Do not buy from here - Online prices are NOT real!! Called and e-mailed to confirm pricing had confirmation from them. Went in $7000.00 more than listed price with Add on's. Very disappointing! Was a 2020 Nissan Rogue same as the other reviewer. All the other reviews are exactly as we experienced wish I had read them before I wasted my time and potentially put my husband at risk. As the other reviewer said we're in a pandemic - our needs are real that's why we're there. My husband is battling cancer and we wasted our time and put him at risk. So disappointed. Bait and switch. If you think you're getting the vehicle at the online listed price forget it. Do not believe advertised pricing on used cars. Went in for a used car ready to buy sticker price and was informed by Sebastian that we can't buy and the bank does not give car loans to people like me. Very disappointed in his poor customer service by being argurmental and disrespectful. Also, I had to wear my mask inside the store, but he did not wear a mask. I am assuming they do not enforce their employees to wear masks. I've been a customer with Nissan since 2014 and the service at this location is now terrible and I will take my service elsewhere.

Make sure to take before and after pictures of your vehicle before entering this Dealer's service. Had my GTR serviced for a flat tire, and when I left I had 2 new dents in my front nose bumper. When I returned to show the damage, I asked if they can pull up footage of the car entering service to prove there was no damage and was told the damage was too small for the camera to pick up.

I was stranded while traveling to my mothers home over the holidays when my car broke down they towed me to JP Motors. When we arrived I was helped by Jacob who immediately saw I was distressed and assured me they would get my car right in and see if they could get me back on the road. Fortunately they did not have the parts in stock but gave me a car so that I could get to my moms for Christmas. Jacob went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my car was repaired when I returned. The icing on the cake was he had it cleaned for me!!!!

Everything was excellent at this dealership. My salesman Michael Walsh was great to deal with and made everything very effortless. He was literally running through the parking lot trying to expedite things. Baker the GM is very involved and does whatever is needed to get you the car you want at the BEST price! The finance department was very friendly while thoroughly explaining everything you are signing. This is now our 4th vehicle purchase through Janesville Nissan. Do not do business with this dealership! Any dealership that forces you to sign an agreement to binding arbitration is bad news. Plenty of Nissan dealers in the area that will do honest business with you. We bought a truck from them brand new, and it is defective. These folks were sweet and friendly when we were test driving and now they will not take responsibility or return our calls. Our attorney is working to find a solution. Once you drive it off the lot, they say, “its not our problem, you inspected it yourself.” Save yourself the money and headaches and go somewhere reputable. We wish we had read the recent reviews on this place before signing on a truck.

Worst car buying experience. I was there for over 5 hours and still dealing with the after mat of buying Nissan from them. They have yet to register my car with the state. Therefore, I have now own a car that is useless because it cannot be legal driven without a current plate I paid for at the dealership. The salesman was horrible at the time of the purchase and tried to sale me an suv I had already said no to because it was scratched all over the place, when it was supposed to be new. Steve, Ricardo, and Jared were the worst people to deal with. Would never return or recommend. I am now having to sue this dealership.
