plates off of the vehicle we traded in
-We were told NOT to date the title when we signed over the trade in
-3.5 at the dealership, with only 10 min of that being looking at the car and test drivinvg
-Lack of feeling engaged by staff
If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, avoid Kingdom Chevrolet. I'm sure I'll get a response on here from them, saying to contact them and they will try and make things better, but I truly believe it's just a PR stunt, and no resolution will actually be made, especially since I will NOT be driving all the way up to their Dealership again for anything.
Broke more then they fixed on my car. - Ryan Aydelott
The service department of this dealership is a joke, I'm having my car towed from there after they have failed to fix the car properly for the third time.
Each time they have had it, they break something else in the process. I'm not sure if this is a scam to keep getting more $$$ or what, needless to say I'm removing my car from their facility to have it repaired and all they work they claimed to do on it inspected as the shoddy workmanship performed by this dealer can't be trusted.
Mark the service manager, and Paul the service advisor could care less about customer satisfaction, perhaps they will care when the real boss asks the what happened when they have to respond to a court summons.
