I came in today to see a older Chevrolet traverse and through the help of Chris Palmer(sales consultant), Malcohm Thurman(sales manager), and Julia(finance) I was able to drive away in a 2019 Nissan Kicks and even with less that perfect credit the team made it happen and showed me a great experience while addressing my wants and needs towards the purchase a new vehicle that was even greater than I came in to see. I called and was fortunate to have Ahmed Karkukly take my call. Ahmed was very accommodating and demonstrated thought the process of dealing with a customer 450 miles away his sincerity in assuring me that sight unseen I could be confident the car. The car was as pristine as the pictures, service history and the low mileage indicated. When it was trucked to my home within 5 days the result could not have been more satisfying. Going into this transaction I was skeptical of considering purchasing site unseen. I had spent 57 years in the retail car business (49 years on showroom floors) and had often heard of disappointments in the car buying experiences. Because I felt the sincerity of effort in Ahmed communications with me I went forward with the purchase. I could not be more pleased. Thank you Ahmed.
