Went to dealership to look at a used RAM truck and, since I was over an hour away, I asked Chris to send me any pictures of dings, scratches, etc. He sent me everything and even included such small details that I would never have even seen them. There was a recall that needed fixed also and instead of having me come back, they snuck me in their busy schedule. I purchased the truck with no back and forth, "let me ask my manager" stuff you hear about. Couldn't have been happier with the entire process.

We have bought from Davis- Moore before and the sales people were very good at making Great Deals. This time I was needing and extra key for our crossfire. I called the parts department they said they had a new $15,000 key machine to make keys. For the crossfire they would have to order it and it could take a few weeks or longer. I called around and checked on lone and found one that was very expensive I could get within a week. I brought the key in to have it cut and programed. They cut the key and had me get with Service Manager Bob Garrison. Bob got right on it. He came back 30 minutes or and said they had cut the key wrong. But I have another key coming that is already cut. This next Wednesday and we can get it program and get you on your way. Looking for reliable vehicle to transport newborn - Shocked customer
I am very hurt by dealerships who sell lemons to people who are clearly looking for a reliable vehicle to transport their newborn in! Not even having the car two weeks and air bag light comes on and the car is giving off abnormal emissions from the exhaust! The dealership doesn't even have the heart to take the car back when they clearly knew the car had issues! Should have walked away after going to the dealership to purchase a specific car and turns put the online price was a lie! Don't trust this dealership!!!!

Cedric the salesman seemed to be a good guy that cared, but might be an act. Everything went good until it came to the paperwork. On the way home I realized I didn't receive my copies of the paperwork so the following Monday I contacted Cedric and he sent the request to the finance department. I got a call two days later saying the lender that I had already signed the paperwork for had fallen through and I had to put an additional $1200 down to make it work. I declined that offer as I had already signed the paperwork and agreed to the previous terms and the mistake was on them. They agreed to cover the $1,200 which I thought was awesome but when going over the paperwork I noticed they charged me $700 more for the vehicle, $399.99 for nitrogen and anti theft, $399 administration fee, and forced me to buy the $850 gap insurance. I have had the vehicle 11 days and have already had to replace the driver front TPMS sensor, passenger rear door actuator and engine air filter. Also, the coolant and power steering fluids were low, engine oil was dirty and hadn't been changed, and 2 of the tires need replaced. There is also a recall I was not informed about.

We were told several lies when purchasing our vehicles. First we bought two vehicles at the same time - to seal the deal they promised they would transfer my sons free oil changes to my wife’s new vehicle giving her 4 instead of 2 since his car was going cross country and would not be back to utilize. Find out at time of third oil change the service department says the the dealership makes those types of promises all the time but nothing they can do. They also said it would include tire rotations and once again service department said this was another thing the salesmen would say but was not true. Do not trust what they tell you to try to seal the sell!

Marla went over what we wanted and what we were wanting to spend before she showed us any cars and then after that she showed us what would be in our price range. When we decided the car we liked she helped us start on the paper work and since my mother, who cosigned for me, lives 500 miles away they mailed her all the forms she needed to fill out so I did not have to worry about getting them to her. Even though the dealership was busy and Marla was busy she took really great care of us during the whole process from the time we walked into the dealership until we walked out with our new car, and she made sure to schedule a free car wash for me since their detail person was already gone for the day.
