Drive time experience - Michael Taylor
Sherrod was the sales associate who helped me find my vehicle. He was very friendly and welcoming through the entire process, made me and my friends laugh and actually enjoy our experience with the paperwork that everyone normally hates. I am exceedingly happy with the service and friendly advice this company has to offer.
Great experience - Timjr
I walked in thinking I wouldn’t leave with a car. My experience was great with JD Byrider! I love my Chevrolet cobalt! Go pay them a visit.

Was off on trade in - tomlhjr21
Elected not to go with them due to low ball offer no trade. Only offered 9K on a KBB car that shows worth little over 12K
Misleading advertisement on car gurus - Ibounce2
This car is Still advertised on CarGurus with the no accident category not showing 2 accident according to vin check which states it has unibody damages and has been hit in front and back and their response is we can’t tell but that is the purpose of repair but still full disclosure keeps 40k customers from getting burned
Great Experience - dparker
Lanie is the best Service Advisor that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the best.
Bad sales - Michael
Sold me a car that had been wrecked and failed to inform me. They added a heafty finance charge to my 9K loan. Bad experience I would never purchase from City Auto. The salesman was aggressive and not too friendly. His name was "Boonie."
Eager To Please - C.T.Tech from Mo
I drove 2 1/2 hours to test drive the truck. It was as nice looking as the pictures. Memphis had it transferred from Nashville so they were unfamiliar with the vehicle. After working with me on my trade in, we came to a mutual agreement and I was driving the truck back to Missouri. There ended up being some issues with the truck but they stood behind it and took care of everything. I am very pleased.
Best Deal Ever! - Tony99g
Absolutely, the best buying experience I've had when buying a car. Del Rios and his wife Marsha went above and beyond. Definitely will buy from them again in the future.
TOTAL INCOMPETENCE - Heather W
Bought an Outback From Jim Keras Subaru, guys at Subaru Parked my car under a tree that they told me they know drops "matter" that ruins paint.
There were a few scuffs on the doors, at the time of sale they said they would be glad to fix them. Should have been no big deal, turned into a huge mess! First attempt was a waste of time they said their guys could not fix and wanted to schedule with the guys next to the dealership. Okay fine. Returned with car and the other guys did fix scuffs. Unfortunately, the guys at Subaru Parked my car under a tree that they told me they know drops "matter" that ruins paint. It was covered with sticky petals that would not easily come off. reported it to the salesman he said the just come off with a wash. I washed, called back and said they did not come off. They said " yah, they can stain the paint. They did stain it. They then say we can just buff out no worries, trip 3 now. They return my care and it has places on the hood where the paint is chipped down to metal! Now they say they will fill in with touch up paint, all they can do. Now they have an attitude like I am being unreasonable for wanting them to fix the damage they caused twice! Horrible service! Bunch of Clowns!
I'll just give you the facts and leave you to your own... - occasionalbuyer55
I'll just give you the facts and leave you to your own conclusions. I purchased the car on ebay. He advertised it as a “very clean” corolla, a “jewel,” and suggested the buyer “fly in and drive out.” He made no mention of the scratches and dents all over the car. It looked like a large dog had trampled it, or maybe it had been under a tree during an ice storm. The pictures (taken shortly before sunset) did not reveal anything. He says he changed the oil, but the oil was not even on the dipstick. When I picked it up, the gas gauge was literally resting on the empty. I had doubts that it would make it to the gas station. One tire would not hold air for more than 4 hours. Two tires would not hold air overnight. He did not mention that it had only one key (a transponder key, which cost about 100 bucks each). The keyless entry was inoperative even after battery replacement. There was a cut in the seat apolstry. There was no jack or lug wrench by the spare tire (would have been handy considering the three flats. I’m not looking for the perfect car, I”m just looking for reasonable disclosure of actual condition before I “fly in and drive out.”
