I worked with Jacob Porterfield on the sale of my new 2018 Silverado.
Jacob is an excellent salesman. He's honest, prompt, professional with a personal touch, and answered all of my questions.
When it came to negotiating a fair price he asked what it would take to earn my business, I told Jacob my price and terms, and he returned within minutes after speaking with his management.
The purchasing paperwork went quickly and Jacob even went to help detail the truck. While detailingthe truck Jacob found some scratches in the clear coat and he spoke to his management and got approval to have the truck professionally buffed. He also told me to look over the truck and identify any other issues and Phillips Chevy would make it right.
It was very pleasing to hear that the truck will be detailedand the clear coat will be repaired at no cost.

After shopping over the internet for well over a month we decided to give Smith a try as they are relatively close.We never left.We had planned to check out two other dealers in the area,but the price was in the ballpark and the atmosphere was pretty laid back.Lisa was a charmer and knew the vehicle she was selling. I brought my Service van in on a Saturday afternoon after it was broken into explaining I needed new door locks and passenger glasses I was given the impression that it would be done hopefully Monday I also wanted them to check the front brakes my steering wheel was shaking when I was breaking I told them I think the rotors are out of round only 30,000 miles on van My update on Monday was the glass was put in that’s it the door locks were all the way in Chicago that’s where I work it’s not very far this is a fleet maintenance program the service tech was off the next day Tuesday she had to call in to them for allok on repairs that means nothing got done on Tuesday Wednesday I get a call and and I was told the brakes were fine the tires we’re under inflated and wore out in the front this vin just had an oil change and they were checked they were fine the maintenance program was called and they okayed new tires thousand dollars I pick the van up Wednesday night at the last minute because that’s when they finished it I also had warning lights on now for my tires because they couldn’t reset because I have an aftermarket key fob. it also had a front endalignment it pulled to the right all the way home the next day I drove it to work The steering wheel now was shaking so bad I almost had to turn around and go home so I had to go slow as I could to get it to work I dropped the van off on the way home from work and they worked on it again they found out the new tires that I didn’t need were balanced Wrong all it needed was the rotors turned which is what they did like I told them when I brought it in they realigned the front in and this time reset the tire warning light on the dash The brand new tires or missing valve stem caps in the side door they worked on the panel on the door handle was laying on the floor inside the van The second time I picked it up it runs great now she said they have a Rookie techwork on it the first time the second time was done by an experienced tech

I am very upset with the customer service I received Tom Z on a car that was purchased ten days ago. I came in Monday to complain about the tires to the sales rep who sold me the car. Then today to speak with the manager Tom Z about the tires as well. I was told by Tom Z to that these tires were in excellent shape, needless to say these tires are five years old are beginning to dry root. I cannot believe that after purchasing this vehicle that I now must buy brand new tires. This is not how customers or women customers should be treated. I would not recommend any woman and the elderly to purchase a vehicle from this location.

First of all you have a panel on the car that tells you what is the problem , then they want to charge you $130 for a diagnostics. Should you decide not to have your car serviced you still have to pay for the dognistics. My issue was just a sensor.. not like my engine had to be dropped. The part costed 30.00 & labor cost 260.00As it is said when they see a female coming.. they get you. I will never go there again for service.

I bought a car in May 2018 and had great service from the salesman Brandon Miller to the finiance guy Joseph Khalil. I have had 2 oil changes and my tires rotated and had great service each time, about 1-1 1/2 hour wait which is not to bad.
