6/7/2018 I took my vehicle in for service. Love the service department. My wife and I decided to walk around and look at the new vehicles (Traverses). We found one and decided to take a harder look. That’s when I met Chip. Nice enough guy at first. Started talking just a few numbers and he asked me what I would pay for this vehicle if I had cash. I told him and he said, “Nope, won’t do it.” I handed him the key and said, “Well, I might as well not test drive it then.” Chip walked away. I was only $2900 off the asking price. There wasn’t any negotiation with this individual and it was certainly just another frustrating encounter with a “salesman”. I suggest you deal with another individual when looking for a new vehicle. However, I dealt with Art Speth in the service department and he was awesome. Thanks Art for being professional and respectful.

Poage Chevrolet helped us in a time of need and we are extremely grateful for their customer service, willingness to help, and hospitality. We were driving across the country from West Virginia to Kansas after a celebration of life ceremony for our mother who recently passed away. We pulled into a gas station and the vehicle was making a terrible screeching noise. I used my phone to locate the nearest authorized buick service center. I called Poage Chevrolet and they were booked for 3 days. After explaining our situation, I was put on hold, and then informed that they would be able to fit us in. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and took great care of us and our care while we waited for it to be repaired. We thank Poage Chevrolet and commend them for their level of service, quality of care, and compassion in a time of need. THANK YOU!

Three Hour Fix Takes A Week - 17Corvette
Took my car (2017 Corvette Stingray) in for a front left tire repair and oil change. Should have been change oil, replace tire and do resets on computer. Seems easy enough. Dropped car off on Monday so they would have all day Tuesday. Get a call Tuesday afternoon that they have damaged my wheel beyond repair and that they will have to order a new one out of Detroit. Should be Friday. Friday morning I swing by to see if wheel came in and am told yes, we'll get right on it, should be ready early afternoon. I wait all day and finally call them at 5:45pm to find out why I hadn't heard from them and am told they made a mistake and that the wheel hadn't arrived yet. Hopefully by Monday or Tuesday they say. So I am without my car for the weekend and miss two car shows. Shop managers attitude through most of this process is "Well, you are getting a new wheel and hey, accidents happen." Problem with those answers are; I didn't need a new wheel when I dropped the car off, it was perfectly fine. And then to say accidents happen, I understand that, but I have worked hard to be able to make this purchase and expect to be treated with more respect than has been given. I had to call to get updates, communication was lacking. When car was finally ready for pickup, I arrived and inspected car and new wheel that they had to replace. You would think that a wheel they had to replace do to their error, that they would at least wipe the gunk off of and make sure the wheel is defect free. Not the case, so Bob (one of the service writers) grabbed a microfiber and cleaner and polished the wheel up so I could inspect. Bethany and Bob (both are service writers) have done their best I feel in the situation. But their hands are tied as to customer relations when it goes to service and poor work is performed. Service manager, from what I understand, was more concerned about what it was costing them, than he was about customer relations and the fact they had my car, that I paid for, and they damaged for a week, with no rental car offered or any other compensation. Again to say "hey, your getting a new wheel" doesn't cut it with me. I didn't take it there needing a new wheel. I was also told when I picked car up that the service manager would call me the next day. It is over 24 hours later, and no phone call. I have looked past other hiccups that have happened at this dealership since I purchased my car and made excuses for them. But the service departments lack of communicating in a timely manner and their managements lack of caring, has brought me to write this review. Sales, finance, and parts are five stars. The shop and shop management team is one star at best.

Been there 3 times and will never go back. First time got a piece of mail that said I won a new car!!!! Yeah, No. Marketing scam. Reluctantly went back for a repair and they ripped me a new one. One year later part failed again!! Only came in because I figured they would replace it since it had only been a year...wrong. If your planning on buying a car or repairing the one you have do it somewhere else. But no matter what you do DON'T DO IT THERE.

Hughes Auto service Fixed my Hyudai, the part was put on wrong then they charged me again to put the right part on when the manager agreed to waive the service charge, the charge was on the bill anyway. Also Dean Team Hyundai did not fix my service problem back in November when they first had, said they did not have time.

I have nothing to say on the sales end of things, because I did not purchase here. When it comes to service is when things get interesting. If you show up for service with anything other than an oil change the technicians are absolutely lost. The service writers that sit at the front desk could care less about the customer and are generally unfriendly. I have given them 3 chances with my 2015 chevy and they still haven't gotten anything right. I would not recommend getting any service work done here that a 6 year old couldn't do!
