Everyone at the dealership was courteous, friendly and professional. Anthony Gooden was professional, patient, friendly and very informative. I was referred to Anthony by a friend who has purchased several cars from Anthony. He made my experience very easy.

My service experience was great with the employees.... - csn
My service experience was great with the employees. Brooke and Bobby helped me and all went very smoothly and as planned. My service was done in a timely efficient manner.
However other clients waiting on their cars were NOT FOLLOWING PROTOCOL. Some had no masks on while others did not have them on properly. I know Jay Wolfe has little control over this but I needed a safe waiting area and there was none. Is there a space for compliant mask wearers and those who chose otherwise?

Sterling was very low pressure and walked my boyfriend and I through the lot and let us pick the color Corolla we wanted and helped me get approved for my first car loan ever. Very low pressure and very kind and patient.

M first time financing a car and Alex gave me the best experience! From the minute he sat down with my boyfriend and I, we felt an instant connection and new he would be the one to get us in the car we wanted. He worked really hard to get us into our Mercedes Benz at the price we hoped for. With it being my first time financing he was able to efficiently walk me through the process, making me 100% confident in my decision. Alex had amazing energy and was super positive the whole experience. When we got to financing, Darold was able to get us an even better deal than expected! You can tell the Adams Toyota team cares about their customers and wants to see everyone leave happy in the car of their dreams. I can’t wait to hopefully do more business with them in the future.

If I could leave a zero review I would. The sales manager we worked with (Dillon) showed us how completely unimportant we were by not showing us the the time of day as soon as we walked out of that door. He promised he would call us the next day with a yes or no on approval and he completely dropped that ball. Some xxxxty sales person tried to justify it by saying we wouldn’t be approved unless we put $10,000 down (what do they know. Maybe we have 10k) and that’s probably why we didn’t get a call back. We wasted time and gas on this place. Will absolutely never consider them in the future.
Today I went to Crown Toyota Dealership in Lawrence,... - katrina.hayes92
Today I went to Crown Toyota Dealership in Lawrence, Kansas, because the 2015 Toyota Highlander, that I had purchased from them in March 2020 was making whirring noises in the engine. After waiting over two hours, the Maintenance Staff informed me that I would need to replace the engine, which was well over $5,000, or I could talk to the Sales Representatives about doing a trade-in. However, after speaking to the Sales Department, they could only find similar vehicles in the price range of $22,000. The purchase price of my highlander was over $19,000. Trading into a higher priced vehicle will increase my payment, which I cannot do.
I trusted Toyota to pull through with being the best and was sadly scammed into buying a broken Highlander and now the Sales Staff is trying to sell me a more expensive vehicle! My Highlander has less than 100,000 miles on it and is only five years old! It should not be having any major mechanical issues, such as engine problems. The Crown Dealership even had me sign paperwork saying that the vehicle was mechanically sound and checked by their Maintenance Staff, which included the engine. I was told by the Maintenance Staff that the issue with the engine “could not have been for-seen.” I have already paid over $3,500, including a $1,000 down payment on the Highlander, and yet the best they could do was replace my engine for over $5,000 or trade me in for a more expensive vehicle? I feel that Toyota is not standing up to their name, which is to be the best long lasting vehicles around.
