Bought a used car. Less than 30 minutes later the service engine light came on and the speedometer got stuck. After an initial communication error, the dealer agreed to diagnose the trouble and provide a loaner. Bought car as is but certainly pleased they are willing to diagnose the trouble for free.
Oh the paperwork guy has kind of an attitude too but you won't have to deal with him longlong. Our sales person Hayden was great though. And thanks to Brian for reaching out to me.

I took my car there to have it serviced. My car had died onthe side of the road and had to be towed there. I called them and explained the problem before I had it brought to them. I informed them that the car was giving me the warning "Check charging System". I also told them that it was a Ford Explorer. He told me to bring it over and they would check it out. The test the alternator and say that it is fine. The test the battery and say that it needs to be replaced. They replaced the battery and charge me $98.20. As soon as I start my car to drive away....the battery light comes on and the car tells me to "check charging system". I go back inside and inform the service manager. He tells me that it is "not his problem" and that they don't work on Fords. When I asked him why he didn't tell me that when I called, he laughed at me. He said "hey...you are the one that brought it here." I tried to talk to him but he continued to berate me in front of his staff, customers and my daughter. I will NEVER go back! When I asked him if he was the owner he said.."I'm the owner's son-in-law".
