From start to finished, each person we interacted with was a part of a first-class, customer-oriented team. Charity, Randy, and Robert were helpful since it has been almost a decade since I've purchased a vehicle. The building was clean & everyone was adhering to CDC guidelines.

This was the worst car buying experience we have ever... - LTC2013
This was the worst car buying experience we have ever had. We walked on the lot, already pre-approved, but we were met by a saleswoman who did not listen or seem to care about customer experience. All we heard was negativity, “Oh, you’ll definitely be upside down in that trade.” “What’s your credit score?” “How long ago was it that you said you got pre-approved? Hmm..” “I know you saw this car online, but it’s in a loaner program and will be too difficult to switch.”
Despite being approved for an auto loan, she ran our credit through their in house financing. She completely ignored our guaranteed financing from Capital One. She then told us that we were totally wrong on our payout amount on our trade in. Well guess what? I personally contacted our car financer and we had the correct 10 day payout. Turns out, the dealership never contacted them. They just based their decision on the amount on our credit report, which was almost $3000 higher. It was abundantly clear that she had no desire to sell us a car. We weren’t her ideal customer and she gave us the book. We will never return.
I should add, she never gave us her name. It wasn’t until she sent a follow up email that we knew her name was Rachel.

These people have my business. Made buying my truck so easy. Was no pressure what so ever to buy and no sales person went with me on the test drive. After the sale. Tina the sales lady and a guy from the service department even helped me get all my junk and even my tool box switched over to my new truck. The manager was so nice also. They have my business from now on.

This review begins with me taking my Chevy Equinox in... - Landon_fisher
This review begins with me taking my Chevy Equinox in because the gas gauge stopped working. I was told the part needed to be ordered and would take a week to arrive. A little over a week passed and I was contacted on November 16th to schedule my car to be repaired with the earliest opening being on November 24th. I brought my vehicle in on the 24th and was informed that it was the wrong part and that they would need to order the correct one. I called back on December 10th to schedule a second time to bring in my vehicle to hopefully get it fixed. December 17th was the earliest that they had an opening so I took that appointment day. At this point my fuel gauge is working after this second trip to have it repaired. I was informed that it was actually a recall and I didn't owe anything which was good news after the issues with getting the right part. Fast forward to Christmas/ Dec 25th and I noticed my vehicle leaking gasoline at my sister in law's home as I filled up my car and her driveway has an incline which was how the leak or lack of a seal became known. I didn't have this issue prior to my vehicle being "repaired" which upset me to say the least after everything else that came before this point. I call December 28th as the service department was closed and informed Tyler of the issue. He and I agreed to that they could check it on December 30th. I brought it in and explained how I was parked when the leak happened and he said they would check it out. I called a little late in the afternoon as I hadn't heard anything. I was informed that they couldn't find the leak and then became busy. I agreed that they could keep it another day to find the leak. I got my car back on December 31st with the leak supposedly fixed. I decided to fill up my car today and now it leaks parked in my flat driveway. Very disappointing after all the time and trips. I'm hoping I don't have any further issues that I have to use them for.
I called the dealership back on January 5th very irrate that the leak still wasn't fixed. I was finally offered a loaner car while they attempted to fix the leak yet again. I dropped my vehicle off the morning of January 6th for them to work on it. I received my car back on the 7th as it was returned to me at my job. Which brings us to today. I filled up my tank and come to find out that my gas gauge is now wildly in accurate as when I go up an incline I had a reading of 3/4's full even though I literally filled up. No noticeable leaks were seen so I can only guess it's the fuel gauge. I took videos on the way home to document what I could and then documented it parked in my driveway to which the tank slowly and magically refilled itself slowly. Honestly I'm afraid to take my car back because I don't know what the next thing is that they will mess up while trying to fix one of their other mistakes.

