This is the second vehicle we have bought in the last 2 years From Jan and it won't be our last. Jan had to get our vehicle from another dealer he did not try and force us into a vehicle they had on the lot. We did haggle back and forth for a day but in the end we felt we got a good deal. Jan and Ryan are great to work with.

Poor sales experience, avoid this dealer - Bad Experience
I dealt with Nicole about a used 2016 pickup truck they were selling. I was trying to get some basic information on it because pictures and a good description were lacking from their website. She was evasive and of no use answering questions and refused to provide me any pictures of the truck. All she seemed interested in obtaining was my name, address, email and phone number. Her sales skills were seriously lacking.
Needless to say I will not be paying Nicole a visit to attempt to buy this truck.
Warranty Repair on Jeep Wrangler Paint - rsstrick
I am having paint issues a 2017 Jeep Wrangler bought new from one of their dealerships. I started the claim back in May and still trying to get an answer July. The Dealership is saying Jeep is saying it is not covered and Jeep service is saying the dealership is refusing. On my 3rd round of calls and the story is the same. I do not recommend buying from Bayrid Dodge or Jeep.
Lock for Lugnuts - Steamer Engine
I bought a brand new Chrysler 300 from Gossett Motors in Memphis and moved to Illinois six months later for another job. When the time came to replace my tires, I discovered I had lugnuts that locked. There was no key left in the car from when I bought it. I tried to call Gossett and got transferred to eight different people. Finally, I got transferred to the sales manager and got his voice mail. I left repeated messages and no one returns my call. You all suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you all reading this NEVER buy a car from here! It costs me over $100 and running around one full day to get my lug nuts cut off and I had to buy new ones because of incompetence and poor customer service from Gossett!

Very unhappy with the dealership. Purchased several cars from them including a new one a few years back. My son bought me a used car from in December. It’s been setting for 5 months. Put less than 1000 miles on it and transmission is making a noise. The sales manager said nothing they can do. We were told by the salesman we would be taken care of. Yes we signed as is but I would think the dealership would help you out if you got bad car. I think they knew it when it was sold. I won’t be purchasing any other car from them and I will tell my friends too.

We sent them a check for the vehicle, and they refused to give us our car because the check we sent them was from our old company, but they cashed it anyway and refused to give us the car or the money, now we are going through this whole legal system with them. Such a nightmare.
Exceptional Experience - Laimuten
We were looking for a very specific color and option set on a Chrysler 200C. We found the car Humboldt Chrysler a 2 hour drive from home.
Mark Warden and Karl Kitzman made it worth our while to make the trip to Humboldt.
The rest of the process was equally pleasant and we drove home with exactly what we wanted.
We would definitely drive that distance again.

The service department is award winning. Every third Tuesday of the month, a Service Clinic is offered where all employees assist with customer questions regarding their new vehicle purchase. They also offer a light dinner the same night.
