Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was lunch time so they were cycling tech's for their lunch hour. I asked them to look at my breaks while it was up on the rack and call me with a verdict and price. Got a call in less than 15 minutes from Jerry the service writer. The price was fair. They had my tires rotated, oil changed and new breaks on in about 3 hours. Can't complain about that at all considering I had no appointment when I showed up.

My car got a nail in the tire and Russell got it right in. They pulled the nail and plugged the tire in about 30 minutes. They didn’t even take the wheel off the car. Absolutely zero damage by the techs to wheel or anything on the car at all. They really treated my car like it was their own. I know a nail in a tire is very simple, but by their quick service and great care for my car, they have earned my future business. Thanks guys!

Cannot program key FOB's waited hours and still not right.
Lost my lug key for my truck 2 different times when I took it in for service. This is not even close to being acceptable as it places you in a bind if you have a flat. They should take extra precautions to make this impossible to do. You ever try and figure out how to find another lug key - not easy!

The check engine light came on in my Impala. Making sure the car was okay enough to drive I scheduled for the last appointment of the day. I booked it after work and drove 100 miles to get to this appointment to be told they were not going to take me. Offered to "try" to get me in the next day. I couldn't stay that long that's why I scheduled an appointment. I had to return. The car will be serviced at another dealer. Will not go to this dealer again. This is horrible customer service!!!

They'll take your money without a doubt, but don't expect them to do anything after the papers are signed. I wonder how many people get the absolute shaft here. Went in to have my car headlights worked on. Haven't made a change to the car since the buy date. We were told the headlights were after market and that was the problem and it would be a whopping amount to fix it. Never mind the extended warranty on the vehicle that has covered NOTHING. Avoid at all costs. They're swindlers and service doesn't cover anything. I refuse to give money to a town that lets a monstrosity like this hang around.

Took vehicle to service department for oil change. They informed of problem with battery. It was a lie. Two other mechanics confirm not only incorrect diagnosis, but also that the battery had not been removed. Will not do business again, would advise others to do same.

Took my Silverado here prior to.a long road trip for an oil change & overall checkup. They wanted to do a 4x4 service, though my truck is NOT 4x4. Since I bought my tires there, they rotated my tires. On the way home I noticed a shimmy at speeds around 70 mph. The next day I got a notice on the dash that my tire pressure needed attention. Took the truck back & was told I have two sensors going bad & would cost approximately $150 each to replace. I had no problems with the truck prior to this visit.
I assumed the shimmy would go away once the rotated tires "evened out" & decided to buy a tire pressure gauge for $10 rather than replace the sensors.
After my 3000 mile trip, the shimmy is worse & have to reset the dash tire warning each time I start the truck.
Won't be going back to Keystone Chevrolet & warn others not to, either!
Window regulator labor too expensive - Tim Williams
My drivers side window regulator needed to be replaced. The cost was 498.01 I went on line and average dealer cost was from 272 to 512. The 512 is on upper end of charges in my estimate it would be the cost to repair the vehicle in a higher cost of living area ie.los angels or another big metropolitan area. Knowing this I called other dealerships in this area Pinegar and Marshfield Chevrolet and their estimate from both was 320. After I learned this I complained to shop supervisor. He refused to match price these other dealership charge. Pinegar and Marshfield cheverolet had the same part cost as Ozark Chevrolet but the labor charges were twice as high at Ozark Chevrolet. There were bogus charges for 30 dollars for shop materials and 280 labor charges. I don't know why they don't believe in a business philosophy of wanting repeat customers instead of cheating them. After all I bought two cruzes from Dennis hanks Chevrolet (the dealership which was bought out by Ozark Chevrolet located in same building). My door after they made the repair rattles now.

After a wreck our insurance company suggested Bill Knight collision repair as it was one of their "preferred" shops. Ignorantly, we followed the insurance carriers advice instead of doing research and selecting a shop on our own. The repairs were first promised to be complete within 10 days. It actually took 23 days, a lot of frustration, and serious bouts of high blood pressure, before we finally got our car back. During that time we were promised six different completion dates, followed by a multitude of excuses for the various delays. We had issues over the parts that were used, the promised "life time" warranty that actually does not exist, and an issue with painting. Our experience over this three week process is best described as a nightmare. The level of incompetence was simply staggering. Had it not been so frustrating, the multitude of delays would have been comical. It became my habit to wait by the phone, on the date(s) the car was supposed to be finished, to see what the next excuse would be for another delay. On the final day, after we were told the car was ready to be picked up, we traveled to the shop to find the replaced wheels on the car were not correct. The wheels on the driver side of the car were dramatically different than the wheels on the passenger side. Needless to say, my opinion about Bill Knight Collision could not be worse. We are a "Ford" family, but we will never step foot on Bill Knight's dealership again. Not to buy a vehicle and certainly not to have repairs made to any vehicle.
