Over the years I have purchased 5 vehicles from Elco -- I keep coming back because all of my experiences have been very good. Most recently, Murray Newton helped me into a new Traverse although I was a challenge because of an upside/down situation. He worked to find all the discounts I could be eligible for. He was also very persistent -- which I usually don't like, but his persistence was in a very positive way. I will recommend Elco to all my family and friends if and when they are ready to buy a new car.

Completely blown away. After being jerked around for 4 days by multiple other dealerships and countless hours wasted I have finally been taken care of. I inquired about a Buick Lacrosse online and was immediately contacted by the online sales specialist Mark. I told Mark about my mistreatment at other places and my lack of hope. Mark asked me exactly what I wanted and monthly price. Mark didnt waste my time he was honest and asked ahead of time if my deal was even doable before I drove the 45 min drive to them. When I got there he wasted no time with my deal and went directly to Don the new car salesman. Don introduced himself and again asked me what deal I was seeking. He didn't hesitate or mess with me at all. Don looked me eye to eye and said I will get you that deal and put you in that Buick today. That's exactly what happened too. I got the exact car I wanted at the exact price. When all hope was gone Mark and Don from Jim Trenary stepped in and fixed me up. I worked with Tim Schuhardt to purchase my car and Tim Wagner to finance. Both were VERY professional. It was a whole different experience buying a car at Jack Schmitt. I'd could best describe it as fairly effortless and completely unlike other dealerships I purchased from in the past. The vehicle I wanted was price competitively and I was given a reasonable price for my trade in. I'll definitely be back to purchase another car from Jack Schmitt Chevrolet.

We bought a car for my son after he totaled his SUV. I was given 2 prices. One price with brakes and one price with brakes and tires. I was told they would not sell it without new brakes. We bought the car with brakes and tires so we knew he was safe after just having a horrible wreck. Fast forward a year and a half later and about 5,000 miles. I had to pay to have brakes put on the car. I will never buy another car there or have any car serviced there!

Trying to buy a reasonable priced USED SUV - Cowboysbud
So anyone that knows me knows that I always buy my vehicles from Gastorf - have for years and I have them serviced there too ..... and I always say good things about them..... Sad to say NOT anymore. My sister needed to buy a used SUV. Now she is the only income in her household and needed the payment to stay reasonable for her to make it. I went with her - do you know all I heard was - I can't come down 3000.00 ...... I heard about how much he needed to make on this vehicle to pay for things at his business. I understand "place of business" - but WOW..... no you give - I give..... so we left. Sad to say - I more then likely will not buy another vehicle from Gastorf .... I'm sure they do not care because I am only ONE person buying from them. BUT - I think I found my NEW place to buy my next vehicle..... Poage in Wentzville.?? The crew there were very helpful. She now drives a 2013 Terrain - with LESS miles on it and Cost LESS then what Gastorf wanted to charge. No the original price was a tad bit more then what Gastorf was selling their Terrain for - and had less miles. BUT they worked with her and got her in what she wanted for what she can afford. Guess I know where to go on my next vehicle. AND I also will be rating Gastorf on this on the Chevrolet site.

Broken mirror - Janet
Bought a 2019 High Country Saturday off the showroom floor and while they are driving it out the passenger outside mirror was broken... they said it happened at their car wash... still took it home because their service center was closed. Back Monday to get it fixed and the salesman said on Saturday he would get a loaner to drive so we don’t sit and wait... here we sit because there is no loaner.. so much for promises... will have to really think about buying at Trenary ever again...and this our second purchase from them... no loyalty..so sad

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY ENEMIES IF I HAD ANY. You ask why? Well, let me tell you: Horrible, horrible, horrible business ethics.
