Trustworthy dealership - bolyardjim
I live in Topeka (about 45 miles away) & the only place I take my car to be worked on is Branine’s Chevrolet Buick. They’ve always treated me right. They are honest & reasonably priced. They by far out perform the GM dealerships in Topeka. It’s well worth the drive!

Very Friendly - CHAD_R_TODD
I had my Enclave services as a follow up to o my purchase. Everyone was nice and friendly. The shuttle service was great both to and from the dealership. The work looks great. Good experience.

Our vehicle was there for THREE weeks. We would call to ask about progress and several times we got an answer of 'we don't have any record of your vehicle being here.' Then we would get a call back later in the day to tell us that they were waiting on the mechanic or ordering a part. On Friday, September 29th we called to ask about the status of our vehicle. We again got the response that they had no record of our vehicle being in the shop. We were told Mike would have to call us back. We made plans to get a car dolly and tow our vehicle to another dealer because we had no confidence that our vehicle would ever be fixed. Then about 4:30 that afternoon Mike called back to tell us that our vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up. We understand that the service department was very busy but there was not an excuse for 'having no record of our vehicle'. We are looking to purchase a new vehicle and we had considered looking at Beckman Motors, but that will no longer be a consideration.
Loose battery terminal caused alternator to malfunction. ... - limpalong
Loose battery terminal caused alternator to malfunction. When the service person hooked up the gauges, he pegged the speedometer and it broke. Service Manager said that was a weak spot on the Silverados and I would need to purchase an entire new dash cluster. Quoted $530 to repair what their service department broke.
When I could get no satisfaction from the Service Department, I visited with both the Sales Manager and the Owner. The Owner told me I had not purchased the vehicle from his dealership, so he was not interested in assisting with the required repairs. I took the truck to another dealership and paid the $500 to have Lang's error corrected.
I run 30,000 to 40,000 miles/year in my Silverados. On the road, I don't know one locally owned repair shop from another. So, I always have all service... including oil changes... done by the Chevrolet dealer in the area I'm in. Working with Chevrolet service departments over a 5-state area, Lang's is the ONLY dealership that has displayed a complete lack of interest in customer satisfaction.
