Ehab loves what he does and it shows. He' s patient and understanding and takes the time to explain the entire process. Anyone who is considering selling automobiles should follow him for a week to learn and see how to treat customers. Car buying is stressful, Ehab made it enjoyable (with one exception) when my trade value was given to me I was upset, his calm demeanor overcame my initial disappointment and he was able to work with the appraisal team and management to arrive at a price that both parties agreed to, I was ready to leave and he saved the sale for the dealership. It was fantastic working with Jon, who felt more like our personal advocate than a salesperson. He made the car buying process very comfortable, even fun! He gave us ample time to check out the vehicles, test drive, ask questions, and think through all the decisions. He was very knowledgeable and was eager to find any information he didn't know off hand. Even after the purchase, Jon was quick to follow up and make sure that all our questions were answered. We thought that wrangling our three young kids at the dealership would be a challenge, but with the test driving, computers, fish tank, snacks, and friendly staff, even the kids had a good time. It would have been hard to get them to leave if they weren’t so excited about our new van. Fun indoor family activities outside our home have been scarce during the pandemic, so I'd consider taking my family back there just for fun if it didn't involve purchasing a vehicle each time. At least I have my next oil change to look forward to! We love our new-to-us Odyssey and love even more that we got it at a fair price and with a great experience.
