A couple of weeks ago I was in a wreck that totaled my Cadillac CTS that I bought from John Holt two years ago. When I bought that car, the dealership treated me well and made the process very quick and easy. Since I was again in the market for a car, I went back out to John Holt. This time, they found the XTS you see pictured, and they (Justin Hart, the salesperson) even brought the car along with the contract to OKC for me to sign instead of me having to run back out to Chickasha. I’ve bought several cars from dealerships in the past but I’ve never had one treat me as well as John Holt (both times).

Quick, efficient and friendly as always. Never a push to add service to my vehicle at David Stanley. They always let me know that I have options but never use old school scare tactics "if you don't do this your truck could..."... I appreciate that what they do and the manner in which they do it. Keeps me going back for all three of my vehicles.

Amazing Customer Service!
From the time we stepped onto the lot our salesperson, Adriana, was a complete joy to work with. She is incredibly kind, and never once made us feel like just a customer.
Usually the financing is the worst part, but Eric and Franklin made it an enjoyable part of the car buying experience. Signing a note on a car loan can be stressful, but those guys did an amazing job at getting us through it.
Other salespeople on the lot were just as great. Several stopped by just to chat, share in a good laugh, or simply wave as they were passing.
I'm not one to shop for cars often. My husband on the other hand makes a sport of it, so he's had his share of poor service. He was so impressed with how easy this one was. I believe he has found his "home" dealership.

Bought 2015 GMC 3500 Denali and sent someone to pick up vehicle with cashier check for purchase. Had no diesel in it when they picked it up. Called sales manager to explain I sent someone to pick up with cashier check and was told they do not put fuel in used vehicles. Will not be back the whole experience was a disaster.

My husband was traveling with hunting dogs when his alternator went out on the interstate,roadside assistance sent him there where he was treated like a 2nd class derelict and was told they only changed oil on Saturday when all he need was a wrench to put the $500 part he just bought from them But they said they didn't have access to tools. So my husband called Napa and they delivered the wrenches. In 95 degree heat he was almost done when they told him he had 15 min to get his truck off the lot because he had a family to go home to. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!! Let me start by saying that I bought my car at Marc Heitz in 2008 and have serviced it since then at Marc Heitz. I've noticed the customer service level go down especially within the last year. I attempted to take my car in for an oil change three times, two of those times I was told they didn't have any time and that I would have to bring in my car some other time. I called on the third attempt and was told to bring my car in at 1 pm and that they would take care of me, and that it will be in and out. I bring in my car and wait for 2 hours for them to change my oil and fix my headlight. Sunday comes around and I realized the headlight that I just paid $55 for them to fix is STILL not working. Ugh! I bring it in the following Saturday, and am informed that the tech said it was working before I left and that I'm looking to spending another 2 hours for them to fix the headlight. Okay, I tell them fine I just really need it fixed that day - I've already paid for it and don't want to get a ticket in the interim. I sit down in the service area and the more I think about it the more I become enraged. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years, I paid for a service that I obviously didn't receive, they tell me that it was working before I left and now I'll have to spend a total of 4 hours for a headlight change. At that moment I think - I don't want them to touch my car if this is how they go about fixing their errors and providing service. I go to the clerk and tell her I would like my car back and that I'm taking it somewhere else to be fixed. I'm told "Oh their working on it right now" yeah no, I want my car back now and I would like a refund for the services that I paid for but did not receive. I'm then told that they cannot give me refund because the service manager is the only one that can do that and he's not there. Fine, I leave and pay to have the headlight fixed (again). I ask the tech from the other place, is there any way that the headlight was working and then by chance it stopped working. I'm told no, there's no way. They first asked me if I actually took my care to get serviced or if I tried to have a friend or someone fix it. I said no, I took it to the dealership where I got it. The service tech couldn't believe that the individual who attempted to change my headlight was from a dealership because it looked like whoever tried to change it didn't know what they were doing. He said there was no way it ever worked when they changed it because they didn't snap it into place. Great! That following Monday morning I call the Service Manager and tell him of my experience he takes my name and number and tells me he's going to talk with his guys and give me a call back. It's now 5 days later and I still haven't heard from them. I can't BELIEVE this is the type of customer service I have received after being a loyal customer of 5 years. If they'll treat me like this, they'll treat anyone like this.

Working with Aaron Wilson on my wife's JEEP purchase was one of the easiest decisions we've made. After searching the internet for weeks on end, I finally called Aaron and told him what I was looking for. We were looking for a very specific vehicle, only flexible on vehicle's mileage. Aaron called back the next day and said "your car just drove on the lot".
He was very friendly, very professional and courteous and answered every question we had.
After purchasing the vehicle, we realized the 4WD did not work properly. Not living close to the dealership, Aaron worked with our local mechanic to make things right, at no cost to us.
If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend looking at Wilson's Chevrolet of Stillwater. I've recommended this dealership to numerous friends and at least one of them have bought their new car from them. Best of luck!
