Recall - jabizek
Went well. Oil change and rotation free for 24 months after new car purchase. Car bought a few months ago. Sales staff went out of their way to be sure we were happy!

Talk about treating a customer right. Where ever this guy goes, they are LUCKY to have him. He can fix anything. Harry Robinson is fortunate to have such a pro on their team.

Excellent service - Myukon
First time for service work with the new McLarty GMC Dealership. Very pleased with the entire process. Excellent communication and follow through from the service representative who was just terrific. Work done the same day and done right.
Warranty Service - WTWJR
Galen did a great job for me. It was a warranty oil change service for a new Subaru. Galen was very personable and communicated with me regularly. I was given a loaner so there was no inconvenience while the Subaru was being serviced. The work was completed on schedule.

Attention to Detail - Razorback
CADILLAC of Bentonville wa very attentive in providing service for my 2014 Cadillac XTS. The screen for information was broken by excessive exterior heat. The service departments of Superior Motors in NWA was very helpful. They have been always helpful to me and my business and family.
Robert Hollaman - Dmcgeady1957
Robert Hollaman was great kept us updated on the progress from day one and discussed the charges in advance. They gave a loaner while ours was being repaired!
Poor Maintenance Staff - Thatoneguychris
They'll take your money without a doubt, but don't expect them to do anything after the papers are signed. I wonder how many people get the absolute shaft here. Went in to have my car headlights worked on. Haven't made a change to the car since the buy date. We were told the headlights were after market and that was the problem and it would be a whopping amount to fix it. Never mind the extended warranty on the vehicle that has covered NOTHING. Avoid at all costs. They're swindlers and service doesn't cover anything. I refuse to give money to a town that lets a monstrosity like this hang around.
Fake diagnosis - Luv_my_car
Took vehicle to service department for oil change. They informed of problem with battery. It was a lie. Two other mechanics confirm not only incorrect diagnosis, but also that the battery had not been removed. Will not do business again, would advise others to do same.
HORRIBLE, AWFUL THE ABSOLUTE WORST IMAGINABLE EXPERIENCE!!!! - ninjawes
ABSOLUTELY RUDE THE MOST AWFUL AND EMBARRASSING EXPERIENCE I COULD POSSIBLY IMAGINE. DUE TO THOMPSONS MISTAKE AND THE FACT THAT THEY ARE NOT HONORING THERE ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY I NOW MUST PAY MORE THAN 1300 DOLLARS TO JUST GET MY CAR BACK WITH TIRES......RUN PEOPLE RUN FAST AND FAR AWAY TO ANY OTHER AUTO REPAIR PLACE.....BUTCH PERRY IS THE MOST RUDE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY SERVICE MANAGER YOU COULD IMAGINE
When it was Steve Smith - wonderful. Now, Crain - horrible. - Unhappy with crain
We had a problem with our 2008 Acadia (evidently a recall). No help from Crain. We had it towed to a transmission repair shop where we learned it was a recall. From there we had it towed to a dealership that also knew it was a recall. They (Fayetteville Auto Park) were more than helpful. Shame on Crain!! I'm sure they knew it was a recall also. Steve Smith would never have treated his customers like that.
Stay away or you will be sorry - James, Bob123
After a wreck our insurance company suggested Bill Knight collision repair as it was one of their "preferred" shops. Ignorantly, we followed the insurance carriers advice instead of doing research and selecting a shop on our own. The repairs were first promised to be complete within 10 days. It actually took 23 days, a lot of frustration, and serious bouts of high blood pressure, before we finally got our car back. During that time we were promised six different completion dates, followed by a multitude of excuses for the various delays. We had issues over the parts that were used, the promised "life time" warranty that actually does not exist, and an issue with painting. Our experience over this three week process is best described as a nightmare. The level of incompetence was simply staggering. Had it not been so frustrating, the multitude of delays would have been comical. It became my habit to wait by the phone, on the date(s) the car was supposed to be finished, to see what the next excuse would be for another delay. On the final day, after we were told the car was ready to be picked up, we traveled to the shop to find the replaced wheels on the car were not correct. The wheels on the driver side of the car were dramatically different than the wheels on the passenger side. Needless to say, my opinion about Bill Knight Collision could not be worse. We are a "Ford" family, but we will never step foot on Bill Knight's dealership again. Not to buy a vehicle and certainly not to have repairs made to any vehicle.

Diagnosed the problem with my AC incorrectly. Estimated repair at $620. Went to another Honda dealer and they found a faulty relay switch costing $7.
The poorest service dept in the area - csetser
Took my truck there a few times for repairs & had to return every time because the job was not done right. The last time they broke my mirror & tried to get me to pay for it & when the work in the dash was complete they broke several pieces & just left them in the floor I guess thinking I wouldn't see it. The so called service manager is rude & has caused most of the technicians to quit according to the staff I spoke with. When I spoke to him he acted like I had done something wrong & acted smug & diffidently didn't care about what had happened to my vehicle. Won't be back to this dealer & if your smart you won't go there either
100% Trustworthy - pat.fultz.18
I've been taking my 1994 Honda Prelude (my baby) to Honda Pro for several years now. They use only Honda parts and the quality of work is superb. They never try to push more service on you like some tend to do, they just put comments on your receipt letting you know any recommended work that might need to be addressed at some point.
Always friendly and helpful!
Vehicle Purchase - exsalesguy
First off - In my previous job I was the Internet Sales Manager at the largest dealership in Wyoming so I am very knowledgeable of fair market prices and how the car sales process works...This weekend I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from this dealership. My salesman's name was Kiefer Scroggins. I had set the appointment the day before through the Internet Manager (Sheila Jackson). FYI... their Internet department is fantastic! Very quick to return my call on the inquiry that I had made through their website and helpful in setting up the appointment for a test drive.
Back to Kiefer... Kiefer is a very professional, educated and detail oriented young man. He definitely does not fit the old-fashioned, dreaded car salesman stereotype that we all have dealt with in the past. He was very polite and extremely thorough and seemed to have in-depth knowledge on not only the vehicle that we wanted to purchase, but all Ford makes and models. He did a great job of explaining and showing us all the vehicle's options and capabilities. There really wasn't much deal making that had to be done. I had done my homework on comparing the wholesale vs retail costs of this and other similar vehicles within a 250 mile radius. This was by far the best pricing on this model vehicle that I could find. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership (and would highly recommend asking for Kiefer) the next time you are in the market. Thank-you Jimmy Mitchel Motors and THANK-YOU Kiefer Scroggins!!!!!!!
