I took my 2006 Charger in to get some repairs done on it and wanted to test drive a Durango as I have been looking for a newer vehicle for quite some time. Ted got me set up with one they had in stock. Not new, but that was fine as I was just test driving to see if I liked one or not. To be honest, the only thing it had that I was looking for was AWD. But I drove it anyway to see how I liked it. I ended up driving it for 3 days and decided I liked it enough to buy it. Ted was not a pushy salesman which was wonderful. He answered all my questions easily and professionally. Clay and Brady were also great to deal with. At no time did I ever feel pressured to buy or like they were in a hurry to get me out the door. It was a great experience and if you are needing to purchase a new vehicle, I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this dealership! After my 79 year old mother had a very poor experience at another Toyota Dealership, I had my husband call Clint Bowyer Autoplex. He talked to Seth Hively on the phone. Seth was very respectful a listened to all that my husband had to say about my Mother's bad past experience and what she was looking for. Seth said that he would take the information he was given and speak to the General Manager, Steve Vaughn and get back with us with the best possible price.(Keep in mind we were calling from Wyoming and they are in Kansas.) When he called back he blew us away by beating all the other dealers we had spoke with on the phone. My husband ended up speaking with Steve Vaughn to seal the deal over the phone. When my Mother picked up her new 2017 Rav4, they treated her like a Queen!! There was no high pressured sales pitch for additional things. Yes, they did offer her things, but they were respectful and understood when she said no. Dan Hoang was extremely patient and spent much time with my Mother, Jan Bobek, by going over all the features of the car. She truly appreciated all of his kindness. To wrap the deal up Steve Vaughn gave my Mother a box of chocolates for the road. To say thank you to these wonderful men doesn't seem like enough, but thank you for treating my Mother like you would want someone to treat your own Mother. God Bless You All!!

Sunday 1 PM appmt to test drive a vehicle - upsetcustimers
My husband and I showed up on time to test drive the vehicle we were to look at, after driving an hour and half to get there. They told us the gal was not there nor was the vehicle! The first guy said it was out for in inspection, the second guy said it was in for some maintenance. This vehicle we were to look at was sitting on their lot for 45 days!!!! Why wasn't this done sooner????? If they knew the vehicle was not there, they could of called and saved us the trip!!!!! We would not send our worst enemy to buy a car from them!!!! Very unprofessional and very rude!!!!! How do they keep their doors open if they treat people like that??????

Great overall experience. Had to travel out of town to find this and they even delivered the vehicle to me. Wish I would have done my homework to learn that the car was not satellite ready as Mazda put fake SAT buttons in their vehicles for many years.

Due to a power failure at the dealership they couldn't work on my car. They were never concerned. They did say sorry a lot. After day 2 I had to beg for a loaner. They offered a rental. 2 days later I'm sitting in the dealership waiting on my rental. I'm late to work and no one seems to know what is going on. And the music is toooooooo loud. Not happy. 😡

I received the flyer in the mail saying they were in desperate need of my used vehicle. I took it down there to get it appraised. Was extremely upset having to let my baby go, and the staff noticed. Ended up agreeing and signing a sheet saying I had 24 hrs to decide if I didn't want the car and wanted my truck back. I, as well as 2 other people signed it. Ended up signing for a 17 camaro. Got it home, and had all night to think about it. Mind you, my truck is my pride and joy. I enjoyed the car, but it's not practical for my family and I, and I missed my truck. I called Vic Sunday morning and told him I regretted it and I gotta bring it back. He said ok, and we'll see ya tomorrow. They are closed on sundays, so had to wait til Monday to take it back. They didn't haste me at all. They said they will destroy the paperwork and nothing will happen from here. I have my baby back, and an experience I will never forget. They were so nice and caring and understanding. I can't thank them enough for all their support. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new ride. They treat you like family.

My boyfriend and I had found a truck at Bolton that he really liked, so we drove 2 hours to look at the truck, after test driving and getting a carfax report and Gary explained that they had checked the car and had replaced a ball joint & a couple of other things maintenance wise, but other than that was a good, reliable truck. That same day the engine light turned on.. assuming it was something small, or nothing at all, just that it need to be turned off we took it into a local ford shop to get looked at. We found out that the engine needs to be replaced, costing just about as much as we paid for the truck. While i understand it is our responsibility of purchasing a vehicle, it feel as if we took all of the precautionary options other than having a mechanic look at it, but we were far from home. We feel like we were lied to & pretty upset none the less. Now we're out the money we had for a nice truck, and without a truck for now. very displeased.

Marla went over what we wanted and what we were wanting to spend before she showed us any cars and then after that she showed us what would be in our price range. When we decided the car we liked she helped us start on the paper work and since my mother, who cosigned for me, lives 500 miles away they mailed her all the forms she needed to fill out so I did not have to worry about getting them to her. Even though the dealership was busy and Marla was busy she took really great care of us during the whole process from the time we walked into the dealership until we walked out with our new car, and she made sure to schedule a free car wash for me since their detail person was already gone for the day.
