The friendly and accommodating atmosphere of the dealership is good, but overall speed of service for something named Fast Lane is a little bit off. It took about 90 minutes for an oil change which I though should have been an hour. Although they apologized for the extra time, I hope next time will be better.

Strongly recommend to NOT purchase a new or used vehicle from this dealership. Service is one of the worst encountered. I made the mistake of purchasing a new 2017 Escape and a pre-owned 2016 Fusion within the past two years from this dealership. Once I signed the agreement for the vehicles the staff's attitudes completely changed. You will for sure regret your purchase decision if you decide to buy from Al Piemonte Ford.

So you have a 2 year old suv that you bring in with a module code that gets an update that may or may not fix the issue, not one but three x’s in 2 yrs., then you get told it’s now aged out and isn’t covered even though it may or MA Y NOT have been fixed prior to the end of the warranty but it’s now aged out and isn’t covered understand?

The company I work for has had me looking for a F-150 that they are going to purchase for me. I found a truck on their website that fit perfectly in the budget my company was looking for. I called and asked several questions about the truck and my trade in vehicle and they were very helpful at first. I set up an appointment to come in and see the truck the following day after work. I called right before i left work to double check the vehicle was there because the dealer ship was about an hour drive from me. They told me absolutely its in the parking lot and we will have it ready for you to test drive.
I showed up to the dealership and the salesman i was dealing with tells me he has no idea why this truck is on the website because they have never had this truck in their inventory. Obviously I'm frustrated after hearing this because I was told 2 hours ago on the phone that the truck will be ready for me to drive as soon as i get there. But i figured i drove an hour out here so i might as well at least look and see what they have. I described exactly what I was looking for and he tells me that he has a truck in stock that is close to my budget and has everything i described. After waiting 30-40 minutes to get the offer for this truck he comes back with a truck that is $15,000 above my budget, it was a different color, and a different year then i was looking for. I left shortly after this so I can start my hour drive home. I'm not sure that anyone at this dealership will listen to a word you say because he was just completely ignoring everything I was looking for. The one other thing that really bugged me was, I showed them what I was offered for my trade in at a different ford dealership which was $1,500 higher then they offered me. His reply was "I know what other Ford's are allowed to offer and they didn't offer you that much for it."
So to sum up this story Buss Ford in Gurnee WILL NOT match or beat other Ford dealerships offers on a New vehicle or a Trade in, they will call you a liar if they cannot beat your other offers, and you can not believe anything they tell you about their inventory.

Do not trust anything the sales team says about a vehicle and certainly do not drive 5 hours to see a vehicle. They will lie to you and say the vehicle is in perfect condition and when you get there and point out well over 5 minor issues and one major issue the standard response is "I didn't know about that." If you can't identify these obvious things then the car business is probably not for you. Read the other reviews, this place is not a reputable ford dealer. Save your time and effort and look elsewhere.

Jessie did a great job listening to my concerns about my car and reiterated what I said. Making sure he had everything. He called to update me. Also the service tech came and spoke to me when picking up my car. He instructed me on features of my car I was not aware of. And the Ford app. Both gentlemen were very helpful and knowledgeable.

I brought my vehicle in this morning for a recall problem. I was told the testing could take all day so I requested a Rent-A-Car only to be told , " we don't have any ". So what am I supposed to do, sit here and twiddle my thumbs all day about a situation I am not responsible for? I would've never had this problem at the dealership in Barrington. Guess I will have to start going back there.

I let Webb service this gasket and had no problem until The wife drove the van to West Virgina through the mountains. Bam! The engine blew and I had to buy a new engine in Mt.Airy, NC. Anyway, when I got back to ChicagoI called Webb and told them what had happened, they said bring in the repair bill and they would see if Ford Motor would refund my money for the head gasket. The results were positive and I receiveda refund. Happy-Happy.
