Even though Brian checked me in and advised me during this appointment, Rob Chavez greeted me like he always does. After a visit to the Apple Store last night to get a new phone battery installed, I discovered I was without any internet connection. It was VERY LATE at night and I drove to Jennings on the off-chance someone would be there. WONDERFUL Chris Hallenberg was just leaving work but stayed with me in my car until the phone was connected and everything was working properly! Talk about going above and beyond his job description! Give that guy a RAISE! He REALLY deserves it! Thank you, Chris.

They lied about how an air conditioning system works. The left a transmission line loose, causing not only a comeback but a puddle on my driveway. They then kept "forgetting" to schedule someone to come clean the driveway. This was after i was giving them another chance after Jim tried to get one over on my wife during an oil change. They have no idea what they're doing, and when i discussed this with management, they didn't seem to care. STAY AWAY!

I just had the worst experience at a dealership. These people told me they would diagnose my car for free only to have it repaired by them. So I could not take my car anywhere else that would be a lot cheaper. I walked out and took my car. I've filed complaints against them. This looks like blackmail. Do not go to this dealership.Flag Chevrolet is a crooked dealer.

The mechanics themselves seem skilled enough, and they have never tried to "invent" problems - but there's more than that to be a good service dealer in my opinion. The service consultants are generally condescending, especially but not limited to, women - as I've seen them talking to other people too. The pricing is very high, but you expect that from a dealer. They completely miss details, like replace my lug nut cover, then forgot (3 times) to order the replacement for the one they lost. They grossly exaggerate how soon your car will be done, like 45 minute oil changes take 1 hour and 20 minutes. They just plain act like they can't be bothered with customers. I think Service Consultants should be eliminated. If they can't treat the customers better than a mechanic would, then why have them at all?
