I get in and out fast. No silly gimmicks. They provide a great waiting area with food, drinks and I can catch up on the news with their big screen monitors. They run a good business. The owner will walk thru and say "hi" to customers. How can you complain about that?

Decided to purchase different vehicle which had less miles and no maintenance problems. Sales person recommended a used car which I had seen on line and was reasonable quote. Took for test drive. Really liked it. Sales person, financial manager and service friendly and genuine. Will definitely continue to deal with maintenance for and future purchases.

Cannot program key FOB's waited hours and still not right.
Lost my lug key for my truck 2 different times when I took it in for service. This is not even close to being acceptable as it places you in a bind if you have a flat. They should take extra precautions to make this impossible to do. You ever try and figure out how to find another lug key - not easy!
Often do not have the right people to wait on you in a timely manner.

I had a an "engine light + low power" issue. Never a good feeling having your car towed to a mechanic. Anyway, the service department identified the problem, also indicated I need some brake work (which I know). The work was completed in short order and under the original estimate. My Screaming Yellow Zonker was home for Christmas.

Isaias in the service department earned more than 5 stars today! We are up from Texas visiting for the holiday and our transmission module went out.....I called spoke with him after confirming with the parts department (parts department rocks too) they had one in stock and Isaias gave me a quote and asked when we could have the truck there. It ended up not shifting and I called him back. He gave me a number to a tow truck and said he would do his best to get us fixed today. Truck arrived there at 2:30 & we arrived shortly after. Someone was already pulling it in to complete a diagnosis, confirmed what we figured and at 5:20 pm we were on the road! What a great job, customer service and technicians they have. Everyone there was friendly and great!

My wife took her 2015 Chevrolet Suburban in because her AC wasn’t working. They diagnosed it as a hose and charged $500+ to replace. Approximately 10 days later (1st warm day since we picked it up) she tries to run her AC for the first time, it’s still not working, the ac had never been fixed. We take it back to bob Howard service and find out that the problem is actually under warranty. One would think the $500+ would be reimbursed? Lol....no. We were fed some lie about how they kept the damaged hose?! If that was the problem why wasn’t the ac fixed? I’ve bought several vehicles and used this service department at bob Howard many times but will never again. Unless you want to be taken advantage of I would stay away.

My husband was traveling with hunting dogs when his alternator went out on the interstate,roadside assistance sent him there where he was treated like a 2nd class derelict and was told they only changed oil on Saturday when all he need was a wrench to put the $500 part he just bought from them But they said they didn't have access to tools. So my husband called Napa and they delivered the wrenches. In 95 degree heat he was almost done when they told him he had 15 min to get his truck off the lot because he had a family to go home to. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

Took vehicle to service department for oil change. They informed of problem with battery. It was a lie. Two other mechanics confirm not only incorrect diagnosis, but also that the battery had not been removed. Will not do business again, would advise others to do same.

I bought a2016 crew cab and have been a faithful customer. Oil changes, etc. Was given a voucher for a free oil change. When the time came for my oil change. (According to my truck) I make an appointment. Go to print the voucher to find out it's expired. So I call to find out if there is something they can do to honor the voucher. Even talked to the service manager. I explained that I had just received a oil change when they gave me the voucher and that my truck was just now ready for oil change. Also let her know that I've bought 2 new vehicles in the last 4 years. Isn't there anything you can do. She said no sorry, have a blessed day. Anyway I should have paid attention to the expiration date. But with that being said. I also feel like as a manager Nicole could of done something. I'll make my next purchase from another Dealership. all the interactions my wife and I have had with David Stanley Chevrolet have proved the employees do not understand the number one rule of sales of a product and service is to provide excellent customer service in order to earn future business from their customers. I cannot in good conscience recommend David Stanley Chevrolet to anyone.just wanted to add that everyone that works there is nice and polite. But as a service manager I feel Nicole could of done more. Even if she offered a10% discount. That to me would of been a attempt at customer satisfaction. She was really rude and lacks in customer service satisfaction. Thanks Jim..

Took my Silverado here prior to.a long road trip for an oil change & overall checkup. They wanted to do a 4x4 service, though my truck is NOT 4x4. Since I bought my tires there, they rotated my tires. On the way home I noticed a shimmy at speeds around 70 mph. The next day I got a notice on the dash that my tire pressure needed attention. Took the truck back & was told I have two sensors going bad & would cost approximately $150 each to replace. I had no problems with the truck prior to this visit.
I assumed the shimmy would go away once the rotated tires "evened out" & decided to buy a tire pressure gauge for $10 rather than replace the sensors.
After my 3000 mile trip, the shimmy is worse & have to reset the dash tire warning each time I start the truck.
Won't be going back to Keystone Chevrolet & warn others not to, either!

I have always taken my Captiva for oil changes and maintenance to Eskridge..About my 3rd oil change with them I was having trouble with a tire going low, I asked them to check it..they said they didn’t find anything wrong with it..left the dealership and a few weeks later tire goes low again enough to turn on the warning light..go back by to which they say they check it and overfill ALL the tires with too much air..felt like I was riding on rocks..no biggie, I just let a couple lbs back out when I got home..had a flat on another tire got a brand new tire..4th visit I ask them to rotate my tires this time with my oil change..get home (new tire) was still on front..Zach apologized and said next time they would make sure it’s done..take for 5th oil change-low tire warning yet AGAIN and I was completely out of windshield wiper fluid in my car..had them note not to overfill tires with too much air bcuz it doesn’t drive right when overfilled..pick up car..too much air in tires (they didn’t even read the note on my account) says fluids were checked and filled however car windshield wiper reservoir completely empty as when took in..called and spoke to GM Billy about all the issues (he apparently doesn’t care)..6th and (FINAL) visit I stop and see if they could check my tire as it’s showing low AGAIN..also ask for it to be moved back to the back since I am traveling long distances..they come 2 hours later and tell me they found a small puncture (finally? After how many visits?) while putting my tire back on, their tire machine damaged my tire and they said they would replace it but didn’t have one in stock so we put your spare on it and sent me on my way..husband takes my car to get the tire today and when i get home they didn’t even return my rim like I took it in..has white sticky goo all over it..I’m just done at this point..I’m a very patient and understanding person but how many chances do you keep giving a place? Me? Too many..I would not recommend this service department at all..they obviously charge you for service or services that they aren’t even really doing.

Brought car in for hail damage repair in July. Still cannot get any answer when I can get my vehicle back. Going into 4 months now for $7,000 repair-something is seriously wrong with this horrible shop. This has created an untenable hardship on me to not have my vehicle for this long. May lose my job if I continue to miss work because of no vehicle. I will tell everyone I can about my unbelievable bad experience.
