My experience at sunrise Chevrolet was great. This was the first I was buying a car on my own and Javier made the experience stress free. I went to other dealerships and felt that I was getting the runaround and to be honest a bad deal. I work retail for around 8 years and can easily spot a shaddy deal. I did not experience that at all with Javier at Sunrise Chevrolet. He was great for a first time buyer like myself and left feeling good about the sale. I absolutely love my new car (RAV4) and would totally recommend this dealership and Javier to any one I know looking to buy a car. We bought a new 2019 Chevy Tahoe from this dealership and had a great experience. Our sales guy was Paolo Suarez and he was amazing. I found him to be professional and not pushy in any way. I need to also mention Ryan Sitter, the finance guy, he was a joy to work with and had us out so quick and on the road with our new toy! Highly reccomend this dealership which is thirty minutes from us and worth the trip!!!!

I had a tire that needed to be replaced and Chris “Mac” McElroy in the Service Department did a fantastic job. I have a separate insurance package included in my lease and Mac called the company for me to make sure everything was taken care of. He kept me updated throughout the process and made me feel well taken care of. Mac is another great example of the outstanding service I can expect at Jennings.

Buying a used car from a dealership that's almost 1,000 miles away has it's challenges but, Cezary did an excellent job of promptly addressing all my questions about the car that I was interested in. He also did a live video chat session with me so that I was able to see a lot more detail of the car than the pictures could provide. This was extremely helpful and helped me feel comfortable with moving forward with the purchase. The price negotiation process was pleasant and void of any high pressure. When I flew in to pickup the car my salesman, Cezary Wasilewski, picked me up at O'Hare airport on his day off in order to ensure that I was taken care of and on the road as soon as possible! He had everything ready for me so that there wasn't any last minute running around or waiting on anything. Cezary and Victor, the sales manager, followed up with me the very next day in order to ensure that I made it home safe and that I was satisfied with my purchase.

We are not surprised John Alfirevich is up for Time magazine Dealer of the Year.. our excursion to Apple Chevrolet was such a delightful departure from our experience buying our last car at The Chevrolet dealership closer to our house!
Everyone we dealt with was courteous, and if they did not know how to do something, they called in someone else to help. This included having the boss himself come to help get a VIN number typed in correctly.
Our salesman Michael Diamond really seems to enjoy his work. He walked through the details of the sale with us to be sure we understood it all. We were offered a decent price on our 2019 Impala, and a fair trade-in on our 2014.
He had told the service staff that we were under a time limit, and they cooperated to get our new vehicle prepped in a timely fashion. Bryce helped us figure out how to set some of the controls in the car. It seems as if everyone at Apple Chevrolet was working together as a team.
Our sale went smoorhly; even the finance department put through our payment quickly.
No one tried to use high pressure tactics to make us buy extended warranties. No one tried to "up-sell" us unnecessary extras like undercoating. It was the total opposite from when we bought the last car, at a Chevy dealer closer to our home. We nearly walked out on them then - and would certainly never go back there now.
We anticipate similar good service when we do bring our car in for maintenance. Apple Chevrolet gets our vote!

I entered the Mike Anderson Chevy dealership on a Saturday looking for a 2019 Equinox LT AWD 2.0L turbo. I met with Jeromy Alvarez and had to explain to him several times what I wanted including two extra packages that I wanted added to it. I was told that they had to do a dealer trade but needed to leave behind a deposit, which I did in the form of a check. I was told that the vehicle would be delivered to them by Monday or Tuesday. I noticed on Tuesday morning that the dealership had already negotiated the check as it cleared my account. Later that same day, I received a call from the salesperson informing me that they would be receiving the vehicle the next day. I returned on Wednesday and found that the vehicle did not have the second of the two extra packages that I had requested. The vehicle did not meet all the specification that I asked for. After some discussion, I asked for a refund. I was told that since my deposit was made with a check, I would need to return on Friday. I instead returned on Saturday, which was one week after I had given them my check, and encountered Emmanuel Kalou, New Car Sales Manager, who stated that I would have to wait seven days for a refund. I was not told of this by Jeromy Alvarez. I informed Mr. Kalou that I wanted my refund or that I would be filing a complaint with the IL Attorney General's office, at which point, Mr. Kalou stated that they could hold onto my funds for even longer. Do not buy a car from this dealership. They will pull a bait and switch on you. Then they will play games with you when you want a refund. BUYER BEWARE!

I was recently shopping for a particular Jeep, I initiated contact with the sales staff at the dealer and after some communications I decided to stop in and test drive the vehicle.
When it came to discussing the numbers I couldn't help to notice how inflated the numbers became. With the typical sales person - sales manager tactic, they offered way below typical trade in value for my vehicle, - which is not a huge issue, I get they want to maximize their profits. With that I asked for them to walk me through the numbers. Things the alarmed me:
1. They took the tax credit for my trade off the top line value of my vehicle.
2. They tacked on a $400 window vin etching & nitrogen tire fill. ( that was laughable, as if I was going to be tracing down car parts in the event the vehicle was stolen).
3. $1,000 vehicle prep fee! I'm a car guy, I know brakes weren't serviced, the car got a basic wash and not even a detail as I could see swirls in the paint.
The negotiations with the dealer were beyond poor, I purchased 20+ vehicles in my life and I have never encountered such a poor service. Following my visit I noticed the dealer kept on lowering the price of the vehicle, I stood by my offer. I even received a message from the sales parson saying "you snooze you loose, its sold BROTHER" all the while the price of the vehicle was again lowered.
Looks like the staff needs to brush up on general customer service and negotiations training.