I traded with these clowns and they in turn sent me a letter AFTER we had signed the deal that listed me as an ADVERSE ACTION recipient. Funny part is the bank after they financed the car, which I wanted to pay CASH for, sent me a letter that stated they the DEALER tried to over charge me on the rate and they REDUCED the interest rate because my credit score was 831 out of 850, EXCELLENT SCORE. The salesperson was told before the deal was signed that I needed 2 keys with remotes and then after checking out the car I found NO jack, handle or lug wrench in case I had a flat....WE CAN TAKE CARE OF THAT.....I had a key in hand and cut and programed for $10.00 at Crain BGMC....No supply problems there...I had expected too much from people that I thought were fair and was getting treated better than I would have in Conway where the dealers are more available across the board. Did NOT happen. I will never do business with MARK MARTIN again and do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.
PRICE is now the only selling point. Going to bank tomorrow to pay off the loan I did not want to start with. They can RUIN your credit rating.
Parts department problems - Jeremy
Ordered floor liners in person at the parts department to insure I got the right ones. Called for 4-5 days before finally speaking to Cody in parts who said they were in. I drive an hour to Jonesboro to find that they are not in. Cody says well I can ship them to you. I thought that would be awesome. So I give him a $100 and $25 Chevy rewards voucher as partial payment and go for my card to pay the balance. He said “don’t worry about the difference, we have a little wiggle room on the price.” This was on a Wednesday so on Friday I call to verify that they’d been shipped only to find Cody had quit. Now the dealership will not honor the price Cody promised me. It seems that working with management at this dealership is impossible. I hate being made to be a liar but this is exactly the way I’m being
made to feel.
I cannot speak about their service but what I can say is... - John Davis
I cannot speak about their service but what I can say is this was the worst buying experience I ever received due to constant lies and wasted time. I was from out of state and contacted them to buy a new car because the car I had broke down and I needed to buy something as an emergency to get home. When I first send over contact information I was called within 20 minutes and then everything went downhill. It started with we will call you back within a few minutes and that never happened every single time I called and that was from the internet sales team and a sales manager and a finance manager. There was several times where I left voicemails that were never returned. There was also a few times where I was hung up on and when I called back was told the person I spoke with went home for the day. After almost a week of this finally I was told to come into the dealership because they could get me approved in my situation just not for the truck I wanted. I asked to please do everything remotely due to not having a car to get to the dealership and staying in a hotel to far away to walk. They said I had to come in so I got a lyft to get over to the dealership cost me $20 both ways. When I walked in we chose a car and went from there. I ended up leaving without a car or truck. Then finally after another broken promise to call back by a manager I called the sales person and was told that every bank turned me down. I understand the situation but if it is explained to you before hand, a credit app was sent over before hand, and everything then dont force a customer to come in and constantly lie to them waste their time and money. As far as I am concerned I will take my business to a dealership back home and if you live in the Memphis area then take your business elsewhere.

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. The mission statement in the "About Us" section in their website clearly slanders: "Good credit, bad credit, no credit, or if you're just a first time buyer please come see us today!" Well don't depend on that, I had researched all of their reviews and they were surprisingly good, obviously wrote by someone associated with the company. My first experience with the company, I filled out the application and the salesperson (Daniel) proceeded to go to the back room and discuss my application with the financial advisor where as I could hear the whole entire conversation between the two. At one point in the conversation I heard profanity when talking about my application, these people are not professional and have a lack of respect for customers. My opinion, LOOK FOR ANOTHER DEALERSHIP.
AVOID SERVICE CENTER, BEWARE OVER PRICED CARS ON THE LOT - Carbuyer76
The service manager, tried to tell me after a 3rd repair attempt on AC that chevy AC units only work at Highway speeds... and that JEEP from 2003 has a better ac system
When my turb went out on my 2015 chevy cruze, i was told i do not qualify for a loaner car, and that it was fine and safe to drive around with a broken turbo for 3 days waiting for parts...Was to,d the repair would be an hour, it took over 5 HOURS...
Was told to never return to this service center, WHY WOULD I EVER COME BACK, I ONLY WENT THERE BECAUSE MY TURBO FAILED NEAR BY..
MY first time here, I told them about a cable disconnected under my seat... they took the cablr and kept it, come to find out, it was a critical cable that was suppose to be connected inside the engine compartment.... and they thought it would be great to keep the cable, and not install it properly...

