I can't believe that I had to have an argument about whether or not my car had been washed even though you could clearly see that someone had wiped part of the car with a dry cloth and dust and dirt was still obviously there. I left with the car in that condition because I couldn't believe I even needed to mention it more than once! All the guy had to do was LOOK at the car and see that it clearly wasn't washed. However, I was much more concerned that my tires were not set to the proper psi. I drive a Cadillac ATS4. The front tires recommend 32 and the rear 35. I checked it on my app before arriving and brought it to the gentleman's attention. He checked the driver's door insert then set all four times to 32! If you can't even set the tires to the correct pressure then how do I know you've even bothered to do any of the other things you say you've done? My child drives my car! I am so angry right now. This was my 2nd car purchase from your dealership and I've had all my maintenance done there too. The level of service has really dropped off over the past 2 years. I also wonder how many cars you send out the door with incorrect tire pressure? Correct pressure helps extend the life of tires, helps maximize fuel efficiency and can be the cause of traffic accidents. I trusted you with my family and you let me down.
Horns for 2015 Corvette - Lynnestricklyn

Purchased part (HORN) for $63.10 and installed in 30 minutes on August 22, 2018.
First of all the experience over the horns on our Corvette is very disturbing. To begin with John Goldsmith claimed to have contacted my extended warranty company and come to find out, he did no such thing. The end result from John Goldsmith was he stayed late and called me to apologize about his confusion, mixing up two Corvettes being serviced. Ok, apology accepted.
$400.00 to install horns is absurd in my opinion. $200.00 deductible for horns is still disturbing.
Ok. Doesn't end there. Assistant Manager Tiffany quotes me a price of Horns $58.70 each (not installed, of course) and I need (2). Not true. I need one because the assemble has both horns. The knowledge about the part is very below average in my opinion.
I was told that my car had been wrecked and the part is an aftermarket part. Completely false. We replaced the bumper cover because it was cracked and the horns we bought from Davis-Moore are identical to the horns that were replaced. My trust in Davis-Moore Service is not what I have had in the past.
P.S. Might be going to Don Hatton in the future. I don't know just yet what I am going to do when it is time for my next oil change.

Had my car serviced for some warranty work and they wouldn't do it under that. I finally gave in and paid it and contacted American Honda afterwards. After 2 weeks, American Honda refunded me what I paid twice the amount for the inconvenience.
The reason they denied my warranty work was because I called my car a "Race Car'. The service advisor claimed that my stock 20 inch wheels were aftermarket because of it is "souped up civic".
Sounds to me that this dealership needs to spend some time on educating the employees on what cars Honda actually offers. I considered buying a new car from this place again, but this was the final straw. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a new car from this place no matter how good the price is.

Our vehicle was there for THREE weeks. We would call to ask about progress and several times we got an answer of 'we don't have any record of your vehicle being here.' Then we would get a call back later in the day to tell us that they were waiting on the mechanic or ordering a part. On Friday, September 29th we called to ask about the status of our vehicle. We again got the response that they had no record of our vehicle being in the shop. We were told Mike would have to call us back. We made plans to get a car dolly and tow our vehicle to another dealer because we had no confidence that our vehicle would ever be fixed. Then about 4:30 that afternoon Mike called back to tell us that our vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up. We understand that the service department was very busy but there was not an excuse for 'having no record of our vehicle'. We are looking to purchase a new vehicle and we had considered looking at Beckman Motors, but that will no longer be a consideration.

I purchased a 2013 camaro fro m carmax 2rd gear went out and it was covers under the factory worrenty so parks did the work replaced the transmition and did not tighten all the bolts long story short I lost control of the vehicle results I now need a finder door and repainted and suspintion damage as well poor service

BMW has the worst service department we have ever experienced. We took our SUV BMW in for yearly service and it came back three days later in WORSE shape that when we brought it in! We have purchased three BMWs in the last 10 years but we will not be doing this again.
When I went to pick it up, they had gashed in the back of the car with some type of tool. And then we discovered, after we got home (one hour away, that they hadn't even changed the oil!!

My family as purchase at least 20 vehicles since 1977 and have always gotten a fair deal or better. All of us have used Clark Chevrolet for service and repairs. Their prices are almost always lower then other dealers or repair shops and they will not do any work or sell you anything your vehicle does not need.
