This is a great place to buy a vehicle. They are fun, fast, and care about their customers. They have several finance options, and were able to get me a great interest rate on my pre-owned vehicle. They weren't pushy, but very attentive to my needs.
Turned away from appointment - Disappointed customer
I scheduled an appointment for a multi point inspection the the Nelson Nissan website and was turned away at the service center because it wasn't chargeable. Not willing to work with me to figure something out. You shouldn't allow appointments to be made on your website you aren't willing to honor. Will go elsewhere for future maintenance and purchasing needs.
They dont know how to sell - zigone
I went in to trade in my vehicle. The sales I spoke with seemed to be nice. I wanted to trade for a Titan. He asked me how much I want for my vehicle. I told him the price and he said we could not do that. I told him that is the price your web site gave me on the internet. He then told me that I probably owe more on my vehicle and would not be able to trade without adding more to the loan. Odd, he did not ask me how much i owed. He then told me that I would probably have to pay higher interest on the new vehicle. I asked why and he told me because of my credit. He never ran my credit. He did not know my score. He only knew my first name.
