Galen did a great job for me. It was a warranty oil change service for a new Subaru. Galen was very personable and communicated with me regularly. I was given a loaner so there was no inconvenience while the Subaru was being serviced. The work was completed on schedule.

They'll take your money without a doubt, but don't expect them to do anything after the papers are signed. I wonder how many people get the absolute shaft here. Went in to have my car headlights worked on. Haven't made a change to the car since the buy date. We were told the headlights were after market and that was the problem and it would be a whopping amount to fix it. Never mind the extended warranty on the vehicle that has covered NOTHING. Avoid at all costs. They're swindlers and service doesn't cover anything. I refuse to give money to a town that lets a monstrosity like this hang around.

We had a problem with our 2008 Acadia (evidently a recall). No help from Crain. We had it towed to a transmission repair shop where we learned it was a recall. From there we had it towed to a dealership that also knew it was a recall. They (Fayetteville Auto Park) were more than helpful. Shame on Crain!! I'm sure they knew it was a recall also. Steve Smith would never have treated his customers like that.

After a wreck our insurance company suggested Bill Knight collision repair as it was one of their "preferred" shops. Ignorantly, we followed the insurance carriers advice instead of doing research and selecting a shop on our own. The repairs were first promised to be complete within 10 days. It actually took 23 days, a lot of frustration, and serious bouts of high blood pressure, before we finally got our car back. During that time we were promised six different completion dates, followed by a multitude of excuses for the various delays. We had issues over the parts that were used, the promised "life time" warranty that actually does not exist, and an issue with painting. Our experience over this three week process is best described as a nightmare. The level of incompetence was simply staggering. Had it not been so frustrating, the multitude of delays would have been comical. It became my habit to wait by the phone, on the date(s) the car was supposed to be finished, to see what the next excuse would be for another delay. On the final day, after we were told the car was ready to be picked up, we traveled to the shop to find the replaced wheels on the car were not correct. The wheels on the driver side of the car were dramatically different than the wheels on the passenger side. Needless to say, my opinion about Bill Knight Collision could not be worse. We are a "Ford" family, but we will never step foot on Bill Knight's dealership again. Not to buy a vehicle and certainly not to have repairs made to any vehicle.

I have recently had two exceptionally good exeriences with service at the Bill Roberts dealership in Bolivar MO. 1st Mr. Hagar troubleshot my son's older Oldsmobile starting problem, gave the appropriate advice and completed the repairs in a timely fashion while keeping my son apprised at each step in the process.
On another recent occasion Mr. Combs, body shop manager, was successful in locating a no longer produced part, combining original and acquired parts to repair a seatbelt safety system for my early 90s truck extensing it's life beyond my expectations. We think very highly of the Roberts Dealership; both the sales and service sides!

The poorest service dept in the area - csetser
Took my truck there a few times for repairs & had to return every time because the job was not done right. The last time they broke my mirror & tried to get me to pay for it & when the work in the dash was complete they broke several pieces & just left them in the floor I guess thinking I wouldn't see it. The so called service manager is rude & has caused most of the technicians to quit according to the staff I spoke with. When I spoke to him he acted like I had done something wrong & acted smug & diffidently didn't care about what had happened to my vehicle. Won't be back to this dealer & if your smart you won't go there either

I've been taking my 1994 Honda Prelude (my baby) to Honda Pro for several years now. They use only Honda parts and the quality of work is superb. They never try to push more service on you like some tend to do, they just put comments on your receipt letting you know any recommended work that might need to be addressed at some point.
