The service dept is horrible. Very rude. Our fuel pump went out 6 hours from home. Over 6 hours and $1000÷ later we left in our vehicle that now smells like stale cigarettes. The serve manager never offered us a courtesy vehicle or ride to get lunch. We had to walk. Horrible attitudes but they knew we were desperate and took advantage of the situation. Buyers beware
Window regulator labor too expensive - Tim Williams
My drivers side window regulator needed to be replaced. The cost was 498.01 I went on line and average dealer cost was from 272 to 512. The 512 is on upper end of charges in my estimate it would be the cost to repair the vehicle in a higher cost of living area ie.los angels or another big metropolitan area. Knowing this I called other dealerships in this area Pinegar and Marshfield Chevrolet and their estimate from both was 320. After I learned this I complained to shop supervisor. He refused to match price these other dealership charge. Pinegar and Marshfield cheverolet had the same part cost as Ozark Chevrolet but the labor charges were twice as high at Ozark Chevrolet. There were bogus charges for 30 dollars for shop materials and 280 labor charges. I don't know why they don't believe in a business philosophy of wanting repeat customers instead of cheating them. After all I bought two cruzes from Dennis hanks Chevrolet (the dealership which was bought out by Ozark Chevrolet located in same building). My door after they made the repair rattles now.

In my opinion from our experience buying a 2015 GMC Acadia, these people are deceitful beyond measure. They cheated us on our trade in about $3,000, the car never had any inspections and now we have to replace all four brakes and two evaporative solenoid valves. My credit rating before I bought this car was over 800 on all three major credit companies. Then I get two letters from a bank called Ally denied our loan saying that a Credit check from Sage (whoever they are) had me listed at 637. Now 8 months later all three of my credit scores are under 800 with one being 773. They cheated us on our trade, deceived on the terms of the loan (84 months) and a higher interest rate. We would probably never be able to pay off this loan, so the one good thing we did was refinance through our credit union at a lower rate and a 72 month loan. This company is the reason everybody jokes about the most corrupt people in business are used car salesman. DON'T BUY FROM ROBERTS.

Let me start by saying the extended warranty they offer and I paid an extra $1500 for is a joke.. It never covers any thing and the service center will make sure of this from what I have experienced.. The people who work in their service center doesn't have enough respect to call you to inform of what they are going to do to you car and that isn't going to be covered before they do the work.. Even after you make it very clean that you want them to call you before they do anything that will cost you money.. They even give your their word that they will call but guess what the only call you get is to inform you that your car is done and that you now owe them money because this amazing warranty that you bought wont cover the cost.. The warranty is suppost to be bumper to bumper 75000miles if anything breaks they fix it you'll never pay more them a 100$ out of pocket and that is only suppost to be if you use a company that is outside of their an approved machanic list.. Even the dealerships sells ppl is like a bunch of buzzards that hover over you and pressurer the xxxx out of you.. Filling your head with a bunch of deals that is not at all what they act like they are.. I wish I would of never bought anything from this car lot and I will never take my car back to them again! Not even for any of my services I would rather pay out of pocket then give them another dollar of my money...

Took my truck there a few times for repairs & had to return every time because the job was not done right. The last time they broke my mirror & tried to get me to pay for it & when the work in the dash was complete they broke several pieces & just left them in the floor I guess thinking I wouldn't see it. The so called service manager is rude & has caused most of the technicians to quit according to the staff I spoke with. When I spoke to him he acted like I had done something wrong & acted smug & diffidently didn't care about what had happened to my vehicle. Won't be back to this dealer & if your smart you won't go there either
Recall for Chrysler Airbag - 174LadyCooke
Mechanic stated recall work to update airbag had been done airbag light continued to come on, This happened twice. Finally took to another dealer and the repairs had not been done. . Later found out the airbag would not have worked if happen to be in a wreck.
Would NOT recommend service department.