Dealership installs Passenger tires on a Heavy Duty Pickup - Greg
Summary of Events:
I purchased a 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500HD from Joe Lee Chevrolet in Clinton, AR. As part of the sales agreement, the dealership agreed to replace two worn tires, upon taking possession, they had replaced all four tires. This was a pleasant surprise; until I found out they were not rated for a 3/4 ton pickup. They are passenger tires, Bridgestone P255/70R17 (4 ply tires).
I have contacted GM and they said the recommended replacement will be located on a sticker inside the driver door, which states LT245/75R17E. I have also consulted with several tire dealers and a Bridgestone dealer, who all said that 'P' (passenger) tires should not be installed on a 3/4 ton pickup and should have E (10 ply) rated tires. Joe Lee Chevrolet’s own ‘tire finder’ website list only LT tires as replacements.
The following quote is from a Bridgestone representative in an article titled, ‘Advice: Light Truck vs Passenger car tires: what you should know’*:
“It’s a serious safety issue,” says Dino Tenuta, Bridgestone Canada’s Manager of Technical Services. “A P-metric (passenger) tire will generally not stand the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of a truck designed for LT-metric tires…”
“Additionally, he explains, handling, braking, and stability can all be affected when mounting a non-OE rated tire on the vehicle.”
Another quote from the same article:
“Vehicle manufacturers and tire companies alike stress the importance of sticking with OE LT-metric tires on your truck. Swapping an OE LT-metric tire for a P-metric tire can have dangerous consequences.”
They have admitted to pulling them off of a 1/2 ton pickup which weighs 4,860lbs. When I told the sales manager I didn't buy a 1/2 ton pickup, I bought a 3/4 ton pickup, a Silverado 2500HD, which weighs 9,500lbs, he said “this conversation is over” and hung up.
When I originally brought this to their attention, I was told that if I wanted to 'upgrade' the tires, I would have to pay the difference in price and the cost of mounting/balancing. It should not be considered an upgrade to have the original equipment rated tires to be on a vehicle when you purchase it. Negotiating was not an option; I was told flatly by the sales manager “I am not buying anymore tires for that truck’.
I asked for the original tires back, but the dealer said they no longer had them. I have tried to negotiate with the dealer, but the sales manager said 'I am not buying anymore tires for that truck'. I was told if I wanted to 'upgrade', they would give me $80 'trade-in' for the tires on it now and I pay the difference for the upgraded tires (over $100 per tire), plus the cost of mounting/balancing. I declined this offer as I did not consider original equipment tires an upgrade.
I understand that I bought the truck used and ‘as-is’. As it was when I agreed to purchase the truck was with LT tires. I requested the two rear tires be replaced as a condition of purchase, they agreed to do so. It does not seem unreasonable to expect a dealership to install the properly rated and sized tires. I liken this to the dealership fueling the vehicle with the correct grade and fuel type. It is not expected that they would use anything other than what is recommended for the vehicle. It seems that it would be reasonably expected that they would do the same with the tires, such a critical part of the vehicle given its Heavy Duty nature and the loads it is capable of hauling.
I use a truck to haul a 1,000lb four-wheeler and tow a 7,000lb camper, all of which I relayed to the salesperson, Hassle. Now, if I drive on the currently installed tires, not rated nor recommended by GM, any tire dealer I have contacted, Bridgestone industry experts, or any tire manufacturer I have found, I put me and my family’s lives at risk.
To Money Hungery and don't care about their customer - Unsatisfied costumer
Let me start by saying the extended warranty they offer and I paid an extra $1500 for is a joke.. It never covers any thing and the service center will make sure of this from what I have experienced.. The people who work in their service center doesn't have enough respect to call you to inform of what they are going to do to you car and that isn't going to be covered before they do the work.. Even after you make it very clean that you want them to call you before they do anything that will cost you money.. They even give your their word that they will call but guess what the only call you get is to inform you that your car is done and that you now owe them money because this amazing warranty that you bought wont cover the cost.. The warranty is suppost to be bumper to bumper 75000miles if anything breaks they fix it you'll never pay more them a 100$ out of pocket and that is only suppost to be if you use a company that is outside of their an approved machanic list.. Even the dealerships sells ppl is like a bunch of buzzards that hover over you and pressurer the xxxx out of you.. Filling your head with a bunch of deals that is not at all what they act like they are.. I wish I would of never bought anything from this car lot and I will never take my car back to them again! Not even for any of my services I would rather pay out of pocket then give them another dollar of my money...
Got a great deal on a Chevy Cruze - Go Hogs!
I highly recommend Mike to find your next vehicle! We had shopped for a month before buying. I was about to go to an auction to buy and mike mentioned that he had a Chevy Cruze on his lot that I needed to look at. My daughter's first car was bought from a local business. I couldn't be happier.
