Everyone at this dealership is friendly and fun. Especially David Simon. This is the second vehicle in less than a year purchased with the help of Dave. He is so willing to finalize the sales, he baked my favorite pie. HE baked it from scratch...and it was delicious. But what impressed me the most; he listens to what your life story is and what your likes and wants are and He finds the perfect vehicle. Doesn't pressure you, and is honest if he doesn't think it's the right fit. He is wonderful. Everyone there is. No need to shop anywhere else.

I would definitely recommend Midway Motors. We didn't feel pressured to buy, they gave us time to think about it, as it's a big purchase. We were very pleased with their customer service. When we decided to get a new truck, we contacted Chad and told him what we were looking for. We set up appointment and was greeted as soon as we came in. During this process we worked with several employees, and they were all terrific! Chad made sure we new exactly how the electronics worked in truck and he went over everything with us. We were very pleased with this dealership.

Refused to honor cash price on advertised car claimed as CPO - KatieB
Will never even look at a car at this dealership again. Brett is an out-right compulsive liar that tried to sell us a Dodge Dart that he claimed was a Certified Pre-owned, but I have never seen such a trashy Certified Pre-owned vehicle in all of the cars that I shopped over the years. There were scratches, dents, and the front noes clip was a different shade than the rest of the car. The rear passenger side headliner was falling down and he could not even have the car ready, knowing for a week that we were coming to view and test drive it. While pointing these things out, that a Certified Pre-owned car should not have, Brett decided to pop off and tell us that we should then purchase new if we wanted perfection. We asked if the dents and scratches could be taken care of and all he offered was a bottle of touch-up paint. Then when it came down to negotiation, he came back with a range on the payment. We already were pre-approved by our finance company, so we did not need to use their financing. When I asked for the total out the door price of the car, Brett came back with an outrageous number that seemed well over the advertised price. We asked for an itemized pricing of the car, the dealer fees, and the taxes to show how they come up with that total and Brett refused. We asked for the itemized price several more times as he still refused to give it to us. Then he pushed the paper in our faces, pointed out the total, then informed us of the extremely high dealer fee of $499, where most others charge anywhere between $129 and $299, and then he rudely told us to do our own math on it to figure it out. We even give him an example of another dealership that Charges only $299 dealer fees and he tried to tell us that he was going out of business. Really, the dealer, who just bought 4 more dealerships and we said charges less is going out of business? One lie after another with this guy. After doing the math, we saw that he was trying to charge us full asking price of $11,168 on the car and not the advertised "Cash Price" as stated on their website as well as several others. The exact wording was that the $9500 price is a $1000 credit off of the "Cash Price" of the vehicle if you go through their financing. We were not going to use their financing, so we were expecting to pay the $10,500 plus tax and dealer fees for the vehicle. We told Brett that he was overcharging us and he started yelling that we did not qualify for the price. What? We did not "Qualify" for the "Cash Price" that they advertised on their own website, as well as many other sites? After Brett continually repeated this not qualifying argument, we decided to leave and go to Olathe Dodge, where they had another Certified Pre-owned Dart that we were interested in as well. Those guys there were the nicest people. They took off a substantial amount off their car, it was a higher model than the one that Brett tried to overcharge us on, and it had no scratches and they are taking out 3 dents that they found before we got there. They set us up with WF Dealer Services that Brett says no longer does auto loans with dealers anymore. And they ONLY charged us $299 in DEALER FEES. According to Brett, the must be going out of business too, huh. So as anyone reading this can see, I is pointless to buy a vehicle from Speedway because of how dishonest they actually are. I guess Brett did not expect a customer to do their homework before shopping for a vehicle. Oh, and as far as Ceritfied Pre-Owned, Olathe showed us the exact printout of the inspection and everything they did to bring the car back up to "like new" status as stated in the CPO brochure that Brett would only show us. And no, Brett refused to also show us this printout on the Speedway Dodge Dart we were trying to purchase.

I think this dealership is above the rest! They went above and beyond to get me the vehicle of my choice. From my fabulous sales person Fred Leatz that went above and beyond for me (I have always appreciated his honesty) to Ted Cygan who got me a great interest rate and the extended warranty. Thank you Ted for taking care of me. Jay Carlson Sales Manager worked to find me the car. They all worked very diligently to get this done for me. The best part, was it was all EXACTLY what they said it was going to be when I signed my paperwork! This dealership is top notch!

My husband and I showed up on time to test drive the vehicle we were to look at, after driving an hour and half to get there. They told us the gal was not there nor was the vehicle! The first guy said it was out for in inspection, the second guy said it was in for some maintenance. This vehicle we were to look at was sitting on their lot for 45 days!!!! Why wasn't this done sooner????? If they knew the vehicle was not there, they could of called and saved us the trip!!!!! We would not send our worst enemy to buy a car from them!!!! Very unprofessional and very rude!!!!! How do they keep their doors open if they treat people like that??????

The salesman was good. The general manager was the worst. We have bought many cars from them and so did my family always had a good experience. The general manager lost his mind. He gave us a payment that was great. I was trading in my jeep and they called for payoff and wrote it down. Then we sat there all day long. Then the finance guy got the papers and was getting them ready for us to sign. We saw the general manager go into finance and the finance guy walked out the other door and wouldn't look at us. The general manager called us in there and told us he was wrong in his figures and the payment was $150.00 more a month. I will never buy or tell my friends and family to buy there. They said they would fix it and so did the owner but never got a call. The salesman and the finance guy were good. I think the other guy was the general manager and the owner.

My husband and I drove 2 1/1 hours to meet Craig and John. Once we arrived everything was ready for us. We received an outstanding deal on a vehicle we fell in love with the minute we saw it. There was no pressure and they let the car sell its self. We have NEVER been treated as well as we were today when buying a vehicle. Detailed of the truck was very poor over heard problems in that department, did not get a full tank of gas, no owner’s manual in the truck. I saw the truck come back from being detailed and the guy told me he did what he supposed too. This is the second vehicle from this dealership and problems then. The owners of both should be aware of problems in the dealerships.

Marla went over what we wanted and what we were wanting to spend before she showed us any cars and then after that she showed us what would be in our price range. When we decided the car we liked she helped us start on the paper work and since my mother, who cosigned for me, lives 500 miles away they mailed her all the forms she needed to fill out so I did not have to worry about getting them to her. Even though the dealership was busy and Marla was busy she took really great care of us during the whole process from the time we walked into the dealership until we walked out with our new car, and she made sure to schedule a free car wash for me since their detail person was already gone for the day.