Took my car to be serviced there, half the items weren't fixed, the other half were either fixed or broken further...how the managed that I'll never know. Stay very clear of their service dept.
Scheduled an appointment, took them two days from drop off to start working on the car. Basically a week of my life I will never get back,
If I could give zero or negative starts I would.

I stopped in to get my car serviced as I was having quite a bit of issues with my van. I met with Alan Weissman, a service advisor. He was helpful every step of the way. He answered every question that I had without getting annoyed. Alan was very patient with me and helped me from the second I drove in to me driving out. He kept me updated on the progress of repairs. Alan was very friendly, upbeat, and professional. I will be back for more routine maintenance and repairs when needed, and will definitely be scheduling all work with Alan.

Bought a vehicle 3 years ago from this dealer, upon which during the second week the alternator gave out and had to be replaced. Ever since the alternator was replaced, my vehicle has been in and out of GM customer claims for electrical issues. I figured I would let this slide and give it a try again with my mother to buy another vehicle for her, since my salesman at the time was an exceptional person. Upon revisiting the dealer (1 year ago), they showed me a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox which they were guaranteeing as a reliable vehicle, that was ALSO being used as a demo vehicle for one of the salesmen. Clothes were all over the vehicle including dirty sweaty workout clothes, etc. NOT TO MENTION UPON FURTHER INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE, THE FUEL TANK WAS BONDO'D TO THE FRAME OF THE VEHICLE, WHICH WAS NOT DISCLOSED IN LISTING NOR BY SALESMEN, ONLY A MINOR ACCIDENT.
EVEN WITH ALL OF THIS HAPPENING, I FIGURED THIRD TIME WAS THE CHARM. NOPE. TO CURRENT DAY:
Was reached out to by Nia, claiming there was a buy back program for the 2014 Chevy Malibu up to $9500. I advised her of the condition of the vehicle and mileage as well as my financial standing with the vehicle, not to mention I had a co-signer that was out of the country. She assured me that they could take care of my purchase of a new vehicle and FIND A WAY AROUND MY CO-SIGNER SIGNING A LEGAL DOCUMENT, WHICH IS ILLEGAL. In addition to telling her the condition of the vehicle's driveability, I told her that I didn't know if my car could make the distance since it had been having electrical issues prior to the call. She told me if it makes it into the dealership I will be leaving with a new car.
Soon after, I receive a call from Stephanie, assuring almost the same as Nia, saying there would not be a problem with the purchase, and that the vehicle would sell almost as quickly as it was traded in, since parents and college students are looking for vehicles to start out with.
Fast forward to current day. I drove to the dealership over 25 miles, 45 minutes in my vehicle, scared it would not make the journey. Leo greets me at the door and escorts me inside, sits me down, gets my phone number, name, and social, and proceeds to run my credit. He tells me there is nothing they can do, and the car is only worth $1500. Credit Denied. Leo then tells me if something improves, I can come back, OR, CLAIM A VOLUNTARY REPOSSESSION and not to worry about it because they will not get their money (what does that mean?) And what would this do to my credit? TANK IT.
I asked to speak to the manager, whom I believe was Gabriel. Upon mentioning my story, he didn't care one ounce about my situation nor my concerns and was very dismissive. He tells me my financial issue with my vehicle being under water on the loan is "not their problem". He then tells me that sometimes the cars are better on paper than in person (basically calling my car a piece of xxxx) and that there was nothing he could do. Upon mentioning my previous concern about the Equinox, he asked what vehicle my mother drove and if she had credit to co-sign, that they would sign her and I. Of course at this point... I already have hit strike three on my tolerance of this dealer... rejected his wheeling and dealing with me and walked out.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS DEALER FOR ANY OF YOUR SERVICE NOR PURCHASING NEEDS. THEY ARE ALL ONLY THERE TO PUSH THE CARS OUT OF INVENTORY, MAKE SALES AND COMMISSIONS, AND STICK YOU WITH AN UNRELIABLE VEHICLE.
BUYER BEWARE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

The service department of this dealership is a joke, I'm having my car towed from there after they have failed to fix the car properly for the third time.
Each time they have had it, they break something else in the process. I'm not sure if this is a scam to keep getting more $$$ or what, needless to say I'm removing my car from their facility to have it repaired and all they work they claimed to do on it inspected as the shoddy workmanship performed by this dealer can't be trusted.
Mark the service manager, and Paul the service advisor could care less about customer satisfaction, perhaps they will care when the real boss asks the what happened when they have to respond to a court summons.
