I was looking over the internet looking for cars. I compared reviews with different car dealerships and Phillips Chevrolet had great reviews! I decided to check them out and was very pleased with the service of the team. I was very nervous when I walked towards the door since I haven't been at a dealership in 16 years! Erik M. greeted me at the door with a great smile. With Erik being a young man, he was very professional and did not pressure me into buying a car. Erik was very patient with me in whether or not to buy a vehicle and followed up with me various times as to any questions I may have and/or followed up with answers that I had questions with. He and James M. worked out a nice deal with me and I appreciate their honesty. I would very much recommend Phillips Chevrolet to my family and friends! Thank you for a great experience!

Ernie stayed late after work both times I was there deciding on the truck I was interested in and answering the questions I had. The only problem I had was there was only on financial person that day so it took a while to get in to do the paper work. Other than that very good.

I was beyond impressed with the service and speed I received at Advantage Chevrolet. We were in and out of there with a new 2017 Cruze in less than 2 hours. Steve was a pleasure to deal with and I will be contacting him again in the near future to hopefully purchase another one. The Finance Manager, Dennis, was knowledgeable and polite. Lombardi Chevy is a local dealership and when I was looking for a used car, I knew right where to go. I had a number in mind and knew what I could afford monthly and I ended up purchasing a 2007 Buick lacrosse and my payment ended up being lower than I had anticipated. By the time I got to the dealership all my paperwork was done and ready to go and all I had to do was sign and drive. It was simple, easy and hassle-free thanks to my salesman Jim. I have since come back for service on my vehicle and am very pleased with Ed the service manager who actually puts forth the effort to address every question or concern. I will only come to Lombardi Chevy. I support small business' and my community.

We saved his business card and of course, called Terry when we were ready for a 2017 Traverse. Again, he was a wealth of information about the new Traverse, and answered all our questions. He was especially helpful setting up the cell phone with Bluetooth and the OnStar Service as well. We'll be back when we're ready for a new car!

After not being able to reach anyone in the Service department Sat. morning for over 30 min. (between 9:15 & 9:45) , I just drove back from Indiana to Homewood. I spoke to Earl, Mike, and then Derek about the indicator light on my dash that would not go off. I asked to leave my car for service, which they probably could not fix until Monday. I asked for a Loaner car because I had to be someplace by 3pm. I have a 2016 Malibu, which I have had for 1 year. They told me they could not give me a loaner until the technician checked it to see if it was under warranty. After waiting 2 hours, they finally told me I could get a loaner. By the time I got to the event, I had missed it, and was out $50. plus hours of waisted time and gas money. I had been a loyal customer there for 14 years, taking my 94 Corvette for service and buying my 2005 Malibu and getting it serviced there for 9 years.I will never buy, lease, or get another car from there again. I will never recommend my friends, family, or coworkers there either.

Stay away from this dealer. They will call you day and night to sell you a car, then after the deal is done and they have promised you certain things they will not respond to your emails, your phone calls or anything. I sent emails and left voice messages to the salesman, the used car manger and also the general manager with no response to fix the problem. They are all typical car salesman cheats and crooks, please beware and don't fall for their lies.

I had been looking at a used Cadillac SRX on cars.com for months. I watched it as the price dropped from an initial list price of $23,000 clear to $15,000. I live in Indianapolis and so it was going to be a three hour drive to Chicago to see the car. I had my financing ready through my local bank. I was prepared to drive to Chicago, check in hand, and buy this vehicle - pending any major issues or surprises with the vehicle. I called on Tuesday to express my interest in coming to see the car. An appointment was made for me for Saturday afternoon. I was told to call back Friday and again Saturday before I left, to confirm the vehicle was still available. I did just that. I called part way into the drive to Chicago Saturday. They confirmed the vehicle was available and we continued on our way. I received a call back about 10 minutes later, telling me which salesperson to ask for. He told me he had 32 years experience and would handle me with "kid gloves" whatever that meant. He also wanted to know if I'd be paying cash or financing. Another 15 minutes passed and I received another call. This time they were calling to tell me they didn't have a key for the vehicle and wouldn't be able to show it to me today. By this point I was an hour into my drive to Chicago. They claimed another salesperson took the key home with him and they couldn't reach him. They said they would have the key back Monday. Of course I work Monday and I'm already an hour into my drive. They offered to look for another Cadillac SRX at one of their other dealerships. It was $3000 more and had twice the miles. I declined. They told me the one I was looking at had a flat the night before and that's when the salesperson must have taken the key. They then claimed that that was probably why the price was so low, because the car likely had lots of little problems. I never wound up going there. It turned out to be quite fortunate, as I found the perfect car at a dealership close to home. However, the whole experience was quite frustrating. They knew I was coming all week. They had my contact info. I had an appointment scheduled. They still managed to be missing the only key the day that I was scheduled to see the car. Could have been a sincere mistake (although I think a dealership should be more organized than that) but I wonder if it wasn't a bait and switch as they offered to show me 2 or 3 other cars that of course cost more.

Price on auto trader is 10899 vin 1g1jb5sh2h4135315 called to confirm price is correct Kenyata said it was correct come on in . My wife was looking forward to her first brand new car . They Baited me and Switched me on the price . They have the car right now and the listing is still posted but They would not honor the price . They said I could purchase it for 13218 plus tax title and license . Ha what a joke waste of time . I also offered my help by getting them a Gm employee retiree rebate back but they would not honor the listed price online . This is clearly a bait and switch on price and the listing is still posted . HAWK CHEVY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE ! What a waste of time and effort . I would call the local police but I'm not that way . They will sink their own ship all by themselves .

My son went into Webb Chevy to test drive a truck they advertised on-line. No-one came out until I got there . 10 mins later. We went on a drive and my son liked the truck. We agreed on the price of the truck and the price of the trade-in. Then waited 2 hrs. to get into the finance guy. Then they added 1 thousand dollars to the price of the truck and tried to hide it. When I asked about the price change they said it was for a special interior treatment( TOTAL B.S.) they do to all of their vehicles.(never discussed prior to this !) I told them the deal was off!! Then they tried to tell me they would give me the treatment at dealer cost because it was already applied. I told them we were leaving and then they removed the 1 thousand Dollar add. The only reason my son bought the truck from Webb Chevy is because it had low miles and he was looking fro a long time. We will never purchase anything from Webb Ever!!
